Went in on a Tuesday afternoon looking to get 2 new tires for my 2019 Tesla Model 3 Performance. I asked for Hancook Ion EVO all season tires. They were able to order the tires from the warehouse, had them in the shop by 2pm same day, and install took less than 40 minutes. Great service, fast service, and cheaper than the other competitors.

GREAT AUTO SHOP! I’ve taken my Porsche Cayenne a few times to get worked on here and have never had an issue. The people that run the front Rick, Dean and Mark are great guys - They made a small mistake this last time with my invoice and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I had really bad experiences with the Tire Works on Stephanie and was just being lied to about things that needed to be fixed and really didn’t wanna go back to a Tire Works again, but after some bad experiences with some other mechanics, I decided to go to this one it’s about a half hour from where I live so it wasn’t the most desirable place, but I will never take my vehicle anywhere else… Dean is an absolutely amazing manager. Everybody else there has been very friendly very laid-back and I know that when I bring my car in here, I’m not going to be lied to about what’s wrong with it. They have a lot of integrity and I can’t say enough about the people that run this business. I would give them more than a five star if I could..I’m extremely happy with them.. since I’ve moved to Nevada, this is definitely the best shop that I have gone to for my car…

This place is fabulous and Dean was amazing! He really helped me and my husband out with getting our vehicles done in a timely manner and had no problems answering all of our questions. The store kept us up to date with how the repairs were going (they had to order parts) and gave us a small list of what to keep an eye out for in the future with my Jeep future repair wise. They saved us from having to buy a new vehicle! 😁 It was also nice to see my husband "speak car" with someone who is as passionate as cars as he is. I/we highly recommend the tire works on E. Pecos in Las Vegas, NV. We will be back!

Such a great experience coming here. Best local shop around. Mark and Dean at the front counter took care of my truck TPMS Lights and oil change. Did a full inspection with photographs while my truck was there as well! I love being able to know if I have any issues or future repairs needed to be serviced. Feels like a family here. Two stars for friendliness, but the wait time was unacceptable. I stopped by to ask about the price of a vehicle inspection because my previous one (done at my home) had cost more. After quoting me the price, the employee asked for my keys. I asked, “Are you going to do it now?” and he replied, “Yes. You’re here, right? Might as well do it now.” Based on that response, I assumed someone was available to perform the inspection. After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked about the delay. That’s when I was told there were two people ahead of me and that someone had to be available to do it. That information would have been helpful before taking my keys. In the end, I waited almost two hours for something that usually takes 20–30 minutes at other shops. If they had simply told me upfront what the wait time would be, I could have made an appointment or come back another day.

Came to this location for the first time to get an oil change in tire rotation. After doing the diagnostic testing, they pointed out to me several issues that needed to be addressed for the safety of my vehicle. After going over each item, I agreed that I needed to have the work done right away. They gave me a ride home to wait out the repairs, which took close to 3 hours. I'm very confident that all the repair work done was needed and the cost was reasonable. I had previously applied for their credit card, so I was able to put the charge on there as they have a 6-month, interest-free plan. All the employees, especially Dean were helpful in explaining each issue and me the photos they had taken showing what the issue was.

Service requested: i like getting my oil change here. Pretty reasonable price here. They like to do thorough check ups all the time which I like, some oil change places do not and just do the standard oil change with is fine. The only downside it does take time to do an oil change which is about 1 hour and half. Quality: customer service is always thorough and polite. value: As i get older, i do appreciate the little things, customer service, thorough checks with the car and gives you a heads up on what to prepare for.
