Rafael (manager) went above and beyond, not only fixing the issue what I brought my car for (rear shocks) but also showed me another big issue with the car (body related) and saved me money showing me that I didn't need to replace spark plugs which any other dishonest mechanics out there could've just replaced them and lied to me; thanks Rafael!

I was referred Toyo auto repair by a friend who works for a auto dealer yet has his cars serviced and repaired here. My car had been sitting at a highly reviewed auto repair shop in Chinatown for almost a full week as they tried to fix the AC Vents that stopped working on my 99 Chrysler 300m. They finally fixed it half way and charged me $400! But I wanted if fixed right. My friend told me to meet him at Toyo and I left the car the car at around noon. 4 hours later they called and said it was ready! The AC now works perfect and they charged me half what the other guys did. I went back to the other shop and after some "discussion" they refunded the $400. Now I am driving around cool, calm and collected thanks to Toyo Auto Service. (I only wish they were on the west side!)

What an absolutely amazing place! I was pulled over in a nearby gas station because I stupidly tried to transport something that didn't fit right into my trunk. They are a family-run business. I went up to the door to ask if I could buy some rope or cords from them. They so so kindly searched around to see what I could use to keep my trunk down. One of them looked in his own trunk and found a cord for me. They even walked over to my car and helped me tie it down. Such great people! I tried to give them a little tip for helping me out, but they wouldn't take it. Just like that, I knew they were a wonderful business to support. When I have car problems I will definitely pay a visit. Thank you so much!

If I could give it ten stars I would. They helped us in a pinch while driving through Las Vegas on our wedding anniversary trip. They found the issue, expedited parts needed, offered to drive us anywhere we needed during the repair. The owner and staff are all top notch and very nice people.

I had to get a new engine installed in my Jeep Wrangler. I was referred to Toya Auto Service by a friend who uses them for all their car needs. Boy was I impressed. Not only was Toyo Auto Service a top notch auto service, but Rafael is amazing. He is honest and VERY reasonably priced. I had a new engine installed, new water pump, spark plugs, and thermostat all done in 3 days. These guys are incredible. I would HIGHLY recommend Toyo Service to anyone who needs any automotive repairs.

A good mechanic is hard to find in this town. Let me re-phrase that. A good, honest mechanic with reasonable shop rates is hard... Okay I dropped in on this guy out if the blue and inquired about a repair. Labor only because I like to purchase my on parts. Normally I like to do my own work but lately the driveway into the wee hours doesn't appeal. Anyhow he said 1 day and it was technically 1 day. Some parts I ordered didn't get delivered on time. Pay time came and there were no hidden costs or upsell type items. I highly recommend Rafael and his shop.

Amazing family business. Rafa is the main mechanic that you will probably be talking too when you call and who helped me. My car is an old 1996 Toyota 4runner and he's been such a help with me, now and the other times I've needed his service. I'm not car savvy in any way but I know I can count on him being direct and honest with me. I appreciate that his prices are always upfront and accurate.

Excellent workmanship and fair prices. Ladies no need to worry about being over charged, Raphael is honest and upfront about the work he does and the price he charges.
