Owning a busy off road shop in Las Vegas, I'm pretty particular on who has been allowed to work on my truck as we depend on it daily to facilitate operations for our business. I will mention that our truck has been trusted with other shops and the let down of poor workmanship has been consistent and abundant. When I met with Corey and Battle Born Diesel, we could tell in minutes the passion, work ethic, and knowledge were both abundant and impressive. Needless to say the promises made were the promises delivered. Our truck has never ran so perfect, upgrades installed flawlessly, torque specs right on, everything double and triple checked as well as other areas inspected for future concerns. If quality matters and you are looking for a trustworthy diesel shop that can exceed your expectations, look no further. I chose BBD based on their reviews. I was looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable shop with experience and a respectable reputation. Well, I found it. I brought my '99 Super Duty in due to high EGT's while towing. I fully expected the worst and was prepared for it. The repair on my ole truck wasn't near as bad as I was expecting and the whole experience was pretty pleasant. Their diag write up was concise and thorough. Corey and Curtis were both very knowledgeable and respectful of both myself and my truck. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. I absolutely recommend anyone who owns a diesel to take their vehicle to Battle Born Diesel. They serviced my 2004.5 cummins. I talked mainly to Corey and Curtis, and they were very honest with the work that was necessary for my truck. They knew what my goal was (off-roading, occasional towing) and made suggestions of the parts and supporting mods that I should get. Their suggestions actually made sense and aligned with all the research that I did, so I knew they weren’t trying to just make a buck-like most mechanic places do. They ended up replacing the head, clutch, push rods valve springs, head studs, installed a fass 165, installed fleece coolant bypass, fog lights, brake cable , and fixed the rear main seal leak that I had. They sent pictures to me, and let me know how far along the truck was each day. I called them randomly throughout the process, and they answered all my questions, and even allowed me to come see my truck while they were working on it. Their turnaround was pretty quick , and to top it off not only is their work quality, but it was cheaper than other places that I got quotes from. Once I got the truck back I immediately did a 2000+ mile road trip with zero issues. If you want your diesel fixed right, give them a call 😎👍 Also, they did not tell me or suggest that I should give them a review. I went out of my way because I like to work that they did and how I was treated.

A little over a year ago I bought my first diesel truck. It was going to need a lot of work to get it reliable and capable for back county camping and long road trips.
