3 reasons to go here: 1. Honest, Trustworthy Customer Service: After shopping and comparing 5 different quotes, I responded to Mike's invitation to call him for a more accurate estimate of my 60k mi. service. Mike actually went line by line and reviewed the SAME INFORMATION I had for my Outback and explained thoroughly how some items may fluctuate based on my actual need and recent work. He would inspect everything. This was unusual and appreciated - no one else offered real human personalization. 2. Quality Service: I've had much longer wait times at dealerships and other shops. This team delivered a thorough service package and Mike communicated clearly along the way. 3. The Price is Right. Even though this shop is a 30 minute drive from my home, I will gladly make the trip from now on. The price was just right and Mike is an MVP of customer service. Thank you!

I Brought car in on under a warranty to get a repair because they seem to have good reviews. I felt confident they could fix the issue that was fairly moderate fix. I get vehicle back and so happy to have my car in working order. I start driving and i notice there is grease on my steering wheel and side panel I try to not make a big deal of it and clean it off, but then i notice there is a big grease stain on my floor mat! So as i notice this my cmy car is pulling to the left and I felt that was odd because they had just done my alignment a long with my rack and pinion. I also am hearing this vibrating clicking noise and think maybe it's my brakes or what they had just changed. So I message the owner and he is really sorry and says he is going to get me a new mat and to bring the car in and he will look at it. I bring it in and they spend another 1.5 hours on it taking it for test drives and finally it's "done". So i get in my car and right away there is grease finger prints on my side panel and my car is driving straight but the chattering is still happening. I finally take my car and lift it up on jack stand and see that my front passenger lower panel is ripped up and my front license plate is bent slightly inward and there is finger print grease marks all in the front near my lower license plate and my front panel has been ripped like it parked over something to close. I also see that the clamps for the boots on the rack and pinion are not even put on, just hanging there. I explain to the owner again what is going on and he explains that there is NO WAY they could've done that and that he will take a look at it, but NOT HIS OR HIS TECHS FAULT. So they may be able to fix your problem in some cases, but they will cause other problems. I HATE having to have anything negative to say about any company but they where so quick to take the $3600 for the repair but not quick to take the time to do it right and treating someone's vehicle with a little care. I Hate sounding like the “whiny” customer but if someone pays for a repair to be done. It should be done at the very least correctly and not causing more issues. l really just want some type of resolutions to the issues that have happend under their shops care, and I get the passive aggressive "It wasn't us" and promise would get me a new floor mat and Just dragging me along. I don't understand how this is okay.

Don't ever go there and try to get an honest opinion from them. Went there for an oil change and to get my brakes looked at. Oil change went fine. I was told my brakes were almost on bare metal for both rear and front and quoted over $1k. I had my buddy who is a mobile mechanic take a look and fronts are still at 60%, rear are at 55%. Maybe try for honesty and have some integrity.

Got my car back a few weeks ago and it’s running great. Completely stress-free experience and we know how stressful car problems can be. They even gave me a loaner. Mike is a rare in this time. He is very honest about what really needs to fixed. If you can't get the repairs all done he will prioritize what can wait a little longer versus what needs to be repaired now. His prices aren't cheap however way less than the dealer. I will always go to this location for any car repairs. I truly appreciate how timely this location is with repairs. Overall awesome service and would recommend to friends and family.

I called around several mechanics in the area, & compared to all the corporate chains, these guys were by FAR the most competitively priced. They’re also really nice guys. I had a rough idea of some of the work that needed taking care of on my car (Mercedes GLC 300), but regardless, they were transparent about all the labor/parts/costs etc. which is a big relief, & it’s the way everyone wants to feel when it comes to such an expense.
