Louis and his merchandises have done a number of repairs on my 1975 Cadillac Eldorado . They did a great job doing the repairs. Their were some delays due to hard to find parts, but they found the parts and was timely afterwards.

I have a 2005 Nissan Murano and they are well known for having problems with the door locking mechanisms, particularly the tailgate. Rather than spending over $1000 for a new control module from Nissan, I found a receiver for $25 that could work separately from the control module to unlock my tailgate with a separate key remote. Luis from Decatur Auto Electric figured out the wiring and installed my receiver for a fraction of the price. He was very helpful and did a good job

Saved me $600. I had bought a tailgate/lift gate actuator for my Lexus RX300. They installed it $111 & $3.15 for a tail light bulb. They offered to check the mechanism first but, I declined because,Lexus of Las Vegas had told me it was bad. NOT! it was a bulb. They were very honest & prompt with their service. Will recommend them to my family & friends should the need arise.

Recently went to this shop to have my 04 Lincoln Navigator fixed. Long story short it was turning off while driving. Found Decatur Auto Electric online read a few reviews. The bad ones did not concern as the good outweighed the bad. Took the truck in the next day got a call from the shop it was done for less than I thought it would cost. I am from out of town and my Tahoe started making noise. I found this shop by a friend thru a friend. I went in and met Luis the owner. I was in the automotive repair business for over 45 years. GREAT experience! After being told by the greedy jackals at Henderson Hyundai that "I would need to pay for a NEW battery so they could diagnose my electrical system"...I towed my car out of there and all Decatur Electric needed to do was charge up my (almost new) but drained battery to diagnose the problem! They were nice, very professional (dealt with the owner, Luis), and best of all...did NOT treat me like I was an idiot! I will be using Decatur again for whatever future issues my car may have. Highly recommend.

My friend doesn't know how to post so I'm doing it for him, took his 2007 Cadillac and charged him $600 for battery cables and you should see the work they did!!! It won't let me post the pictures, they did more damage than good!!!

The guys at Decatur Auto Electric Complete Auto Care in Las Vegas are awesome! I had a heater core go out in South Dakota during a vacation. The people who worked on my truck messed up alot, we just didnt kmow how much. My CB was yanked out, backup cam wasnt working temp sensor on dazh broken and that is what we could see. They said it looked like toddlers played around in there and that at any point during our trip back to Las Vegas we could have lost all control of the vehicle. There were wire harnesses that were not clipped, damaged wire harnesses, damaged wires and completely cut wires. They kept apologizing for something they didn't do. Really friendly guys, great communication and quick but great work.

A $488 Lesson to NEVER bring my car here again. STAY AWAY from this place if you care about your car! This is what my classic show car looks like after a heater core replacement. When confronted, they said they didn’t have a particular resin that’s supposed to go around the heater core hoses. Really? DUCT TAPE!? They said to bring it back and that they would “see what they could to make it look better”. Ridiculous, and if this is how my car looks now then how would it look if I was crazy enough to bring my car back? Not to mention that there are bolts missing too, and I was charged for Antifreeze even though it was not changed. Decatur Auto Electric, you have not only lost me as a customer, but now I will tell everyone I know to avoid your reckless shop!!!
