I have been taking my car to Express Auto for years and have ALWAYS had EXCELLENT service. Recently on a trip to the DMV I was informed that the right rear brake light was out. As my mom and I left we were trying to think of where we could go to get this resolved quickly. My mom normally takes her car to a Japanese owned garage located on the west side of town but then I remembered Express Auto! I haven't been there for several years since my 1997 Saturn finally died..may she rest in peace!! Express Auto is located near our house so it is very convenient and as mentioned before the service has always been great! And this visit was no different! Brad was friendly, efficient, and professional. My mom was so happy with the service that she has decided to continue to have her Santa Fe Sport serviced at Express Auto. She's also telling all her other Japanese friends that live nearby to come by too!! Thank you again for a quick and pleasant experience!!

I have been using Express Auto for almost 3 years now, and I have been very satisfied with the work and service that's been done. Chris is so awesome and does what needs to be done. He provides helpful suggestions and doesn't just try to get unnecessary money out of you. Keep up the great work!

Very polite, called a couple times to reach me to let me know my car was ready. After the front end alignment was done, my car seems to be going straight now. Brad also waited for me as I was running a little late. Much appreciated it and yes, I would recommend Express Auto Care. C

Chris is amazing! His level of customer service is among the best I've seen. His knowledge was extraordinary. The mechanic who worked on my New Yorker (didn't catch his name) is one to keep. Thanks Express! My wife and I are lovin' the new ride!

My AC stopped working a while ago, and I finally had the time to take my car in. Everything went really fast, from getting me an estimate to giving my information and giving me an estimated time they'd have my car ready. 2 hrs later, my car was ready for pick up. Overall, they did a fantastic job, and it took 3 hrs to get everything done.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30. I arrived early at 1:25, only to be told there would be a wait time of a couple of hours. Chris tried to compare this delay to the wait time at a doctor’s office, but in reality, it’s just an inconvenience caused by their poor scheduling and lack of communication. If they knew that a car would take longer than expected, they should have notified me ahead of time instead of wasting my afternoon.

I needed my classic car a/c converted from r12- to r134a. I called around to several repair shops to get an estimate. These corporate auto care like big brand would not even look at the car. Express Auto car is the kind of shop that your dad ran. He owns his company and can do anything for the right price. I either had to get the car a/c repaired or I had to sell the car. The owner is not the friendliest, but he knows his stuff. I think the price was high, but he did fix the car. Overall, I will take any hard problems to this shop.

Called the shop to ask about the price of a smog check the price was $25 which is fair. I was excited to get an experience from this place because of the reviews and I was looking for a mechanic because my car is becoming older. When I arrived the store said closed on the window. I walked back to my car and called again to see if they were actually open. They said yes they were open and had the sign turned around and I asked about if they can get the smog done now. They said yes and for me to “pull in” to the open bay. And I did. I pulled in half way and was greeted with, condescending and confused behavior from a man who seems to have never successfully worked a customer service job in his life. But anyways I told him that I called and they told me to pull in. I confirmed it was the right store. And he said he’s never seen anyone in the 2 days that he’s worked there do that. I get if it was a mistake. But he continued to belittle me and make me feel like I drove into the side of the building. But all this to say that energy and behavior will cost you business. I feel like because I’m a woman who did exactly what I was told he thought I deserved to be belittled that way. Would also like to highlight that yes I understand auto shop talk is different form most industries. But does not give the excuse to belittle and disrespect ANYONE.

Brad and Chris were awesome! My Cadillac Escalade was overheating, so I had it towed to Express Auto Care. Even without an appointment, they took my car in right away. Brad, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and gave me a straightforward, honest quote for all the work that needed to be done. This place is truly trustworthy, and their prices are very reasonable. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Express Auto Care, for doing an amazing job on my car! Mahalo

Alright got a long on here. A few years ago, we had our Ford F-super duty in this shop for a water pump replacement, let's just say the water pump is a bit of a task on this vehicle. We brought it in, and they explained they would have to "pull the engine remove pullies and pull the timing chain cover to get to it and it would take X number of hours and a couple of days to do" we didn't argue the price due to knowing the extent of labor. After only a few hours they called and said it was ready to go, being at a total loss of how they pulled the engine and did everything so fast we went down and paid the same price agreed to even though time was cut to a fifth of what was told and went on our way, until... Noticing oil leaks and a clutch fan problem, bringing it back they said the clutch fan was toast and the oil leak would involve pulling the engine to replace the timing chain cover gasket, being a little suspicious about that we questioned about them putting a new gasket on during the water pump and they said "yes but, something probably happened to it, It's an old truck after all" truck is a 96 and only had 80K miles at the time and never leaked a drop of anything. Being the nice people we are and having them replace the clutch fan and on a handshake deal to fix the leak at a later date we moved on. After dealing with the leak for a few months and having other work done on more vehicles I tried setting an appointment for the leak and was told again "it's an old truck bro what do you expect me to do the work for free?" obviously, a lack of honor with our deal, and even continuing to bring cars trucks and feeding them business we felt violated and used, on top of too another car was a Toyota 4 runner throttle body replacement and they put the gasket on upside-down then claimed I did something to it while I was standing there in the waiting room waiting for the car and being told there's only one way to put it on, like what the hell. Then when they got slow, they were calling us to win back our business and trust telling them yes, we will come back if they fix the leak on the Ford to only be met with "oh it's you guys" and a click of their phone line going dead. The reason for me bringing this up no is due to the truck going down recently and finally having to fix it myself since no mechanics want to deal with other people's mistakes, and honestly, I'm just vexed with the whole ordeal.
