Hello everyone... if u truck break down please don't use these people.. had an issue with my truck.. I used them and they did not fix my truck and charged me for repairs that they did not fix... I ended up taking my truck to the dealership and on top of him not fixing my truck he tried to charge me for the tow truck to the dealership... over charge me.. I was not supposed to pay for his services cause he never fix the truck ... if u have a problem go to the dealership u better off ... shame on u what goes around comes back to u ...

Do NOT use this company. Our Penske's gas tank got drilled into and Penske sent this company out. They were supposed to contact me when they arrived (about 60-90 mins) so we could meet with them and talk to them about what happened. Instead, a little over an hour later, I received a call from Penske dispatch telling me that the driver had come and said the tank was irrepairable and that we had to wait for the next day to hopefully get it replaced. We had not met this tech. (I am unsure of the tech who came out, but I was told Robert is who talked to Penske) They didn't even give me a call like they said they would. Thankfully, Penske sent another tech out from B&N Road Services (who arrived in less than 40 minutes) and this tech expressed how easy it was to fix the hole in our gas tank and proceeded to then fix it in less than 10 minutes. So not only was I15 Mobile Repairs not communicative AT ALL, but they were also incompetent. I would not trust this company with my vehicle and I highly recommend you try B&N services if you need roadside help.

I’m not sure why these guys have bad reviews, they were absolutely amazing. Jimmy came and met me over here at Morton’s truckstop, I am from Arizona so I’m not familiar with this place at all. I did go down to the dealership and get the parts he came and installed it and I was back on the road in no time. Had red stop light on my box truck ...called and mechanic was out there in about 2 hours (stateline). Initially mechanic didnt feel he could help . The office (robert) called and we got my regular mech on the phone with the I-15 team and we were able to come up with a solution . I dont know many mechanics who take other mechanics advice but when I mentioned my mechanic has been working on my trucks for 4years I-15 was open to suggestions . I appreciate the teamwork that was displayed and in the end we got my driver moving down the road . Robert is good man . Thanks again . I would use again .
