I had an exceptional experience at Mini. Dawn, the Service Manager, is truly outstanding—professional, courteous, and consistently committed to ensuring seamless operations. The service attendants are equally commendable: amicable, hospitable, and proficient. The entire team fosters a sense of value and attentive care. I highly recommend this location for superior service and a genuinely welcoming environment.

From the Sales team to the finance to the Service team, the people at Mini of Las Vegas were great, they found exactly what we were looking for and made the purchase smooth and easy. Levi runs a great team and I would recommend them to everyone who asks about their product line

Great car buying experience! Our salesman, Sean, graciously welcomed us to the dealership and quickly helped us find the car we wanted to buy. Sean and his manager, Carlos, worked effectively together to offer us a deal that met our needs and expectations. Other members of the sales team helped us with a great lunch recommendation while our paperwork was being processed, and Christian in the business office made the paperwork process effortless. We met a friendly service advisor, Dawn, who made sure we knew to contact her with any problems we might encounter. Following delivery of our new MINI, we had the opportunity to share any concerns with MINI of Las Vegas' general manager, Tylor, who personally answered our follow-up questions. This purchase was one of our best car buying experiences ever! Thank you!

Over all I had a good experience at this dealership. This isn't my first mini and as usual the sales staff and finance officer were right up to mini standards. Not pushy, they explain everything clearly, and they don't try to rip you off that much. The salesman made the whole experience pretty painless and I appreciate the fact that he was not pushy. The only negative thing I experienced was with the financing. They gave me an interest rate that was really high but I wanted the car. I figured I would just refinance it Monday with my credit union. Driving home I got a call from the dealership saying that BMW Credit offered me an interest rate that was right on par with my credit union. It all seemed a little too weird to me but I took the lower interest rate anyway. Thanks Mini of Las Vegas I'm a happy mini owner. See you in 4 years.

Where do I begin! I had the pleasure of having CHRIS UHLES take care of me through my car buying process at Autonation MINI. Hands down, Chris is one of the most straightforward, caring, and charismatic salesperson I’ve ever had. My family and I have a dealer that has taken care of us 5+ cars over the years, so I was nervous venturing away from him this go round. But the stars aligned with Chris! From virtual tours, constant updates through text, and test drives- he was more than happy to address any every question I came up with and truly made me feel confident about the purchase I was making. Outside of selling me a car, I truly enjoyed Chris and his values as a person! It felt like I ran into family at MINI of Las Vegas and happened to leave with a car lol. If you need a new or used car I promise Chris Uhles is your guy! He got me into the car of my dreams with the great, quality deal that I asked for. REMY the Rene and I love Autonation MINI!

My son went to the Autonation dealership in The WoodlandsTexas to do the legwork for a Mini Cooper purchase for me here in LV. It was a seamless process with my son getting the MINI from the Texas dealership and they made the out of town purchase so easy for me. I paid to have the care shipped here in LV where I reside. However, it was not so seamless when I went to pick up my car at LV MINI. I was told by the Woodlands salespersons and sales manager and finance manager that I could pick up the car from MINI of Las Vegas and they would assist me in getting the car and provide me with the necessary paperwork so that wet signatures could be obtained. Prior to me showing up on Monday, I called to pick up the car on Saturday and they said that the sales manager was not available for me to get my car on Saturday and that they were closed on Sunday. I said that I would come on Monday to get my car. Prior to me going to the dealership, I called to ask if the sales manager was there and if so to let them know that I would be on my way after work. I went to this dealership and I was treated horribly. I waited for the sales manager (no one new where he had gone), standing at the desk without help for at least 30 min. They essentially did not even know where to find the "paperwork" . Once they found the paperwork for me to sign, I signed it despite them wondering what to do and why it was only 3 pages of documents. After signing with the "sales manager", I was told that I could have my keys from someone else. I was then handed the key and a pouch with a boo and another key without them even telling me where the car was located. We walked outside where most of the new MINI Cooper cars were located and I still could not find my car. I finally then went back inside of the dealership and had to ask where my car was located. As it turns out, my car was located outside of the service department garage and was in filthy condition. None of the salesperson's offer to walk me to my car. In addition to this, I really think that I should have been given somewhat of a demo of the car since I did not go to Houston to purchase it so I knew nothing about it. They did not even ask me if I had not even seen the car prior to my arrival and I am sure that they knew that I had not because according to José Herrera at the Woodlands MINI dealership, that was in the email that was sent to them. I am now trying my best to figure out the nuances of my car. I am really, really disappointed in the way that I was treated. I do not appreciate that I am a paying customer for a vehicle and they were so unprofessional. I realize that they did not get the commission from me however, because I do believe in taking care of my cars I would have certainly been able to bring the car back in for servicing or as I have just realized I may have changed that many and bought a different many in order to get automated seats. As a professional myself, I would never treat my clients this way nor I have ever experienced such disdain and disrespect for a paying customer. I sincerely hope that this is not the standard of care for all of their customers. Of note, I am a prior owner of a MINI Cooper as I now have 2 of them. This particular car is very different from my 2019 MINI and although I really love the MINI Coopers, I am not so sure that I would ever purchase another especially from dealerships like this. I will also make it clear to people who I know who like MINI cooper to avoid this dealership. 10/6/2025 To whom it may concern, I appreciate the dealership’s offer to address my concerns and connect me with the General Manager. However, after three attempts, I’ve been met with unhelpful responses and a lack of willingness to resolve the issues. Given this experience, I won’t pursue further attempts to improve customer service. My original review outlines the problems and subsequent attempts to communicate have only reinforced my assessment of the facility’s customer service practices. Sincerely, Darwana Ratleff Todd

Thank you Mini of Las Vegas!! Our advisor Caiden was super helpful and went above and beyond! He took care of the service our car was scheduled for, but also had their technician do an inspection as we had recently purchased our Mini from another dealer. We’ll definitely be back as needed and appreciate the great service!!

Let me start by saying that Dawn was great. This review in no way is a reflection of her service. With that being said, this low'ish review is due to the $200+ diagnostics charge that I was given even though Mini found nothing wrong with my car and the $650+ in services I had done likely resolved the issue I had. However, instead of rolling the $200+ diagnostics charge into the services I had accomplished (which included an air filter change which is likely what resolved my issue), Mini's new management decided to tack on the diagnostics charge as a separate charge unable to be rolled into the routine services I requested alongside asking them to track down an AC smell I had in the car. I personally suggest going just about anywhere but the Mini dealer for Mini services. This place is a rip off when it comes to pricing and charges

My experiences with the entire staff at Mini of Las Vegas have been nothing short of excellent. Based upon my last service as well as well as previous visits I expect nothing less! A huge shout out to Caiden for helping me with a tire issue that would have taken me a long time to take care of. Caiden went out of his way to provide excellent customer! He actually cares! Mini of Las Vegas is lucky to have a young man like Caiden! I also want to thank all the service staff for their professional and efficient support. Thanks to all of you! Mike. Baker

The service department is great. My 23 JCW had a sudden battery discharge issue and I was able to make a same day appointment online. I was lucky that it was just before my 3/36 warranty expired. I worked with Caiden who was great. He explained all my options. To be covered under warranty they need to run some diagnostics. It passed the first set after about an hour, so to complete the claim they would need to leave it hooked up to complete all the cycles and verify there were no other issues. I would have to leave my car overnight, but Caiden was able to secure a loaner for me. The next morning it was complete and I got a text message with a video from the technician who also check my tire tread depth and brake pads. Very happy with the service department and Caiden.

This place is terrible. Really. The signup, registration, waiver process is a nightmare. The employees DO NOT CARE. Not all but MOST. WAY overpriced at $44 a person for ONE HOUR. The pizza was good. That’s it. You’ll wait on employees to get on rides because they’re on their phone or walking around to kill time (YOUR time) and let you ride for a couple minutes. It’s a real joke. I’ve been twice and it’s the same. Go somewhere else. Chuck E Cheese may not have the rides but you’ll spend half and know what you’re getting. No waiting on staff that could care less about your time or money.

We had a great experience with MINI of Las Vegas. We just returned from a four year overseas assignment, and our Mini had not been serviced since it left the US. When we made our appointment, our service representative, Caiden, was very helpful in explaining our car's needs. We appreciated Caiden making our service go smoothly. Great customer service!

Well, all I can say is good things about Las Vegas Mini. I ended up trading in my 2013 mini Cooper and bought a 2020 Jeep gladiator and they made the experience so awesome. I had a few little problems and they took care of everything right away. My hat goes off to the manager, Levi to the service guy Christopher, and to everybody else at Mini they have been very helpful and I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Thank you again for everything you guys are awesome.😎
