Terrible! Would give zero if I could. Had a little Toyota for sale with 100k miles inexpensively. The buyer hired this place to do a pre purchase inspection. I took the car over there with him and watched as they inspected my vehicle. No care taken at all. They tore off the air box and beauty cover and threw them aside, even leaning the beauty cover against the paint on my car. Then as they continued inspecting i noticed they had one guy in the car, with his foot on the brake, literally flooring the car in reverse and then drive alternating back and forth. That’s one way to check a motor mount I guess….or destroy my transmission! They then proceeded to pull a number out of his rear end and tell the buyer what he should pay for the car. Huh? It’s a mechanical inspection. Half of what I was asking and thousands less than any remotely comparable car is selling for. They blew my sale and were rough with my car. Would not let these guys put air in my tires. Should be more careful if it were a higher dollar deal they blew apart someone could take legal action based on their irresponsible behavior.

This is a little space right next to a gas station and Mexican restaurant. Spoke with Mike who was very calm and professional and easy to talk to. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Needed an oil change and they got it done within 30 minutes. They are fast, friendly, and reliable! I will be back here for all future car needs!

The team at this location is wonderful! I've been comin here for my smog checks and oil changes for the last few years and I really appreciate that they check the other things my car is due for and honestly let me know if it's not needed instead of just running up charges like other shops tend to do. During my oil change yesterday, I was due for an air filter change based on the time since it was last replaced, but Mike let me know that it's fine and not needed until my next oil change. Mike and his team do great, efficient work, and they are always a delight to interact with on my yearly-ish visit.

Took both my vehicles here because it was the year for a smog check. I found them on Yelp, had good reviews, they were located between my job and home. Both visits were very quick 10-15 minutes. My Camry had no AC, it’s 112 in Las Vegas, I called the dealership and the diagnostic alone was $178 plus $380 for Freon if that’s what the diagnostics revealed. I drove right to Smog Plus since I always go there for my smog test all the way from Anthem in Henderson. They got my AC working in about one hour, diagnosed and everything for 1/4 of the price of the dealership. So far so good, my Camry is freezing cold now so I can drive one more summer. Oh it’s a 2012 with 131K miles so yeah. Thanks to this shop, I’ll keep driving it. Thanks Paton for the water bottle ❤️ I was overheated. 🥵

Sorry, but not good. I took my new car here a couple days ago for its first synthetic oil change and filter. My car went from getting 33 mpg before the oil change to getting 20 mph with hanging RPMs immediately after the oil change. Even the throttle relearn I tried afterwards didn't fix it all the way. They said my underbody cover was hanging on by a single screw when they removed it for service, and there was nothing they could do to put it back on since they don't carry any screws here. They said they'll just throw the cover in the trunk and I can go deal with it. I said, no, you took it off, so you put it back on. They said ok, then told me they used zipties to put it back on. (!) There isn't any pricing listed upfront, I had to ask them, repeatedly for the price and it still took them 10 minutes to finally tell me how much it is. Very odd behavior. I'm so disappointed in this place, and now I'm wondering if they actually destroyed my last car (that ended up dying) with previous oil changes like this one. Who knows what they did. As much as I want to find a reason to ever go back here, since I am close by and they seem nice enough, I just can't at this point. And now I gotta find a place to fix the simple oil change that these guys messed up.

They trick people by mailing flyers saying they do smog for $19.99. My guy on sunset rd by the airport does it for $19.99 but I thought this is closer my home why not. Went there and was told I need the flyer or they’ll do it for $25. Well no thank you for waisting my time.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I’ve been a loyal customer, regularly bringing my other vehicle here, but this recent visit was shockingly bad. Mike provided terrible service, showing no sense of professionalism or customer care. They charged me $91 for a standard oil change, and when I asked why the price was so high, his response was rude and aggressive: “Because you drive a BMW.” This experience was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

I came here for the first time this past Saturday 1/31… to do a smog check on my car for the first time… And of course, I was very anxious trying to do it by myself lol… But the first guy that took down my information he was nice… And the second guy that took my car in.. he was nice as well too… I did not get their names of course.. but the process did not take long at all… I think I was only sitting in the waiting area for probably 10 minutes at the most… but I think that I will definitely be back in the future if I need smog checks or anything else done..Thanks again! 😌

I had to drive 5 hour to help my parents for their car’s smog test, and just so happen the DMV system was down. I was already on my way back thinking I’d have to drive another 10 hours next week, until the shop called me and told me the system was back up.
