Jesus was great! Efficient and honest! The shop did a great job on my car and the repairs were done quickly! The detailed the outside and INSIDE of my car and it’s like my car is brand new again! All the staff I encountered were professional, courteous and very helpful. Great service and this will be my go-to for any future needs. Hopefully, I won’t but I’ve got a place I would definitely refer! :)

I had an appointment today with Gerber for repairs to my Tesla. The appointment was set online 10-4-2023 as the website indicated they were Tesla Certified. I arrived for my appointment today 10-26-2023 and was informed they could do the estimate but were no longer Tesla certified and haven't been since August. This is truly a poor way to do business.

TESLA OWNERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! They DO NOT answer the telephone, their voicemail remains full at all times so you are unable to leave a message…EVER. The ONLY way to reach them is to drive to their location and walk in to see the barely capable female chewing her face while seated behind the front desk. Gone are the days when that awesome manager came out and greeted you, looked at your vehicle personally and advised what repairs would need to be done and how long the process would likely take. He left in Feb of 2022 apparently and they must have sent all of their customer service skills and ethics with him when he left. Now you’re lucky to find your car in the parking lot because they certainly don’t point it out nor do they clean out the hoard of papers foot mats they leave behind for you either. The best part is, when you finally do get your vehicle back, it WILL NOT BE FIXED! They will simply tell you that you have to bring it back to them. The fact that you’ve already turned in your insurance loaner and driven across town is not of importance to them. Neither is fixing your vehicle when you bring it in. They will happily tell you nobody even test drives them to ensure quality work. If I were to use a phrase to coin the overall attitude and operating procedure of this facility it would be “Yeah, so”.

My friend was experienced very bad customer service. They did not inspect nor fix the damaged engine. They Only fix the body. The car was already un-drivable due to damaged engine. Now my friend has a damaged engine car, and the cost to fix the engine is $6,000. Please be careful.

No concern for customer service. I took my car for a scheduled estimate, and received it as expected, and was scheduled for a repair 6 months after due to parts been delayed or unavailable. No issue with that. The real issue is they waited until 3 days before my appointment (after waiting 6 months with a damaged car) to cancel my appointment because they lost a tech which they knew about from August. Changing to another repair shop will force me to wait another 3 months because of their inability to communicate to their customers on a timely manner.

This place doesn’t cut corners! Some dirt bag kids randomly threw hand full of rocks at my FRS while I was driving. Broken windshield and chipped paint everywhere. Jesus took care of me and the vehicle was repaired like it came off the showroom floor. He went above and beyond my expectations.

If i can give zero star i would!! My car was sent there to repair after the accident. They DID NOT do any inspection and only fixed the body part, leaving me a car that is not drivable after they said it was "fixed". They told me that my car's transmission was broke out of nowhere while in the shop?!?!?! Irresponsible shop!! They only care about scamming money from yoru insurance and did not care about quality as at!! Don't go to them for repair or you would receive back a car that is not even drivable !!

Our insurance recommended this shop for a repair. After giving them multiple opportunities to fix the problems and to complete the work correctly they failed and we are taking our vehicle elsewhere. They even lied to the insurance company and told them that the problem was resolved.

Today, I had an appointment for my vehicle inspection at this location, and I was very disappointed with the behavior of the employees. They were extremely disrespectful and did not make an effort to help me with my situation. This is supposed to be a Buddy Repair Collision, but they refused service because my battery was dead. It makes no sense how petty this is. While I don’t blame the company entirely, the employees’ actions can certainly tarnish its reputation. It’s not a big deal for me; I will simply take my business elsewhere.

So I decided to make my car look like new on my own..as luck would have it i burned my paint. So after my disaster where else could could i take it to look new? Only place for me is, NEW LOOK COLLISION CENTER! These guys do it RIGHT EVERY TIME!!!!!! They not only fixed my "oops" but delivered my car to me looking BRAND NEW! This is the second time the crew at NEW LOOK have done work on my Viper to make it look so beautiful! I even referred my son there to have work his car which came out FLAWLESS!!! Mike and Teresa should be so proud of the class act employees they employee! Everyone is friendly, professional and show respect with such a desire to meet or exceed your expectations! Picked this shop after I got rear-ended. Place is awesome, as well as the people. They updated me consistently, and answered all my questions. The whole process took 1 month. Under no circumstances bring your car here they will waste your time and give you low quality work. I understand you guys where under staffed with one of your dudes on vacation and another quitting but it does not mean I deserve low quality work because of it. It’s a shame as well because everyone was very nice but I should have to take the same car back 3 times because of quality issues. Quality issues like: overspray on my black trim Misaligned hood and panels Front end rattles Worst of all the just strait up missed a part that is slowly making the front end of my car get more and more out of alignment I’ll add a picture.if you guys want to try to make this right feel free to reach out my names under Liam or Matthew McCoy. Edit : Was called by there general manager Preston and he was a great dude. Told me he would fix everything no questions asked.

⭐️ If you’re looking to waste your time, be spoken to like a child, and enjoy a month-long vacation away from your car — Gerber Collision is the place for you! ⭐️ If top-tier unprofessionalism is what you’re after, let me introduce you to the dream team: • Jennifer, your personal guide in condescension, who offers zero empathy and a whole lot of attitude. She explains the process poorly and then scolds you for not magically knowing what she never told you. Delightful. • Dan, the timeline specialist — and by that, I mean the specialist in creating fictional ones. He boldly told me my car would be done by 10/10…yet somehow “mysteriously” he is no longer there. • James, the excuse generator. Need more reasons why your car isn’t ready? He’s got them. And don’t worry, he’ll blame Dan while also changing the date himself. Gerber kept my vehicle for over a month, repeatedly blaming staffing issues. I clearly informed them I needed my car before 10/22–10/24 for a work trip. Dan basically laughed and said there was no chance it would be done by 10/25. Then — surprise! — I get a call on 10/24 saying it’s ready. Too bad I was already out of town, just like I told them I would be. To top it off, they told my insurance the car was finished on 10/23. Because apparently reality is optional here. In short: If you’re craving missed deadlines, misinformation, zero accountability, and the warm embrace of disrespect — run, don’t walk, to Gerber Collision.

This has been one of the most frustrating repair experiences I’ve ever had. After being hit by a drunk driver, my vehicle was in Gerber’s possession for nearly a month. When it was finally returned, the workmanship was unacceptable: • Visible overspray in multiple areas • Misaligned body panels • Oily residue smeared across the rear driver-side window • Bodywork debris left on the vehicle • And most concerning — a missing lug nut on one of the wheels A missing lug nut is not a cosmetic oversight. That is a safety issue. There should be multiple quality-control checkpoints before a vehicle is released. Clearly, that did not happen here. I brought the car back to have these issues corrected. I am currently sitting inside the shop waiting — 25+ minutes — while calling the front desk from my cell phone. No one is answering. The lack of responsiveness only reinforces the lack of accountability. We’ve used Gerber before without issue, which makes this decline in service even more disappointing. This location feels disconnected from the standards the company claims to uphold. At this point, I will be escalating this matter to my insurance carrier and formally documenting the safety concerns with them. Insurance companies partner with repair facilities based on trust, quality control, and customer care. This experience does not reflect those standards. I will also be contacting Gerber’s corporate office to ensure they are aware of the workmanship and customer service failures at this location. Overspray and residue are frustrating. A missing lug nut is unacceptable. If this is how vehicles are being released after repair, customers and insurance partners deserve to know. I will update this review after I inspect the second round of repairs. I was so upset when I got my car, I simply took it and left the facility. I still have the residue on my car, and I am still unhappy with the misalignment of the body panel by the rear light.
