I am so grateful for Randy’s expertise and service! I’ve known Randy 15 years and trust him with the care of my vehicles. He is honest, skilled, and knowledgeable (25 years of experience). Highly recommend Integrity Auto and Randy! Friends and family who I’ve referred to him are always very pleased with his service and assistance. Years ago, one of my friends got her car serviced at a different mechanic, and afterwards her vehicle was behaving oddly. I told her to go see Randy. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly (the other shop forgot to reconnect something). He was honest with my friend. If you want to get your vehicle serviced and have any concerns, you can guarantee Randy will be honest with his recommendations. Also, Integrity has very reasonable prices. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

These guys were great to work with! They replaced my alternator quickly and efficiently. They located a high-quality alternator right away and gave me that option instead of settling for the lowest-quality one. I arrived later in the afternoon, but they were able to order the part, receive it the next morning, and install it immediately to get me back on the road. I found their pricing fair, and they didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that I was on vacation and that my car barely made it to their garage before dying.

Thank you so much for giving my car a full diagnostic after concerns if it was up for the journey from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. I was walk in and was swiftly asked how I can be helped, the process of addressing the concern of my transmission light being on. I went to get a 2nd opinion regarding my drivers door not opening. I was told by Infiniti of LV that I needed something that would have cost well over a thousand dollars parts and labor. I had informed Ezekiel in the service dept. that the weather stripping was pushed in and maybe that's what's causing the door not to open. I was told no that's not the problem and was quoted a 400.00$ fee just to take the panel off to find out. I went to Integrity Auto and in less then 5 mins they had my door opened. It was just what I said to Infinitii the weather stripping caught in the latch!!. Thank you guys with all my heart for helping me out and saving me hundreds if not over a thousand dollars. So I made an appointment here, but was able to get in the same day. Which was awesome because it’s so hot outside and I needed my front window tinted. I met with Lance and his wife, Brandy who were both amazing. My tint was not only affordable but the service was quick and the outcome was better than I expected. I absolutely will tell everyone I know about film tint pro Las Vegas! I can’t say thank you enough I love my new tint! 5 of 5 stars for sure I highly recommend.

The name says it all "Integrity" Randy and Joey are the best in the business. Everytime I bring my car in they are super helpful and help show me what the issue is and the minimum it will take to fix it, along with suggestions on how to help my cars keep running well. We have 2 Volvos and they never try to do work that isn't necessary. These guys are the best in town.

The name “integrity auto service” is 100% justified! Randy the owner is super professional and extremely nice. Gave me a a fair price for replacing my defective sensor (better than all Other repair shops I’ve been to) and did the work super quickly. All over all I really felt like he was doing the best he could for me to have the best service both regarding price and repair. If you need something done regarding your car in the Las Vegas area you need to GO THERE!

Mannn this car shop is so amazing, I brought my car in shaking n messed up w the service engine light on n man they fixed it within 2 hours, offered us a place to watch cable tv n chill, the price was wayyyy lower than what it could have been or what any other shop would charged. He ordered the part n it came in 30 mins n he was done by 1 hour on a complicated job. my man the mechanic n Joey and Randy did a amazingggg job. Only shop ima trust from now on with my cars. WOW! The owner was so good at diagnosing that the starter is going out & showed us how temporarily fix it. We discussed replacing a hose & he too gave us good recommendations to either fixing it at the shop or how we could do it ourselves. The quote for the repairs was very competitive to others shops. We were also in need of a tow. His recommendation for tow is the best price in town!! He's very honest, the shop is well kept & the coffee station in the lobby is a nice touch. We'll most certainly return for our repairs.

If you’re looking for an honest mechanic look no further! These guys stand behind their name-Integrity! Randy was great! First time in he made some exhaust repairs so we could pass smog in our 2016 Hyundai Accent-same day service-great low price. We then brought in our 2007 Hummer H3 and he replaced our power steering, a couple fuel injectors-that our previous mechanic had mis-wired, our water pump and found the cause of the mysterious squeaking! He also crunched the numbers to give us the best price. Thanks Randy! We’ll be back!

Spent the whole morning on Monday freaking out because my car was out of control on the road and multiple mechanics weren’t being honest over the phone. Telling me my car is too old, might as well be scrapped, needs a whole new system, etc. one shop told me an inspection would take $200 and 5-6 hours. I called Integrity and Joey answered. After a quick explanation he calmly told me to bring it in, he’ll lift it up, and let me know what he sees. Him and his coworker (unsure of name) spent about five minutes looking around before leading me out and showing me my jacked-up sway bar links. The bushings had failed from dry rot and snapped three completely loose, causing the veering and terrible noises. Quickly gave me a quote, which was about in the middle of average pricing for the 4 replacements. I overheard Joey on the phone with his parts supplier while waiting, and he very efficiently found alternative parts for the back links that were out of stock. Joey and his sidekick made sure to make it as hassle-free as possible, quick, and professional. I was out in two hours. They were very kind and well-natured. I also love their waiting room, it’s very retro and unique. My car has felt a lot better since and is drivable once more. I highly recommend this spot, and I’m sure I’ll be back for more upkeep on my Mercury :) Thank you guys, you saved me a lot of stress that day. Stay rockin’ :)
