GO TO A DIFFERENT MAZDA LOCATION...I got a letter in the mail from mazda saying there was a software upgrade to my car that is only 2 years old. They have been doing free software upgrades since I bought the car. This time when they were done, they gave me a bill for $560. I told them to take out the software as I wasn't going to pay for something that should have been free..... Needless to say, I wont be back

Really friendly staff. I planned on waiting for my vehicle but they sent us home via shuttle because of the wait and the building was hot, they were taking into account that I had my 4month old daughter with me and I really appreciated that. Crystal was amazing and she even called me after they serviced my vehicle to make sure it was still running fine. I even got a complementary carwash. I love Mazda.

The actual work that was done and turnaround time on it was very good. However, the diagnostics was subpar. I was charged for a repair that fixed the issue for 3 days before coming back. The actual issue was covered by warranty, and I never should have been charged. No refund and a bunch of empty apologies for wasted time and money. Good location for simple, obvious fixes, but don't come here for anything complicated or relating to your AC failing. Make sure to triple check your warranty yourself on what it covers. The deductible may be covered, but they'll still try to charge you for it.

We drove into Vegas from out of state, and as we got into town, my clutch started failing due to a bad throwout bearing. Got the car to these guys and they were amazing. Doug was friendly, kept me up to date and helped me get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. While our Vegas trip was a little longer than we'd planned, the car was put back together and got us home safely and is still running great. Definitely where I'd send people to if they ended up needing a shop in Vegas.

Martin was my sales rep. Best experience with a car sales rep I’ve ever had. He was personable, understood my pain points with dealerships and I’d follow him to any dealership he goes to. He sold me a 2025 GMC AT4. I’ve never been happier with a vehicle. As for the dealership, they gave me a good price on my trade in (more than another dealership offered), and I was able to pay down a lot of my new truck with that. They also accommodated my request to trade my aftermarket wheels and tires for the ones the new truck came with and installed them for me.

Unfortunately I take my vehicle to CardinaleWay. After not having any concerns validated here, I know exactly what type of service department this was. Deny any and all potential warranty claims until the warranty is expired and then find the issues and charge the customer. Mind you I also had my 1800 dollar digital Rear view camera installed here as this is where my vehicle was purchased and they messed up my headliner and dented the plastic pieces above the mirror. They told me heat would get out the creases they put in my headliner (not true, it needs to be replaced) and offered to replace the plastic parts above the mirror. I haven't even brought my CX-90 back regarding the headliner because I'm not sure if they're going to mess up my car up even more when they replace it. Or if I'm going to be fought on replacing it.. sad. The sales team here is great.

Shane and well all of them in service dept. are amazing to work with. The most friendliest service center in Vegas right down to the receptionist that fields your calls. No upselling here, just a great honest service center that is well organized. Even gave me a loaner car because it went longer then expected. So plus they will pick you up at home if you’re in a bind. They are 100% amazing customer service.
