My son recently had a bad experience at another shop—they completely botched the windshield wiper assembly install on his Honda Accord. I brought the car to Ray, and he diagnosed the issue in seconds. He fixed it perfectly while I waited, and charged significantly less than the original shop quoted. Ray and his assistant Tiffany were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help—not just with this repair, but also scheduling the next one. Honest, fast, fairly priced, and genuinely nice people. If I could give 10 stars, I would! These guys are the real deal—do yourself a favor and give them your business. Highly, highly recommend!

Ray was truly honest and kind. I came in for an oil change and brake pad replacement, but my front bumper was damaged because of a prior accident. I love this shop it's a family run business. I took make daughters toyota for an oil change. They did a multi point inspection during the oil change to find out that my brakes needed some attention. Ray ended up doing my oil change and brake pads and rotors also a brake fluid exchange service on the vehicle. I would highly recommend this Automotive shop they open on the weekends which is great because not all shops are open on weekends. Big Thank you to Ray for taking care of my vehicle.

I can honestly say that Ray's Auto Services is by far the BEST mechanic that I have been to in Las Vegas within my 12+ years of living here. I’ve now returned on 3 separate occasions for different issues... And every single experience has been outstanding to say the least. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. The ladies in the front office are extremely helpful and friendly. The mechanics in the back are efficient and very good at what they do. Their turnaround time is quite impressive — one visit, they fixed my car on the spot and had me out the door in about 15–20 minutes. On another occasion... They even rush-ordered a part so it could be delivered quickly and on the spot, so they could get me back on the road as soon as possible. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of hours for any amount of work to be done and most issues were resolved either immediately or by early the next morning. I have a Chevy Cruze and they’ve helped me with spark plugs, thermostat housing as well as leaky hoses and coolant issues. Every repair has been done with excellent quality and attention to detail. I appreciate how fair and transparent their pricing is — I never feel taken advantage of which unfortunately is something I’ve experienced at other shops. Their honesty and integrity truly set them apart. And because of this... They have earned a repeat costumer for life with me. Ray's Auto Services is extremely knowledgeable and versatile and clearly experienced with many different vehicles. I have seen many different car brands in their shop. Without hesitation, I can say this is the best mechanic I’ve ever been to in all of Las Vegas and I will continue bringing them all of my business. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area or anyone searching for a trustworthy, reliable, and skilled mechanic. Broke down this past Saturday. Called 6 shops while waiting for a tow truck 2 never answered (could be closed on Saturdays I suppose) 3 I would never do business with (2 gave me outrageous prices and 1 wouldn’t even quote what I was asking for without seeing truck…so they expected me to tow it there so they could charge me diagnostic fee then if I don’t move forward I’d have to tow it again). Then there’s this shining star named Tiffany at this place Rays on Arville St. She looked up what I was asking for asked to call me right back and SHE DID! And she gave me the rough estimate for the repair I was asking for. A very fair price by the way. She said to bring it in and they’d be able to look at it. I had explained I was from out of state. Not only did they look at it and confirmed what needed repair, they were able to get the parts and have it done by 5pm that day. This is a stand up shop. Quality work excellent communication and fair pricing. A shop I am comfortable sending my wife or daughters to and that speaks volumes. Can’t thank you all enough!

Even if I don’t come do business with you guys today or tomorrow, Vlad really made me feel like I can trust this shop. He spoke really highly about Ray and how he keeps going on jobs the average mechanic gives up on. He said it like he meant it. Vlad was beyond patient and answered every question with confidence. I have a unique vehicle and Vlad make sure to remind me of this and wanted to take his time to get back to me with the accurate and specific information. I don’t know when, but I will be going to this shop in the very near future because of Vlad.

It all start with the lady in the front and on the phones Tiffany! She’s amazing! I went for a simple oil change and I had brake problems. Well Ray found the problem with my brakes, fixes that and some. There was something wrong with one of my brake caliper and he gave me the option to fix or replace it. I ask what would he do and he said let him fix it so I didn't have to buy and replace the caliper. He fixed it brand spanking new even. Found out my radiator was almost bone dry and filled that up for me. Like how did the last technician I took my car to miss that. Smh. Ray was very thorough. He cares about my car. Ray and he’s team cares about my safety in my car. They even checked in on me the next day to see how my car was running. I mean you can’t make this up. That’s exceptional customer service at is finest! I’m so thankful for Ray and his team at his shop🙏🙏🙏

excellent service. brought my car in on short notice. Ray and Vlad were very accommodating. They clearly explained the issue with my car and were agreeable to using the parts I brought in. I initially asked them to replace the CV axle because I thought it was leaking, but they informed me that it was fine and that there were no leaks or tears noted. They did not replace it just to make money, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great and honest mechanic

I’ve been here twice now, and both experiences were amazing. Ray, Vald, Tiffany, and Vanya are incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about their customers. They are very honest with pricing and never try to overcharge. I drive a Mini Cooper, and they always use the correct, high-quality parts for my car. They even show me the parts (like I got my oil change and they showed me they are using Japanese oil, and I recently replaced my engine mount and it is from German) and confirm with me before starting the work, which makes me trust them even more. Another shop quoted me $4,000 for my front bumper, but Ray fixed it for me as a courtesy when I was getting my oil & break change. That alone shows how honest they are. I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly recommend this place. They are trustworthy, professional, and kind.
