About a week ago I brought my vehicle in to this location for some routine services. I have used Firestone for all my services/repairs, except for a couple of times I’ve needed just an oil change and went somewhere closer to my home. Firestone has my repair and service history which is why I mostly go to them for anything needed. Check in was quick, and when I called sometime later to check on my car, they told me that my spark plugs needed to be replaced. I let the employee know it was done last year, which he looked up my record and confirmed, and said that I wouldn’t need them replaced. Upon picking up my vehicle I also discovered they did a synthetic blend for my oil change, which I’ve always had full synthetic done. I would have been charged again for them to redo it so I opted to take my car home. Annoyingly, the full synthetic oil change would have been the same cost as the synthetic blend because of a deal they had going on. I wish they would have confirmed with me before deciding to do the synthetic blend. Lastly, I had to attend a wedding and took my vehicle on a roadtrip. My left front wheel began to make a grinding noise when slowing down some of the time and even when accelerating. This became progressively worse, so before going home we had to stop in a tiny town and thankfully got service done there before we made the trip back home. My front brakes were shot and rubbing metal on metal. So I had to get my front brakes and rotors replaced. This was a pretty dangerous situation, and I thought that Firestone does their inspection and would have noticed that. At least the other Firestones that have done my past services always let me know how my vehicle was looking after services were done, even the brakes. I wouldn’t have written a review, but after the brakes ordeal after my car was just serviced I feel like we were put in a dangerous situation.

First of all I tried to make an appointment online, never received a call or confirmation message. So when I showed up obviously they told me I didn't have an appointment so they would try to squeeze me in by the end of the day. I let them know both of my rear tires needed flat repair. Close to the end of business day I received no call, so I called them and they let me know that they only needed to repair one rear tire not both. I pick up the car and of course the next morning my tire is losing air again, 20 psi every night. So it's a bit concerning they will tell you you're good to go with a compromised tire. And also charge you, Discount Tire offers this service for free

Took my 1985 classic Corvette to get aligned and when I drove it off the lot, it was pulling to the left and the rear end seemed way off balance. I called them up and told him my problem. They said I would have to pay another $20 to have a specialist look at it. This is bullshit. These guys do not know what they’re doing especially on classic cars if anything else they should’ve just told me now I’m out $120 and they want more money for me to come back which I will not. I will never see these people again.

stay away. car overheated. diagnosed & fixed it as a radiator cap spring failure causing the steam leakage. car overheated again. said the fix was thermostat (DUH!), and would not credit me the misdiagnosis. $100 + new charge $500. I went elsewhere, bought the thermostat for $14, $25 coolant, and install for $80. they will never see me again.

Terrible Service I had an appointment for eight this morning, which I made a week in advance as I arrived. I observed that there was no employees in the check-in area. I stood at the check-in desk for over 10 minutes while employees made eye contact with me through the glass not one time did anyone approach me? Let me know to wait a minute that they'll be with me nothing I wasn't spoken to at all over the course of me standing there At their front desk, which was very unsettling for me I just didn't understand the point in making an appointment for me and they know I have an appointment and they didn't Worker there to greet me and no one was I was standing there for over 10 minutes. I decided to leave there were other clients that came behind me and waited a few minutes and they also left. No one was greeted so basically this business doesn't care About your schedule about your appointment time about you standing around they just simply do not care And it left a terrible taste in my mouth I won't be returning mind you this was my first time using them first impressions are everything this business is trash if you're thinking about going here just don't take your business elsewhere

Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted politely and things were explained to me in a way that I understood. I checked in and sat in the waiting area. I was updated on the status of my car throughout my stay and when the car was ready, the total was exactly what my estimate had been. No one tried to upsell me on anything. As I checked out, I was told about an upcoming sale on tires and told all the benefits of purchasing tires from Firestone, warranties, etc. I felt like a valued customer. I would definitely use this service again at this location and will tell others about my excellent experience. The waiting room and showroom area was clean and free of debris or smells. The employees were all friendly and kind.

Terrible experience at Firestone Durango! I recently had brake service at that location for front brake pads. They couldn't get the sensor to reset, stating there was a problem and that a computer update was needed. When I took it to the dealer, the dealer said the sensor wasn't hooked up correctly to the brakes and couldn't attach to the pads Firestone installed. When I spoke to manager Patrick, all he said was that the Chevy dealers are liers! Patrick is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met. Hard to believe Firestone lets people like him manage their location. Do not go there, they can't even handle a simple brake job!

I’m so happy with this Firestone here on No. Durango.l came in for a 2nd opinion. The bottom line is that Henry and Armando checked out my car and put my mind at ease! A previous auto place allowed battery leakage by using wrong size. I had an oil change elsewhere and was told the “leakage” was “corrosion” from “possible fire”…NOT! I know right! I highly recommend this Firestone; Henry and Armando were awesome! They got me in quickly on a busy day, and totally put my mind at ease. They reassured me that all is well! Great service, everyone was super friendly and professional. The wait time was a bit longer than expected. My appointment was at 12-noon and I waited there; my vehicle wasn’t completely until 3pm. If I was told it was expected to take that long I would have just dropped off my vehicle and came back once completed. That would be the only reason for not giving a perfect 10.

This is a wonderful location. I had an excellent experience. They did an awesome job on my charger . They definitely know what they are doing. I did not meet the manager , i wish i could have ! To tell him how wonderful he has this shop, the people , the service , everything. They use premium oils , i got the full synthetic of course , and they use platinum penzoil for a great price! I just bought a 2023 corvette stingray 70th anniversary edition with 6000 miles and i will definitely bring my new vehicle here for all my needs. My car is expensive and i trust these guys with it , that shows a lot about this crew! Awesome job Firestone !

This location is the absolute best!! Everyone is always so friendly and happy. With our recent cold weather, I have had to come by a few times to get air in my tires. When I pull up, or any customer for that matter, they drop everything and come take care of us immediately. I don't have to get out of the car or even ask. They just know! Kenton has been a total sweetheart every time I come in. He is always smiling and goes the extra mile...and he has amazing taste in music. Gotta love these guys. Sometimes you don’t know what you are going to get for car/tire repairs but I was pleasantly surprised. Initially I took my car to another tire shop close and was told automatically that I needed a whole new tire. I took it to Firestone, they actually looked thoroughly at the car and pulled the nail out to reveal it was only a tiny piece of a nail. It had not penetrated through the tire and there were no leaks. I loved their honesty and quick service! So glad I came to this tire shop instead of waiting around at the other.
