I recently purchased a new 2025 F-150 from Gaudin Ford through Costco’s car buying program, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Gaudin Ford fully honored our agreement, and my salesperson, Anthony, was outstanding. Since most of the paperwork was completed online, Anthony kept me informed every step of the way. Most importantly, there were no surprises or hidden fees. He was great and made the whole process very enjoyable. Every step of the process, Tony made sure we felt informed and confident. No pressure. Just honesty, patience, and top-tier service. He took his time walking us through every detail of the Mach-E, handled our questions like a true pro, and kept everything smooth and efficient. By the time we drove off the lot, it didn’t feel like a transaction, it felt like we were treated like family. Tony is the kind of person who redefines what a car-buying experience can be. My husband and I had been thinking about getting a new vehicle for a few months, and on August 20th, we finally bought the car we've been wanting for a while now, a 2025 Ford Explorer ST. My Husband had been in contact with Devin for a few weeks, and when the time came to finally pull the trigger, he made it so easy and seamless. Unfortunately, he wasn't there the day we bought the car, but he told us to go to the dealership anyway, and we worked with Anthony. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We met Michael, the sales manager, that day, and we worked with Fabio in finance, who was also great. Everyone was amazing, and honestly, I wouldn't go to any other Ford dealership in the Valley except for Gaudin Ford. Overall a very good experience 5/5 with the salesman, Diego. He was great to work with! 5/5 with the sale manager, she was able to give us a fantastic deal on our truck! 3/5 with the finance guy, we told him up front we were preferred customers with our bank and let him know that we could get a really good rate. He proceeded to inform us that they work with our bank and could match the rate. He ran our credit and then didn’t tell us the rate, I looked over the paperwork and noticed it was about .6-.8% higher than I could get myself. We then had to stop the finance part and agreed to hold the finalization until the following business day pending our application to our bank. We then applied through our bank and they had to run our credit again and we did indeed get a preferred rate .6% lower than offered by the finance guy. So, then I sent the pre-approval letter to him and he locked that in. So, my advice to car buyers: be well-informed and if you know you can get a better rate through your bank, do this first and go in with your pre-approval in hand.

I came in for an oil change on Friday at Gaudin Ford expecting the usual long dealership wait, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly I was taken care of. Daniel, the service writer, was extremely friendly, personable, and professional from start to finish. The write-up process was smooth, and the entire visit took about an hour—very fast and much appreciated. Daniel also made a great recommendation to check out the Carrera Café next door at Porsche while I waited, which was a thoughtful touch. He mentioned a few services to consider on a future visit, but it never felt pushy or like a sales pitch—just honest, professional guidance on what to plan for over time. I also know a long-time Gaudin employee named Lisa, but I intentionally don’t bring that up because I want every interaction to be genuine and unbiased. Between Daniel and Lisa, it’s clear Gaudin has people who truly represent the brand well. Some people are just employees—these two are real assets to the company. Because of experiences like this, I’ll continue giving Gaudin my business for service going forward.
