The customer service here is awesome. The amount of respect that was shown to me was amazing.The communication between the mechanic, receptionist, and myself was very exceptional. Refused to smog my car when I had a Groupon. Stupid older larger guy told me it’s illegal to smog it. How would it be illegal to smog a car. That’s stupid. I’m a master certified mechanic. He knew my car was in tip top shape and couldn’t get any money for repairs because it would pass.

Rip off alert...Went to this place to get a smog...guy told me his machine couldn't read my car so it rejected my smog check. His machines fault not my car and I still had to pay $8 for him to tell me that...what a rip off...went up the street and had no problem getting a passed result

Worst experience ever! Messed my car up more. Started work without checking with me first. Left cables unplugged intentionally. Not a classy, professional environment. Manager/boss big ole bully on the phone too. Single women stay away. Treated me awfully! Remember this VIP LV 5 here are photos. Typical old school shake you down mechanic shop. This is my one and only experience. Sorry but this is my truth would go back and spend my money here.

I NEVER leave bad reviews, but this was my first time taking my car here. It's hard to find a good place to trust with my car. It was brought in for an oil change and the next day I noticed it was leaking oil all over the driveway! Taking it in today to hopefully have that fixed. It's a newer car and it's never leaked oil previously, so this should not have happened. Now I have to get the oil pressure washed off the driveway. Super frustrating

Randomly my A/C went you and only heat was coming out. I went to other places and they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for unnecessary things. I called VIP AUTO service center 5 and Chris told me to come and he’d check it out. Quoted for only what I needed (and not the unnecessary stuff) with a better price and said he could get it done the same day. Service is great, efficient and very honest and helpful people. The receptionist is lovely and I enjoy her smile when I come in. They even asked me to come in a few days for a leak check to make sure that all is well. If it wasn’t for them, I’d probably still have no air. Thank you guys again!

We were towed into VIP at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon with a fuel issue on our F-350 6.7L while on our way to Phoenix AZ. These guys were amazing at one time there were 3 guys on this rig, 2 under the hood and 1 underneath and one running for parts. We’ve run diesel rigs for over 40 years, these guys were the most competent and get it running guys I’ve been around. We were back on the road at 6:15 P.M. Thank you guys, you are definitely top shelf.

They will scam you, went in to replace a pulley , they tried to say the ac compressor had metal scraps inside took the part to another mechanic and it is completely fine. Also said he would change my oil and filter and they did not. As well as my plastic engine covers they put them back with none of the tacks put in so its just sitting there with nothing holding them on. They tried to be slick to as turning my a/c full blast on cold aiming at the windshield maybe to actually mess up my ac compressor like I won't see it. With all that I still got charged for the removal of the ac compressor knowing there is nothing wrong with it. I Got overcharged and charged for something they had no business messing with. Hope this helps anyone who is not knowledgeable in cars

They were friendly, and their Smog test was affordable. However, they failed my Smog because the person conducting the Smog test stated that the OBD connector had been tampered with and something was interfering with the electrical system connection. They could look into it starting at $80 bucks. Being that I have owned the vehicle for 3 years, and I know for a fact no one has ever tampered with it, no thanks! Here's the rub, it took 25 minutes for the Smog test to be done. They also gave me a "free inspection". I get it trying to create business but it took entirely to long. They also gave me a laundry list of "work that needed to be done" for the vehicle. The estimations was like $5000 in total. Absolutely ridiculous. They really reminded of the USA Auto Service with their business practices. Beware of it if you get you Smog done here! $14.99 Gets you in the door, you just don't know what else they'll attach to it. Secondly, they offer auto repair financing through 3rd party vendors. Beware that they do receive bonuses for everyone that qualifies for them.

When I called to ask if they had availability for a smog check they responded with an enthusiastic Yes. The front desk office manager is busy but efficient and friendly. Inspection took about 10 minutes for $14.99. And they shared I may need brakes in the near future. Clean space with TV, WiFi and vending machine. My first inspection in a few years. This will be my go-to.
