STAY AWAY! Aweful!!!!!!! day one,My car needed Air conditioning work. one week later...Needs hose, ok, then two weeks later.. needs another hose- ok. Then another week... needs compressor- OK, then...hugh..after 9 weeks i get my car back. AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK. HAHAHA this is almost funny. I should have known. this shop is a piece of trash. Then to make things worse the did damage to my bumper that would cost hundreds of dollars. I took my car and didn't pay, and wont, but If i had the time I would sue this dump pit of a shop owner. REALLY BAD SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP. I believe that there used to be previous owners that were good and developed the better reviews that you see here on YELP, but believe me that these guys TODAY don't know what they are doing. Worst customer service I experienced. Needed a engine replacement, waited in the office for 30min while the owner talked to his buddies, while 4 customers in line. When I picked up the truck after they finished the job, truck wouldn't start because there was no gas. I asked if they could give me a little gas, they gave me a gas can so I could walk to the gas station and get some gas. Just a bad establishment!

These guys are the best! Replaced my radiator, put new coolant in, topped off all the fluids I don't see any reason why would anyone go deal with big corporations that will try to make extra money on you every time when you can go to Gonzalez Auto and get taken care of like you were a family. BEWARE!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MECHANIC. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE HAVE TO BE FRAUD AND/OR WRITTEN BY FRIENDS OF THIS BUSINESS. I brought my mini cooper for a "check engine" light. Diagnosis was that we needed a new sensor. After two weeks, we got car back for this simple job. we had to return this car back three more times because sensor light kept coming on and THEN the car was began stalling. the NEW diagnosis, Oliver( owner ) said that it must be just the spark plugs. OK, change plugs. 4 days later the car burns. Insurance says cause was electrical from the plugs. the car was classified as a TOTAL loss. I would give less than one star if i could. Oliver seems like a nice enough guy, but he shouldn't be in business. He makes cars worse, and in my case...a simple repair became a blazing fire on the side of I215. SORRY OLIVER, BUT YOU REALLY ARE BAD! Judy

My truck started to stall and run really bad after I stopped to get gas. I was thinking maybe there was a vapor lock or just bad gas. After trying to keep it running for over an hour I managed to coast into the driveway of their shop. Although they were busy with other vehicles they fit me in and were able to do a diagnosis that I believe is accurate. My crank shaft sensor was failing so the car would start when it was cold then abruptly choke and stall. They replaced the sensor which required unbolting the ac compressor and got me back on the road in just a couple of hours. The price was fair and honest around $125 I recommend Gonzales Auto Repair for anyone looking for an honest mechanic. Running great now! Thanks guys!!

I wore my brakes down to the point where they were grinding metal to metal and then m clutch went out! I coasted to oliver's shop and he quoted me a price that was very reasonable and the work was done in about a day. Needed to replace a timing chain on my 2004 Lincoln Navigator and they went above and beyond to ensure the process went incredibly smooth. Angel is my go to guy for my car. I took my vehicle to Gonzalez Auto Repair because another shop had improperly installed a part that caused my car to not run correctly. They were able to find the issue and fix it. I am grateful that they got it done quickly. I joked with Angel about this but he does have a problem answering his phone. He also works on the cars so I understand that its tough to do both office and mechanic duties. I give them 4.5 Stars, they are an honest shop. I would have given them 5 Stars but you might have to call them multiple times before anyone picks up.

5 stars, really happy with the service. My car was having multiple electric issues, engine would not start, giving weird errors, turned out it needed a new battery. Called and was able to get an appointment for the next morning after the dealership told me they couldnt get me in for a week. Dropped it off at 10:30m and was totally fixed and battery replaced by 3pm, for only $280 which I feel is very fair.

This auto repair shop and all of its clerks are kind that they came to my car, which was not turned on and I had no idea under crazy hot Las Vegas weather. I contacted lots of auto repairers, but only Gonzalez accepted my request to come to my car. They saved my fan trip for Las Vegas quickly, and cost was very reasonable. I will definetely call them again in case an car emergency in Las Vegas.
