The best eight hundred dollars i've ever spent ! Anthony our service advisor was amazing he got our car in and diagnosed in rapid time we found out it needed an expansion hose for the coolant system they had the part ordered and within days I had my car back the car is running perfect and anthony even washed my car before he gave it back that was mad cool I really appreciate it everyone here is super nice including the technician who fixed my car i recommend this auto shop to anybody who has a range rover they are professional they kept in touch with me the entire time and gave me updates till the minute that I got my car 10 /10 service so if you're in the neighborhood stop in and ask for anthony he will treat you like family

Long story short. One service I was getting that day was for an “oil leak diag” which wasn’t a leak but there was liquid present on the part. Turns out it was my front differential and/or transfer case, covered by my extended warranty. I was told i would have to pay $250 for my deductible and maybe a little extra for taxes and shop fees. I pick up my vehicle to an additional charge of $1100. I was told the warranty only covered $990 of the total repair cost. I call them and they told me they paid them the labor rate they were quoted, which was $183.88 but on my invoice, the labor rate was $239. I said this to Anthony, with the rep on the phone and he started typing like he was “looking into it” He’s taking a minute or two, so i hang up with the rep. He then asks me if I paid yet to which i replied “no, im still waiting to know why there are 2 different labor rates” He proceeded to call the manager but he was not there. I pay the $1915 because I want my car as they’ve already had it 2 weeks. I called my warranty company again and spoke with the claims adjuster. He stated that he spoke with Anthony on a recorded line and was quoted $183.88 hourly labor rate and they have on contract. The next 2 days trying to get some resolve and spoke to Bill with no resolution. He stated my next 3 services will be taken care of which total to about $600. Ummmmmm, If you just overcharged me, those next few services are not “free” or “taken care of” I just paid in advance. Oh and now my vehicle has a VISIBLE leak….drops are on my driveway now. so there’s that. I’m looking into my next course of action.

It would be in your best interest to read this review in full before having work done by this garage. In August I took my 2014 Audi Q5 2.0 for EPC light, they replaced the oil pressure sensor (high), $79 part, I was charged $385 for the work (which probably took 15 minutes). Took it back following day to top off the oil, then they took it upon their-selves to “test” everything even after I told them to only top off the oil. They did a pressure test on my coolant system. They destroyed my hoses and water pump and wanted over $1000 to fix it. I just drove the car from PA to Henderson and only issue was the EPC light. I ended up taking it some place else and paying them $1500 cash to get fixed. In addition they wanted $81 for wiper blades, which I said I can get wiper blades for $29 online, the guy actually said “it’s for 2”, I said “are you serious right now?” Not to mention the EPC light came back on about 200 miles away from Vegas, they never replaced the other oil pressure sensor which was the problem in the first place, a $25 part which my mechanic in PA fixed in 10 minutes. This post is late because I had a TBI years ago and lose track of things, my mechanic explained everything to me. This place is out to rip off people from out of the area. As a disabled veteran I find this sickening they took advantage of me like this and I know they are doing it to many others. Update, just got off the phone with the service manager, he explained to me that when I had the car in the first time the inspection came back “green” and he found that odd that a 10 year old car with 120,000 mi on it came back good. So he did another inspection when I took it back for them to top off the oil and “found” something, even though I told them specifically to just top off the oil.. The reason my car came back “green” is because I just put $5000 into it and take care of it. They caused the issue with the coolant system not to mention “fixed” the wrong oil pressure sensor.

This review comes very late, as my appointment was some time ago. However, it had always been my intention to leave a review, as I had felt it necessary. Anthony, the gentleman who assisted me, was a tremendous help and very informative throughout the entire process. I felt very strongly that he was in this business to help people, which to me is frighteningly rare. At the end of the day, he took me through all the things they found during their inspection and helped me understand just exactly what was what and patiently answered all the other million questions I had. It was a fine experience that gave me faith in Desert Oasis for all the other visits I will most definitely need. On an additional note, upon returning to my vehicle after the repairs I had noticed that my bumper was basically new! (it had basically been torn off) Obviously it’s not a permanent fix but it’s been upright since and it is a gesture that simply could not go unnoticed, nor unappreciated. Thank you Anthony, and the rest of the Desert Oasis family!

I’m very disappointed with the service at Desert Oasis European Auto because they didn’t fix what the problem was. I was charged and paid for whatever they did or did not do because it didn’t fix the problem. The “Low Coolant Level” remained lit. No thanks to them. They wanted to charge me more for supposedly “diagnostic” but I thought it was their protocol in place before they work on it. Don’t take my word for it; I’m not a mechanic (I told the lady at office). Even Bill said it must be the “sensor”. Don’t….

Did they find and fix the problem. No. Did they take three days just to get an estimate? Yes. Did they tell me car would be ready in a hour but it took over 2 hours and keep telling me the car is coming around the corner over and over than change their story to the mechanic is on lunch? Yes. Did they forget to put my back seats on properly? Yes. My entire lower half of the back seats are not attached. After speaking with other mechanics they broke the clips for my back seats and two pieces are now missing. I don’t appreciate mechanics that lie and change their stories or the fail to put the car back together properly. Create missing parts and break parts and not fix the problem they were paid for. They did offer a free oil change to make up on it but at this point I’ll pass.

The double failure move. I lost all confidence in this shop due to two major failures: 1. The Bait-and-Switch: I paid for an estimate in advance, but on the day I dropped my car off, the price suddenly jumped nearly $1,200 higher than agreed. 2. The Excuses: Despite the appointment, my car sat in their lot for a full day untouched. Their excuse was that 'a mechanic was sick.' I am personally managing a family crisis with dying parents and still managed to show up on time and ready to pay for a $4,000 job. I expect a professional business to handle its engagements and have backup plans, not shut down because one employee is out. The price of the fix frankly should have commanded respect. Which it did not. Im being charged nearly $280 an hour labour by them.. but they think it's cool to waste my entire day. Employee issues are the problems of the business... Not the customer. That sucks so you guys work harder... Cause your short. Just like I do at my job.

I can’t say enough good things about Desert Oasis European Auto Repair. They replaced my engine in my 2021 Mercedes Benz c300, and my car has been performing amazing ever since. It’s running great, getting excellent gas mileage, and I haven’t had a single issue. Huge thank you to Armando, Anthony, and the entire team.
