The worst experience ever not only did they rush me out, but apparently they overfilled my car with way too much oil and they didn’t reset my oil light. I had to get another oil change from a different company two days later so that the oil that was too much in my car wouldn’t damage my car so it cost me another oil change charge. I am trying to reach out to Meineke, but not having luck with the return from their customer service.

Hello everyone, good evening. I’m writing this review because I had a disappointing experience with this company. I’ve read many positive reviews about their simple oil changes and other services, but this time, I was let down. A good friend of mine brought his car in for over six months of service. He had heard a lot of stories about how they could fix his car, but when he finally got it back, he was shocked. They had done nothing to fix the problem and had charged him for unnecessary services. He almost lost his job because of this. He had to take Uber and other transportation options to get around, which was expensive. The company and its workers were incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate. They didn’t care about his time or his car. I’ve seen firsthand how bad their service is. I would never bring my car to this company again. My friend’s car is still in the shop, and they’re still trying to charge him more money for a different problem. I’ve never seen such blatant robbery of an individual in my life. The manager and the front desk staff are all disrespectful and care less about their customers.

Slooow service! Arrived on time for my oil change appt. Took them an hour! No way in Hell does it take an hour for an oil change. Then he tried to sell me a $30 air filter. No, I'll change it myself. Then he says, well whether you do it yourself or not, it's still going to cost you $30. No, again! So I leave. Buy an air filter AND cabin air filter on Amazon for $18 total. I go to install the air filter and the friggin techs at Meineke didnt even put the clips back on the filter cover after they tried to sell me their overpriced air filter. For you women out there, DO NOT let them try to sell you something you can do yourself and will only take you 5 minutes at a fraction of the cost. Would probably take them 30 minutes to do! Also, EVERYONE, avoid this location. Meineke has been my go to for many years in the many states I've lived in. No longer after this experience.

Worst car service experience I’ve ever had. I strongly warn people to stay away from this Meineke location. I paid for services that were never performed, yet my car was taken for over two hours under the excuse of a “test drive.” When it was returned, the work I paid for clearly was not done. During this time, $1,000 worth of silver went missing from my glove compartment. On top of that, the assistant/shop manager Chulo became aggressive and confrontational, making the situation feel unsafe. Even worse, inappropriate movies were playing in the lobby while my child was present, which is completely unacceptable. Between missing property, unperformed services, unprofessional behavior, and an inappropriate environment, this place is not trustworthy. I recommend staying far away. I have videos I will posting to FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE AND INSTAGRAM! In the post I attached photos of the guy CHULO and you clearly see him in my face trying to fight me! lol We are preparing our lawsuit also!

I took my 2000 Honda Civic to Meineke for an oil change, and they took excellent care of my car. The staff was friendly, honest, and efficient. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and explained everything clearly. The service was quick, the price was good, and my car runs good now. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be coming back!

Extremely unprofessional experience and literally recommended something that would have ruined my car. I went in for a simple oil change. Before even looking at my car, after I said I needed an oil change, the 'manager' said "full synthetic?" Why are you offering the more expensive oil before even looking at my car? It's a 2021 Ford Mustang EcoBoost with 25k miles. Full synthetic is for cars older than 15 years or more than 75k miles, and that's information THAT WAS ON THE MAT ON THE COUNTER. When I told him I just wanted the cheapest blend to give him the opportunity to correct, he completely ignored it. He looked up my car and started laughing with his coworker. Said "Have you ever seen that before?" He claimed his computer said it 'requires' 5W-50 oil, a specialty weight he’d have to special order. Nah, that's wrong. My car takes 30, it's in the owners manual or Google it. He then tried to charge me $150 instead of the listed $35. Unless you’re driving a specific High Performance Package model on a race track, 5W-50 is completely unnecessary and a blatant upsell. And mismatching oil could RUIN my engine. If his computer was actually recommending that, even worse because their whole system is wrong. Between the condescending attitude and the attempt to charge 5x the advertised price for oil the car doesn't even need, I’m glad I walked out. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows what they're doing. You tried that on someone that drives a MUSTANG. Bro, I know my car. I feel bad for people who go in who don't know about their car.

I had an exceptional experience with the Men working at this Meineke. I had a dead battery in My car at the storage facility next door. The manager sent a mechanic to jump start My car. They went out of their way to help get My car started and replaced the dead battery and also fixed a few other minor issues. The Men were very helpful Kind Courteous and professional. Next time I need any further repairs This shop will be first on My list. Exceptional service. Thanks Guys.🙏

I just want to say that the crew really pulled it together and was able to overcome some major difficulties with my PT cruiser. They stood behind what they said they were going to do and I really want to commend them for a professional experience in handling the difficulties head-on and resolving the issue.
