Had a dent in the rear hatch. These guys fixed it up perfect. Can't even see where it was before! The re-paint is also flawless; I can't even tell what / where was repainted. Additionally, they made sure the rear window was re-tinted, since it was damaged from the accident. Really appreciate the work, and the staff was excellent.

I suspect if you're reading this review, you're either: (1) looking around for the best company to take your damaged vehicle; (2) the owner/an employee of this company; or (3) bored as heck and wanting to spend time reading reviews of automotive repair shops. Regardless of the reason, it's never fun to visit a repair shop because obviously something bad occurred with your vehicle...as it did with my truck. Just like any responsible vehicle operator (that has an insurance policy), I contacted my insurance company to place a claim on my damaged truck, due to attempted theft - those jackwagons attempted to steal my truck in the middle of the day at a public location. Needless to say, they didn't succeed but left me with a truck that was inoperable. My insurance gave me a list of collision/body shops to select and I narrowed my selection down to three businesses...obviously, you know which one I selected. Caliber Collision had a lot of positive reviews and it was within proximity to my house which was optimal for the tow truck and when it was time to pick up my vehicle. I'll be honest, I'm never a fan of any automotive shops, whether it's a body shop, oil change center, etc. There's just that negative stigma with those businesses because there are several out there that have crooked employees, which make it difficult for honest ones to gain customers' trust. Caliber Collision did such a phenomenal job from cradle-to-grave and I cannot thank them enough for their quality workmanship and superb communications. The funny thing about my experience was I kept reading all the positive reviews about this "Lee" character and was curious who in the world he was and must be an exceptional employee. Well, to my luck, that is who I worked with from the time I had to sign paperwork upon dropoff, all the way to when I picked up my truck. Lee was very knowledgeable and didn't fill me with a bunch of nonsense...and surely he didn't waste my time. He was highly efficient in his craftwork/customer service, and never gave empty promises - kudos to the business for having him and I hope for the benefit of other customers, he stays with the business until he grows too old to work. TIMELINE OF EVENTS: (1) My truck was dropped off by the flatbed tow truck on 25 Sep 2024. (2) I received a call on 26 Sep 2024 to come down to Caliber Collision to sign paperwork so they can initiate the estimate to send to my insurance company - I signed the paperwork on that same day. (3) I received an automated message on 30 Sep 2024 providing an estimated (pending) completion date of 11 Oct 2024. (4) I received periodic text updates from this business for my awareness. (5) I received a call from Lee on 3 Oct 2024 stating that my truck was complete and is ready to be picked up. (6) I picked up my truck on 4 Oct 2024 (7 days earlier than the estimated date) and drove home with a big smile on my face. If you're in need of a repair job and want quality service, then I highly recommend you use Caliber Collision. Note: Even my Uber driver told me he used Caliber Collision in a different state and mentioned how great his experience was with this company. I've attached pictures of the before and after damages to my driver's side door lock and ignition/steering column. Thank you, Lee and Caliber Collision! No thanks to those douchebags who attempted to steal my truck - hope karma arrives tenfold to you.

I took my Santa Fe to get the steering column and ignition switched fixed and replaced due to an attempted theft. Angel was awesome as he took his time and went over the car in detail, and we discovered where the thieves broken into it. He kept me updated every day on the progress of the repair and it was done in a timely manner. They are very skilled at what they do, professional, and I highly recommend them for any repair that you may have.

Based on my wife’s entire experience and my 10 minute pickup with here…..Caliber was a nice clean place with friendly service from counter to service advisor. From start to finish it was very positive considering that getting into an accident is not a fun thing to go through. My wife had a minor fender bender and our insurance sent us here. It took about a week for them to get the parts in, repair and paint the car. Would highly recommend this place even if you’re not in an accident but need to have your car worked on. Our service advisor, Lee, was very friendly, and my wife had a great experience with him; he updated us in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
