The best team of guys at a very fair price!. I've been with them exclusively for 5 years now for all of my auto needs and i stick with them even though i live on the west side now. My 2002 lexus sc4300 has no issues now with over 200000 miles on it! I hope she goes another 300000!

I'm the original owner of a 1992 Honda Accord purchased when we first moved to Las Vegas, February 1992. I have taken such good care of her, and vice versa. She has just over 75K miles and is an exceptional car. The AC went out 5 years ago, i was forced to retire due to disability, so money was very tight. I had the duct patched for $250, which worked 1 season, so i got taken on that. I called eight auto shops on Saturday, with two possibly helping after a $29.99 diagnosis! I got to Capital Auto right on opening, 9am. The owner took my car back and after a short time gave me the problem, followed immediately with the solution. I live 4 miles away, and they took me home, fixed my girl, picked me back up. The shop is obviously family run, with seeing at least four generations working. I'm so grateful to have found a close family i can trust. They're the backbone and heroes of Las Vegas!

I took my Jeep here a while back. I'm still dealing with the bad work, suspension work,brakes and oil change. They actually forgot to put enough oil back in it. I drove it a day with basically no oil in it,with ac on and summer. I actually saw him doing more than one thing, had oil drained,brakes off and suspension loose. I was going to say something and didn't,then had family in town and forgot to check after I got it back. Literally low about 3.5 Quart's Been burning oil ever since,all suspension work was done shabby. Actually told me how nice it was before they worked on it, problems ever since! I wouldn't take a junkyard car to them! Then happened to meet about two other people who had a bad experience with them!

Do not go to them they will rip you off and tell you different things that have to do and charge you for to fix the car and then it’s none of the things they fixed. Take your car to a real shop that will simply charge you a diagnostic fee and do it right the first time

Terrible work! Had them install a lift on my truck and mount and balance my wheels. Parts were not installed correctly and alignment was way out of spec. After 3 months, new tires are almost bald. Total hack job. Do not recommend. Find a repuatable shop.

I was referred to Capital by another mechanic and they immediately started work on tires and alignment. I had a prior alignment from another shop that wasn’t done properly and Capital did a very thorough job of correcting it. Price was outstanding with top quality and speedy work. My car steering wheel locked up at the gas station in the morning of Thanksgiving Day 2020. I was very thankful that I found CAPITAL AUTO CENTER being open on the holiday (till 4pm!). They ordered the parts the next day and it was ready on Saturday. When I went to pick up my car, they showed me the broken parts and explained to me in detail as to what went wrong. They said the wheel could lock up while I was driving. That would have been a history. Luckily for me, it happened right after I put the gasoline and ready to drive. They even called Toyota dealer for a possible recall on my behalf!!! And I also feel lucky to have found this honest mechanics on my side of town. The people at this family owned and operated facility was honest, sincere and the fee was very reasonable. They even told me to bring in my car in a week or two to make sure my car is running all right. From my years of experience with mechanics and living in this town, I can highly recommend this repair shop. If you are looking for honest and quality shop, this is it. 😃

Please do not take your car here unless you have extra money to give them they will charge you for unnecessary repairs. This place is a totally scam. I paid the boss $300. He put it in his pocket in front of me and said I did not pay him I had to call the police, pull up my bank statement showing that I just pulled the money out and then he said I owe him $100. After showing that I did take out the $300

Honest, good and run by locals, private mech shop with alignments available, they couldn't complete an alignment due to a seized part and since they knew I was a mech they kept it real and said go ahead and replace the parts and bring it back, no charge. Definitely try them out if you're wondering.

‼️‼️ Don’t ever come to the shop i’ve also reported them to the DMV and the Better Business Bureau ‼️‼️ They had my car for four months didn’t fix a thing on my car stopped on me the next day took my money and now will not answer any of my phone calls I’m in the process of a civil suit as we speak warning warning warning warning warning do not use their services they’re running a scam they put old parts on your car and they’ll make you pay for things that they never fixed with a smile s scariest thing I’ve ever been through in my life ‼️‼️‼️ I will give them zero stars if that was an option🚷‼️‼️‼️

Worst place .... definitely NOT recommended.. Took my truck on Friday to do some differential work.. probably a3 hours of work at most... They said Saturday or Monday will be ready.. Call Saturday they said, Monday ,I said ok .. Called monday, they said Tuesday,, Call Wednesday they said it would be ready by 7:00 I went to pick it up at 7 and wasn't ready . They didn't even do nothing to it.. I told them I was going to take it ,and they said ,yes take it don't have time for it.. It took them 5 day to said they didn't have time for it.. When I got home I found out the my truck was missing parts from the engine... They had nothing to do wit the engine the truck was there for a differential work.. Not only that but had a new carpet on my truck and they got it all dirty and grease

Took my car there for alignment. After the alignment the steering wheel is not straight. Then the car pulls to the left. Went back to get it checked then he said he fixed it. Then its much worse cause the steering wheel has a play to the left and right. He told me the outer tie rod is bent on the driver side. He said need to get that fixed for $250. I went home to check it out and it wasnt bent and it looks the same as the passenger side. Dont go here they will tell you something is bad and try to take advantage. Thats why i try to work on my car as much as possible. This is what shops try to do. They try to scam people. Upgate: Danny was able to help me fix the problem on my car. He was an awesome guy that made it right. My car drives straights and the steering wheel is straight. If you are getting an alignment i recommend you to look for Danny.

No confien en este lugar yo lleve mi camuoneta por el rack and pineal y me descompucieron el iner tire rode y fuy a desirles y dijeron q todo estva normal y tuve que gastar de mas por que ellos pusieron las partes mal. Don't trust this place. I took my truck there for a rack and pinion repair, and they damaged the inner tie rod. I went back to tell them, and they said everything was fine. I ended up having to spend extra money because they installed the parts incorrectly, and they didn't even care. That's why I don't recommend this place.
