I am very pleased with the services I have been provided by Silver Arrow Motors over the past 2 years. They are very skilled, knowledge and professional. I trust this company to do quality work, only the necessary repairs and at a very reasonable cost. I bring my 2009 BMW X5 there and being it's an older vehicle I've had work done from replacing brakes to engine repair and I've always left satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing! I had an honest conversation with Josh about the condition of my Mercedes c250. I called around town and got the same $150 to $200 inspection fee to figure out what is wrong with the car before anyone would talk to me. Josh took the time to listen to my concerns and when I brought the car in, turns out it was nothing serious. I got a few minor things done and I was quickly on my way. I have some quotes for some future repairs. Josh took the time to take pictures and show me what he is seeing. I will be bringing all my cars here going forward. I even brought a friend on my last visit and the other people waiting were raving about the shop so much that my friend is going to start bringing her car here too. Thank you Silver Arrows Motors.

Update 7 years after initial review: I stand by everything I said years ago. Don't hesitate; this is the place you've been looking for. I haven't gone anywhere else and I still absolutely LOVE the service and the team here. Derek has taken such good care of me as a customer and all of our vehicles over the years. Lots of mentions for Luxury vehicles but they are a shop for everyone that is both qualified AND affordable. (I drive Toyota) The comments made by others about being trustworthy and honest are absolutely accurate. Pricing is completely reasonable and fair, their diagnosis and work is excellent. I've had them work on 4 different vehicles; they have always diagnosed correctly and I have NEVER had to return twice with the same issue or have any work that was completed redone. I cannot think of even ONE complaint I have ever had. ***Original review*** I can't say enough about Silver Arrows Motors. I've taken them by BMW and they did fantastic work and saved me thousands of dollars by taking the time to correctly diagnose my issues instead of being lazy and just replacing every part under the hood. Also brought them both of my Toyota, the guys are so friendly and helpful they show you the car and take photos if you want to see what needs to be replaced. I will take my cars here as long as they are there. Thanks Guys!!

This was the most amazing and unexpected interaction today! I was just helping my friend drop/retrieve her car at Silver Arrows Motors when my own truck started making some strange noises. The shop is by appointment only but Derek decided to take a Quick Look anyway. He ended up working on my car and resolved the immediate issue and even put more fluids to ensure that it would not cause me any further problems until I returned. Originally, I was supposed to return in a week but he advised to just return on my next routine maintenance schedule so that he could have a more accurate “diagnosis.” Not only did he not try to push any unnecessary service, he didn’t even charge me for the time or fluids that he put in my car. Embarrassingly, it wasn’t just a little top off. Derek sets the bar in customer service and works with the value of knowing that he will be successful by developing the reputation he has. I can’t even believe that there are still people out here like this! Christmas in January! Thank you Derek for your kindness today and the peace of mind that I will not get stranded anywhere!

I typically don’t post good or bad service, however Derek at Silver Arrow is the most accommodating and honest Mechanic I have ever dealt with. I went to another mechanic here in town and of course being a woman I totally got screwed and to say the least every time I took my Mercedes to the mechanic I was constantly being up sold on things. Derek checks your vehicle out and lets you know up front what is needed . He will also work with you regarding time frame when repairs are needed in the future. I recently bought a 1999 Mercedes-Benz for my daughter, not realizing that there was no air conditioning in the car so a good friend of mine suggested I may try Silver Arrow Motors, so I did. I took my car to the shop and Derek and Josh were there, both super nice and very professional. And totally completely honest. Within 48 hours. My car was so much better than it was when I took it in there and the AC blows colder than my 2021 Honda! Therefore that tells me right there what great work they actually did and the time and effort they spent in doing such great work . And I definitely want to tell The final out the door price that I paid, but I don’t want to write something so concrete like that in my review, but just know that they are very fair and honest and really really are working for your benefit
