These people are the best! My car needed battery cells, and they gave me multiple choices at different price points for replacement. They explained the differences and warrenties, and were very patient while I was making up my mind. They did not charge for the diagnostic, and were more than fair in the pricing and treated me with respect and kindness.

After running out of gas our hybrid battery was completely drained attempting to make it to the gas station. We feared. Our 2011 Prius would need a costly replacement hybrid battery, however, the shop was able to charge our battery and we were back on the road. Extremely fair priced service and no hidden fees. Excellent service! Brought my car in after getting a full service drive thru car wash and got check hybrid system codes and brought it to the shop. They were straight forward and looked it up and said the code was cleared but to keep an eye and bring it in if it shows up again. Could have tried to sell me unnecessary service but were very honest with me. I appreciate it. Will bring back when I do need to get that work done.

I love this place. So much better than the car dealerships. I brought in my Prius thinking the hybrid battery had failed, but it was just a inverter coolant pump. They were able to install a new one within a few hours for a fraction of the price that the dealerships would have charged. I'm never going back to the dealership for repairs.

Took my 09 camry for hybrid battery replacement in January of 2023. Car drove beautiful until may 2024 when the battery started acting up just a little bit. I had 18 month warranty and when i took it in they didnt even hesitate to fix it. Probably one of the best shops ever. I love this company, no wait , free diagnostic, and instantly told me the problem. Made an appointment for the next day . This is my 2nd time getting work done here. This time I got my hybrid battery replaced. 🪫Thank you so much my 2005 Toyota Prius is working perfectly now ! 🔋it’s driving better than when I bought it. Very nice family owned business. Highly recommend if you are having issues with your hybrid batteries. Brought my Prius in and they ran a diagnostic which showed hybrid battery issues. I was worried it would cost me thousands. But no. Super fair pricing. They repaired 4 cells that needed it and checked the others. Walked out spending less than $500 and he was done in 1 day. Again I highly recommend if you are worried or needing hybrid battery repairs.

Shouldn't advertise as "Hybrid Auto Repair" if you're not going to work on hybrid cars beyond just battery work. My 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid broke down, warning message indicating problem with the hybrid CVT transmission. Business owner states he doesn't do work like that on hybrids. Maybe change your business name so you don't waste folk's time thinking you'll be able to help. Oh and you definitely shouldn't call reviewers back to chastise them for their review when they're still actively trying to find a mechanic shop that WILL help them. Be better. (Note: changed my review from one to three stars).

I brought my 2008 Prius in to replace the inverter water pump, and Hybrid Auto Repair had it done in under an hour. They used an OEM water pump and the correct compatible coolant, all for way less than what I was charged at the last shop. That previous mechanic used the wrong pump and coolant, and my car was still having issues. Hybrid Auto Repair fixed it right the first time—fast, honest, and affordable. Highly recommend if you want your hybrid handled properly!!!
