I originally planned on doing my own oil change, but I didn’t have all the necessary tools at the time. On top of that, I have underglow and an aftermarket splash shield, which made things more complicated than a standard oil change. I decided to go to Jiffy Lube, brought my own oil and filter, and honestly had a great experience. They had no issue using my parts, got the job done smoothly, and there were zero complications despite the extra modifications on my car. Shoutout to Tevin, Aniya, and Armando for their hard work. They were professional, helpful, and even took the time to explain how I can do it myself next time once I have everything I need. Super respectful crew. Definitely a solid experience and way better than I expected.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on Saturday morning. I arrived right at 9:00am and was back on the road by 9:15am. Talk about efficiency. The customer service was top tier. GM Tevin, Wavy, and Mike were friendly, professional, and worked quickly without making me feel rushed. They even offered to run my check engine light, which really showed they care about going above and beyond, not just getting you in and out. This Jiffy Lube does a great job and always has such a knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient team! I've been coming here for 2 years, but the service provided to me today by Andy, Anita, and Nuno was particularly awesome! I drive a 265,000 mile 2000 Acura so I bring my own high mileage oil and they knock out the change for me for $50! A pretty good deal considering! And today's change was the fastest and most efficient it's ever been! Pro-tip, there are always $10 off (at least) on the Jiffy Lube website so make sure to take advantage of that when you can! Thanks again guys!

After needing a vehicle inspection in order to start driving for Uber, I discovered that Jiffy Lube, his partner with Uber. The 7215 Durango Dr. location is just 1.5 miles from my small business Which is extremely convenient. I called to inquire that this location does in fact do the inspections before driving over. I was told that the entire process takes 15 to 20 minutes and only $23 As soon as I walked in, the manager knew that that was the reason I was there because of the form in my hand. Just as I reached my car, a young man named Andres greeted me and explained that there was no need to move my car that he would just do the inspection where it was already parked. The entire process only took approximately five minutes, including payment!! We engaged in conversation And before I knew it, I was done and ready to hit the road. Being a small business, owner, efficiency, convenience, affordability, and excellent customer service are top priorities… This location was top-notch! And Andres is the epitome of top notch Customer Service!!
