Honest, reliable and kind mechanics I have had two different jobs done on my car from John and the crew at Paul's Auto. They have been very courteous, honest and reliable. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of (so many others have tried this!) instead I feel like someone who is a valued client of their business. I appreciate the straight answers and sound advice that has been given to me. I drive 45 minutes each way just to get my car repairs done at this shop. I can't recommend it enough.

You guys are the BEST! I'm an old lady who drives a very old car. I can drop my car off and tell John do what needs to be done and that's just what happens. I know other businesses have taken advantage of me and I rather expect that as I know little about cars. Paul's Auto I trust. They have taken such good care of me and my car over the years. my car had no electrical issues at all. Everything was working. That is you didn't put it in the estimate. My only problem was oil liking. Now my car make a horrible noise. Gas gauge don't work becausw you messed up the cables. Not event the lights inside. Don't lie.my car was working perfectly. I am so disappointed, I went for a oil leak originally, I requested a estimate to be sure is everything I need to fix in my car. I got help paying the repairs from an organization, but the mechanic will get full payment. I got the estimate and when they I bring my car they told me the estimate was incorrect, the woman stated they didn't include waste prices, but when I asked the mechanic he said was something else, completely other story an amount. So I knew it was a lie. They were just trying to charge me more. Before even start fixing it. I thought the estimate are prices they should respect and not change. But anyway. My car had all electrical working, air conditioner, gas gauge, interior lights, even the stereo. When I first picked up the car after they called me to tell me it was ready, the air conditioner wasn't working so I told them that it was working before. Ooh but they make me sign the document for.them before even I saw the car. So they had the document proving I was agreed with the job and everything. Then they told me about the air conditioner. They told me the cables were very old and that is why was not working. For me was very important cause is Vegas and I have a 1 year old baby. Took his document and wrote that as a note. Then they told me that I can leave the car till Monday so they can check it and fix it but I will have to pay . I did it I miss work one more day and they called me again on Monday. Changed me 160 dlls and treated me like a trash like it was a favor they did to me, and now they didn't tell me anything wrong so I signed their paper. They showed me a bounch of cables parts they cut and the said that job will be thousands of dollars but they only charged 160. They said everything was fixed but treated me so bad.but I am sure they messed up with the cables cause my care had the air conditioner working before. And everything else was working. The car was already outside and then when I was ready to drive it they told me that the gas gauge was making empty, and I told him it was full tank and they said it was empty from the day I left the car. IS A LIE. I never had a problem with that. They said it was the gas pump sensor. And the gas gauge will mark empty and full all the time because the sensor is not working. I told then many ways that the gas gauge was marking gas as normal before but they just went inside of their chop and told me that I was just repeating same thing. And left me there talking. So I had no other choice than take my care and leave. Days after I notice the gas gauge never moved is always empty. I googled it and is a cable problem. Also the interior lights of the car don't work. (Sensors are good) So they don't work neither because of the cable damage the mechanic did. Sometimes the whole gauges just don't work in moments. i don't even know what else they damaged. And of course I don't have money to fix it. But those things were working perfectly before. Of course I will do something. I will go to compliance enforcement Nevada. Or wherever I need to go cause this is not right. They should not broke the care. They should treat us with respect and accept their mistakes and be responsible for that .

Wow! Great service. We were traveling from Oregon to Baja when we noticed a clunking in the rear end over bumps, ruts, and potholes in the road. We knew we needed to get it looked at soon as we got to Vegas. Paul's had good reviews for being thorough and honest. They weren't wrong! They were able to see it in the morning, diagnosed a broken shock mount, and had us back on the road before the end of the day! Very reasonably priced! Thank you Paul's you saved our vacation plans. I highly recommend Paul's for your next repair.

I've been taking my car to Paul's Auto for many years now, I don't trust no other mechanics to work on vehicle. These guys are great. They are honest and friendly people. I've been going here for over 10yrs +. A friend referred Paul to me personally. I've never had a problem with their work. From what I've always noticed they are a 3 man crew, sometimes 2. Had a broken motor for the radiator fan of my car. Despite me arriving a little over two hours before closing, they were able to diagnose the problem, order the part, and have it installed and good to go almost to the minute before closing time. All that and for a pretty decent price. This place will definitely be my go to from now on.

I'm a mechanic's daughter so I'm quite picky about which shops I go to. I was ghosted by another shop in the area after getting an estimate and found Paul's Auto through word of mouth - thank goodness I did. I had a few major issues with my ML350 and they got it back to me the NEXT day. Michelle at the front is an absolute sweetheart and John really goes the extra mile to make sure you're driving on the road safely and will explain anything you might have questions about. I feel very grateful for their honesty and getting my car back to me so quick when I needed it with excellent work. The main thing I brought it in for wasn't an actual issue - and any other shop might have easily taken advantage of that. Thank you Paul's Auto, you have a return customer - but let's hope I just need oil changes from now on ;) lol.

Coming from a family of mechanics, it's very hard for me to let anyone else work on my vehicle. But because of the warranty on my car, I have to go to specific shops. Paul's was on that list, with good reviews, so I decided to use them. Let me tell you, Michelle (office) & John (manager) are truly some of the nicest, most helpful people around!! They went above & beyond speaking with my warranty people to help me with my car!! Unfortunately, because of the warranty, it now has to go to the dealer...yukk!! My motor was blocked and he wants to change the starter to charge another $1,500 this guy has no idea to fix the engine first want me to put a new battery and actually I put a new battery a day ago and after he say well you need to change the starter because the car doesn't start and I say yes because the car was started when the motor gets blocked it so is the motor the engine it's not the starter because the starter was on when the car stop Jesus Christ

Honest and hard working! We were referred to Paul’s from a friend of my husband. We thought something was wrong with a water pump only to find out it was our radiator leaking. We asked to replace the water pump but they told us we didn’t need to replace it and that it was still in good condition and not to spend more money on something that works fine. They fixed my transmission leaks and replaced the tubes and put a new radiator in and we asked them to change our oil as well :)My van is happy again :) thank you for all your hard work and we will definitely return here for all our vehicles!!!

Everyone in my family have been going to Pauls Auto Service for years. The shop as fixed everything from a simple oil change on all our vehicles to getting a 80's car running. But this last time I took my car in because my antifreeze was leaking, I took my car in to get an estimate on what turns out to be a waterpump issue. The lady at the desk calls and tells me it was going to cost $2800 , which is fair but I didn't have the money at the time so I told her I was coming to pick it up and I would wait til I get the funds and bring it back. I drove the car home not knowing there was a piece hanging to the ground that came from the right front passenger side of the car with missing screws just added to the issue of now how do I get my car to a shop to get it repaired and should I even bring it back to Pauls if they can't remember to put screws back in. I can't drive it with this piece just hanging there. At least the shop could have put it back together before I picked it up.This just added another problem for me to solve.

I had a great experience with Paul's Auto. They literally saved the day for me, and went the extra mile to make sure.my Mini Cooper was repaired & paid for by the warranty company just a day before the warranty was set to expire...a repair I had been trying to get done for over 6 weeks by Pep Boys, who gave me nothing but the run around. Every person I dealt with at Paul's Auto was friendly, professional and helpful. I never felt taken advantage of, and I got the distinct impression they operate with high integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.
