I’ve always been a Porsche guy, and it never crossed my mind that I’d buy a BMW. I was considering a change and stopped by the BMW dealership on West Sahara just to take a look at the X5s. The cars looked great, but what really made the difference was the experience. I was lucky to work with a sales associate named Damien. From the very beginning, he made the process easy and comfortable. There was no pressure, no pushing, no hustling—just professionalism and genuine respect. The sales manager was equally professional, and together they made me an offer I simply couldn’t refuse. This was by far the most pleasant car dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I never thought it would lead me to buying a BMW. What an amazing experience overall. We had the opportunity to purchase my wife’s dream truck. Initial contact via web. I got a phone call back within minutes. Eduardo was amazing start to Finish. He answered all of my questions, sent me all the additional pictures I requested. We made a deal and the finance team stepped in also a seamless experience mind you I was 700 miles away. Communication top notch, staff and team amazing. I can say enough about Eduardo and Rick in Finance. I’ve been in the car world 30 years and was treated like a king. We flew in Saturday enjoyed the atmosphere and the showroom is spectacular. Paperwork was easy, signed sealed and a short trip to Vegas and an awesome ride home. Thank You again

Drove the BMW X5, and loved it.... Loved our sales rep Eric, he was very helpful. Sat in his office asking for a 36 month Lease rate for the car we just drove. I told him that I was in finance and he needed to just bring the numbers so we could look at them. He went to his finance team and brought back a $1,425/Month lease with $3K down (edited from 6K down). On BMWUSA website is a published rate of $869/Month. We politely told Eric that his finance team just lost him a deal. He said that was their process and that they would be able to do the published rate. We left and went to another dealership and leased another brand all together. Here is the deal BMW of Las Vegas, you can take advantage of the under educated and never get called out for it... Mess with the educated and you lose a deal and get a terrible review. Do better finance team, you embarrassed yourself having your sales rep call me to ask if I was still interested in the car. The car would have been fantastic, but my alternative is amazing too. Update The General Manager at the BMW of Las Vegas store called me directly. We had a very spirited discussion and left the call with a mutual understanding of each others position. I appreciate him picking up the phone and making the call, but it doesn't change my perspective of their process.

my service rep is joe and i'm leaving this review to give recognition to the white glove service offered for items as little as an oil change. the communication is prompt. with such a large company like bmw, it's not possible to treat every customer with personalized detail but joe sure does make it seem like it's possible. although there might be some savings going to non-oem auto shop, but the customer service at bmw las vegas is impeccable. i was able to get my car just before 6pm close with joe's cooperation to have the vehicle ready outside and a complimentary wash.

Would 100% buy another car from them! I was looking at another car down the road and they were being super pushy and it was not a good experience. I told them I would come back and it wasn't very long when I had a phone call from 2 sales people and the sales manager and a few text messages. Then I came across this car online and when I walked in Ardie grabbed the keys and printed the carfax out for me. My first experience at this dealership back in 2018 when I leased 2018 330i went very smooth. The service department outstanding. Always had a loaner when vehicle ready if needed. Fast forward 2025. Looking for another BMW to purchase and once again top shelf service from start to finish. BIG shoutout to the team of professionals that made this purchase experience possible. Anthony C. Was extremely courteous and knowledgable. He listened to my every concern I had regarding what terms I was willing to accept to move forward with the purchase. He exceeded them all. BIG shoutout to Donald A. In finance. He was very efficient with the final signing process with no BS... He also listened to my concerns that "I was not interested in sales after the fact " (ie ext warranty etc). What he was able to present blew me away in all my car buying history. My initial interest rate on the 640i GT was almost 12%. He then went on to explain that he was able to bust my %rate down to 7% along with adding gap insurance and vehicle maintenance (5yr oil change service) and dropped my payment $15-$20 more a month. So to wrap this review up; anyone looking to buy, lease or purchase I would highly recommend go see them at AN BMW OF LAS VEGAS

I arrived to BMW on Sahara after leaving Mercedes after they were not able to make a deal with me. My husband said “let just stop at BMW it won’t hurt…” . I am SO HAPPY WE DID! We parked in got out of the car where there were 2 salesman’s men that were outside and had headed back in when we approached and the our sales man Narek approached us with a smile and very friendly greeting. Let’s just say, we were dismissed and he was patient… I left out with a 2025 X3! With ALL THE BEST THINGS I WANTED! I had the pleasure of working with Lexis Hall as my service advisor while getting my car serviced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She introduced herself right away, was extremely professional throughout the entire process, and never tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need. Lexis kept me consistently updated on the status of my car and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She provided a clear estimated completion time and even offered a complimentary car wash, while being upfront that it would add a bit of extra wait time. Once the service was completed, she personally walked me to my car and gave me a thorough rundown of what was done and what was found during the inspection. Overall, Lexis went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Definitely a 20/10 in my book, and I would gladly work with her again.

I use my BMW primarily on Sundays. It has always been my favorite car brand, and owning a BMW was something I worked toward for years. I finally saved enough to make that dream a reality. I brought the vehicle in for a recall repair, and I want to be clear—everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. The staff themselves were kind and respectful throughout the process. That said, the recall visit resulted in an estimate of nearly $5,000, which was surprising. Upon closer review, a significant portion of the quoted work had already been completed prior to this visit. After addressing this with the service team, one item—a coolant vacuum service valued at $250—was performed at no charge, which I appreciated. We have invested heavily in maintaining this vehicle, including nearly $10,000 in recent repairs at another BMW location to ensure its longevity and pristine condition. Unfortunately, during this visit, a connector linking the passenger-side airbag to the main engine harness was damaged. The estimated cost to properly repair this would have exceeded $2,000. Rather than replacing the component, the connector was secured with a zip tie and I was told this was acceptable as a temporary solution. Given the circumstances, I had little choice at the time. We have documentation and photographs of the issue. While I respect the individuals involved, the outcome of this service experience has left me disappointed. As a result, I will not be returning for future service.

This was the first time bringing my newly purchased BMW 740i into the service department for it's annual service check and additional items that required attention. My BMW service representative Caleb was incredible. I gave Caleb a list of items that required attention and all of my items were addressed in a timely manner. I was given updates on the progress of my car regularly which Caleb provided. Caleb also provided me with a courtesy car until my vehicle was completed. I was very impressed with the daily communication that Caleb provided me on the progress of my car as well as what was found during the maintenance visit that fixed each of the items on my list of things to be worked. I look forward to working with Caleb again on future visits to the service department due to his professionalism and knowledge about my BMW 740i. BMW should be happy that they have people like Caleb working for them.
