I decided to go to the AAA auto repair center because they offered discounts and I wanted to try a different shop. The Las Vegas North Rancho location was fantastic. They were honest and helpful with our vehicle. They recommended that we take our car back to a previous shop (Meineke) due to the warranty on the parts. However, we were hesitant to return to them, as we did not want to waste any more money there. I wanted AAA to fix the issue instead. The team at AAA was very apologetic and mentioned that other auto shops often don’t get things right the first time, which reflects poorly on all mechanics. AAA completed the job efficiently and even identified other issues that had never been mentioned before. Thanks to them, my vehicle is running smoothly !

Pricing was a little high considering the warranty only covered my transmission and basically nothing else, still having a few problems but not because of AAA. GENE has the BEST service he is the reason I would return.

I’ve been a lifelong dealership-maintenance guy, but I’ve recently become dissatisfied with the return of investment for the prices dealerships charge. A recent surprise thermostat failure resulted in us using our AAA towing benefit, and they brought the Honda to this shop. That happened on a weekend, and within 36 hours I had my vehicle back for a very fair repair bill. Gene at the shop communicated quickly and clearly every step of the way. So I figured I would have them take a shot at my Subaru as well that had a couple problems as well as some routine stuff I’ve been putting off. Once again, the communication and turnaround time was fantastic. I compared my final bill for some of the services with what the dealership had quoted the last time I was in, and Gene is definitely beating them. I also really like the peace of mind from AAA-vetting, and the warranty that they place on all work. Independent mechanics are all over the valley, and I had no idea where to start for finding a new one. I’m glad the thermostat failed so I could wind up at AAA. This is where all my vehicles will be coming from here forward.

It was hard to get an appointment scheduled yet once I got there it was DEAD. I used a coupon for the synthetic oil change for $59.95 and then they replaced my cabin air filter ($36.42) and air filter ($26.77) bringing my total with taxes to $137.54 and it took a little over 1 hour. I have no idea what took so long considering I was very clearly the only customer they were working on. Daniel was nice but when I had called and discussed my tire light being on he had told me they could check it for me, when I got there in person he told me they don't do diagnostics for dashboard lights because they don't have the tool for it and could only put some air in the tires for me. For $137.54 I could have gone somewhere else and had the tire patch done along with the oil change. Even as a AAA member, the "savings" weren't worth it. I will not be returning because I didn't feel cared about as a customer despite being the only customer they were managing the entire morning.

Just want to share my experience at AAA service on North rancho road my car needed a battery called AAA roadside service they replaced the battery didn't do it properly the first time call them to a parking lot the second time it came out tore everything apart put it back together and forgot to put a nut on one of the cables caused a fire had it towed to triple A service on North rancho road and dealt with the gentleman named Daniel what a great experience with that man the honesty and everything that goes with it when you're going through a situation like that to have somebody in your corner just want to recommend this place to everyone for their car oil changes or repairs it's honest and that's hard to find these days thank you again Daniel for everything that you did to help us along with this

They had possession of my car since 10-10 and I have to pick it up tomorrow. I have to pay a diagnostic fee of 206.00 yet they cannot figure out the problem.. I feel like I should not be charged a full rate of the diagnostic fee if they cannot tell me what the problem is nor offer a solution. I spoke with Byron on 10/22/25 and he was very understanding of my concerns and really took the time to understand my point of view. I am changing my rating to 5 stars because Bryon took time on his day off to personally call me. Thank you very much Bryron and staff!!
