I read the review before I choose the auto shop, then I found Genesis. That’s true! After I brought my car there, they fixed it the same day! The owners are very friendly and efficient. They even go extra miles to help me take my car to the SMOG check place, passed the test and bring me back the certificate. I really appreciated! I highly recommend Genesis auto shop to everyone. In the future this shop would my number one choice to fix my car!

My car has a misfire and it caused my car to stop obviously i took it this shop after working with a dealership they work for and the dealership they are to be trusted i was charged 580 for a basic tune up its what they said it needed manny said this after leaving my car there the same day i paid and the same day he supposedly fixed it then tells me drive the car for abit my car was shaking at the beginning and even still after him supposedly fixing it The car was shaking, but I didn’t think much of it right because you’re like OK I’m leaving with the mechanic. He tells me nothing else is wrong so I just take off of the car. No, I take it that same day to the freeway on my way home and the car check engine started turning on and then the car turned off. It bothered me so much. I called him right away and he sounded so shocked. He told me take the car back to him, but before I did that, I went straight to AutoZone to see what was going on at AutoZone. They check the code of the check engine light and the reason for it was it was a broken coil Now coils run like about 100 bucks each but unfortunately, this mechanic lied about even doing anything or changing any misfires spark plugs to be exact the AutoZone guy and another mechanic took a look at the car so that nothing has been done to it so he just robbed me 580 because he assumed that the dealership was going to pay for it, so he took advantage of that, and then on top of that he tells me that he spoke with a guy at the dealership that happens to be his buddy and told him that he they were going to pay for the mechanic thing which they did not Which ended up being very bad because they confronted him about it, showing him papers and showing him that I did go to another mechanic and that he did not do the job. He got very upset and told me that he did do the job so after all he ended up telling me let me stay with the car and I’ll fix it ended up being a coil that he removed any try to prove to me that he did change the spark plugs, but I don’t believe him because spark plugs were not the issue. The main issue was a coil. I just didn’t take it to the AutoZone before I went to the mechanic which I’m gonna start doing that next time so that way mechanic is a light of your face so yeah, pretty sad because the coil placement was like literally you had to remove like the engine part so of course he was trying to bullshit around so you didn’t have to do all that labor work, but you can’t cheat a woman you know at the end of the day I do strongly feel like God is watching everything and that’s not gonna happen. You’re not gonna like put one over my eyes so I wouldn’t come back here. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Great price and great guy. Hooked up my compressor and flushed out my AC. Fixed my break light saying it was just rusted and needed cleaning. Told him about my window not rolling up right and he checks and see what it probably was while fixing everything else. Definitely go here I will keep going. AC was super cold in the summer I wasn’t used to that and even turnt it off for alittle.
