I had an excellent experience at Findlay Chevrolet! After poor service at another dealership, I was impressed by how attentive and professional the team was from the moment I arrived. My Service Advisor, G. Thatcher, clearly explained the evaluation and repair process, and I loved receiving updates through Auto.Live. The facility was lively, welcoming, and everyone was so friendly. I drove 25 miles to get here and will gladly do it again for future service!

I had a terrible experience and won't be returning. An oil change shouldn't cost almost 200$ —that's an outrageous price. I actually couldn’t afford the balancing. I didn’t have another $80 . I can't imagine what other services cost. I won't be buying another vehicle from them. Also they stopped the car wash.

"I went to Chevrolet for a simple regular oil and filter change. My truck was working perfectly. However, as soon as I got it back, the tire pressure sensor on one of the rear tires started malfunctioning. I find it very strange that an issue like this appeared right after the service. To make matters worse, they told me they can ‘fix it’ in 4 days… 4 days without my work vehicle for something that was fine when I dropped it off? This is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and efficiency, but I’m leaving with more problems than I had before. Very disappointed with the service."

Every time I take my car for routine service, there is ALWAYS thousands of dollars worth of things that need to be fixed. I played along for most of it, but no more. I bought the car there and have had all the service done there, but I won't be back. There can't be $2,000-$3,000 (or more) of things that go wrong between oil changes every time. I no longer believe or trust Findlay Chevrolet. I think it is a money grab.

From the moment I pulled in to the service center, I was treated with respect and courtesy. The process was fully explained to me step by step by my advisor who maintained communication with me throughout the repair process. After my previous experience with another dealer in town, this was a very welcome change and what I have typically come to expect from a GM dealership,

Went to Fleet sales. Ed and Paul are fantastic to work with. They help each other out to get a customer taken care of as quickly as possible. I'm very happy I bought my truck here.

So I was told by the service department that it normal for a brakes to squeak even after replacing the pads and rotors this for me is unexceptable because I didn't buy a my Chevrolet Traverse to make noise while braking and I'm being told this is normal hell no if thats the case lower the price on my vehicle and lets see if that squeaks!!

After tire rotation the mechanic did not check tire pressures and did not put the valve stem caps back on. The tire pressures were way off

Never take your car here! They scam people, especially women. I came in for a oil change. I set an appointment. I waited in my car for a hour in the garage area, after being told it would only take 15 min to get checked in. The service rep told me they noticed I needed battery cables and a new battery on my car. If they changed the battery it could possibly brake the cables and I wouldn't have my car for a few days. I told them not to do the work. I couldn't go without my car at the time. They finished the oil change 4 hours after I dropped the car off. When I went to start my car the check engine light was on, and it also was making a wierd noise. I walked back inti the dealership. While they worked on my car I noticed my heat shield under the car was dropped. After getting a manager involved with a few people looking at the car since the head guy with the lube department was REALLY rude. Justin Davis helped get the issue resolved. Then this happened. I've only driven less than 1000 miles and it's been a little over a month. I had my battery replaced letting them know that the dealership told me my cables needed to be replaced, on 2 differentoccasions. After looking at my cables, they are perfect. Below are pictures. I did have a amp wire that needed to be repaired. I would hope that someone who worked on cars knew the difference from battery cables and a amp wire, but since I've been told two different visits I needed new cables . I dont think they do, or they just are simply trying to scam me. The person I had change my battery checked the oil since that's what I came in to the dealership originally. The oil is black, like they never changed it. I paid for a service that didn't even get done. I'm very upset about this situation. They showed me in 2 other vehicles with more driven miles what the oil should look like. Much cleaner and not a dark black. Who knows when was the last time chevrolet changed my oil since I thought I could trust them to do it every time. I won't be bringing car back here. I brought my car here thinking I could trust the dealership. I feel scammed! Also every time I bring my car in they would say I needed certain repairs, but was never brought up again. In the end all I wanted was a oil change, and that wasn't even done.DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Please look at the cables and tell me they are so bad they will brake when you take them off? I feel so cheated that I thought I could trust this dealership with my car.

The issue was taken care of, so the mechanic did great. But the service team gave awful service. I never received a notification when my car was ready. I called twice and was told I’d receive a call back shortly. I texted and got no response. When I showed up in person, they had no record that the service was done and they LOST THE KEY. Not only that, but they couldn’t find the car for the first 30-45 minutes as well. I almost had it reported stolen. I sat there for nearly 2 hours while they were looking for my key all around the property. Finally, G (who was the only person truly helping me), found my key in the used care sales office after looking through the camera and tracking it throughout the day. Nancy was very dismissive and rude. I asked her for updates and she treated me as if it was my fault this happened. After 90 minutes I asked for a loaner car, as I had work in the morning, and without even looking she said that there wasn’t a single loaner in property. And on top of ALL of that, I received an oil change I didn’t even ask for. I’ve only driven the car about 2,000 miles since I bought it. I didn’t need an oil change, which I specifically said at drop off. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I tried calling to speak with a manager the next day (8/12/25) around 9am and was told that one would call me back shortly. I’m still waiting on the call 24 hours later. Edit: I’d like to clarify; G was very apologetic and helpful. I didn’t see him take a rest until he found the key. The rest of the staff is who struggles with their job

Even if you schedule an appointment, a simple oil change and filter still takes three hours to do then you guys quoted me double for the same service you quoted me on a few months ago. Also, every time I bring my truck in you guys Want to give me a lowball offer on my truck lower than Kelley Blue Book and I have over $15,000 in upgrades the same truck you guys are trying to sell for 80,000$$ to 100,000$$ with cheaper suspension you guys want to give me 30k . I know you guys are a dealership but it’s just straight up highway robbery now.. Also forgot to put my wheel lock back and I had asked three people to help me. Just find my wheel lock. If you want to overpay, definitely choose Finley Chevrolet

Went i n for oil change and tire rotation. A few services ago the tech mis-threaded my lug nut and the service writer tried her best to tell me a vehicle with 30k miles and only serviced 3 or 4 times (at Findlay) the bolt/stem could wear out and need replaced. Like I have never threaded a nut on a bolt before. They used the gun to tighten nut on bolt without lining it up 1st! 100%. Then this past trip in I asked to see how much oil came out of my truck for I was having very odd noises and experiences from the check engine to truck just turning itself off. So the week prior to going in I added 1 qt of oil and truck seemed to run much better. So not shocking the truck only had 3.5 qt of oil in it, which 1qt was the one I put in a week earlier. Basically, the service prior to this one the tech didn't add enough oil by almost 4 qtrs. short! Either that or my 65k mile truck is burning thru oil rapidly. (no leaks) Sorry for the bad review but Findlay Chevrolet service dept is the worst service dept in the Valley in my opinion. They can't even get tire rotation and oil changes right how in the heck can they fix a more complex issue.

Just came in 11/24/2025 for a repair on my seats, been having issues with them since day one of purchasing my 2024 Traverse. Was told it would take up to two days to diagnose seats or could wait in the lobby for up to 9 hours for a possible diagnose of seats! The string needs to be repaired. Don’t have any other means of transportation, so I was relying on a loaner but can’t get one unless the car is diagnosed, the only option available was a shuttle home…..but I have errands to run and uber isn’t cheap. Absolute trash options available, wanted to get a new car for my birthday but will definitely not happen at this location. Also they left their trash on my window, very nice.

Made an appointment with service for a simple radio recall on my car. On a saturday, the sales department thought it would be appropriate to text me asking to buy my car from me without me opting in for communications. Incredibly tacky and against required FCC guidelines they must follow. Incredibly unprofessional and predatory.
