I recently had to get my car fixed due to an accident and glad I chose Cyclop Collision Center. It did take a while but it was due to my insurance being busy to respond to a new estimate that was given. Liz was very helpful explaining to me in detail what was missing during my initial estimate and made it clear to me. She kept me updated with my car as in what process it was in. The team made what I thought was going to be an annoying process into an easy one. I hope I don't have to ask for their services again (don't want to get in another accident) but if I do, then I will definitely go back to this collision center. Cyclop collision has been nothing but an amazing business for any of my car needs. I highly recommend them for anyone’s car needs! I had 3 cars fixed with them! 3! From my experience they don’t take any type of shortcuts and do a careful and tremendous job on your vehicle as if it was one of their own. They take the time to update you daily or weekly on the progress of your car to see how it is doing. Truly a professional business. Liz has helped me all 3 times. Please look for her. Cyclops did an amazing job on fixing not one but two cars of mine! They are a small business, but a business that knows how to do it right. They will fight to give your vehicle the repair it deserves. Not what the insurance wants to settle for. They are not afraid to tell your insurance NO, it’s better to do it this way. They honestly have your back like family. Besides the amazing 5 stare customer service the repairs I’v experienced are more than gorgeous. It’s like your accident never happened. If you ever feel in doubt which repair company you should go with, it’s them for sure. I never have to worry about getting cheated out on. I always recommend cyclops to friends who need repairs done.

Very sloppy interaction with the receptionist and Liz, the estimator. Liz was very unprofessional and sloppy. She did not make it clear what my role as a customer was in moving the estimate process forward. Wasted two weeks of my time. Then she acted defensive and rude when I called her out on her lazy mistake. Very unpleasant experience. Luckily I never got the work done there. But it makes me wonder how they treat dissatisfied customers when they actually do get work done there. Instead of fixing their mistakes in a professional manner, they probably argue with the customer. Mistakes happen... But it's how you address the mistake and make it better for the customer that's important.

I have used Cyclop Collision Center many times over the last 10 years. Not only do they provide great customer service (Liz and George who are the owners) they do the best quality work I have ever seen. They pay attention to detail and they specifically pay attention to their customers needs. As a matter of fact I have lived in the southwest part of town and I will still go all the way up north for their services. I highly recommend that you check them out for any of your auto body needs or even just for a quick repair. They are the best.

Everyone was very friendly. Liz kept me up to date as work was being done. The paint job seems very good. The car is running well and no computer issues, since they had to do some calibrating due to damage to the window and door. The only thing I have noticed is the tinting on the window they replaced does not quite match the factory tinting. I would recommend them to others because of the friendly people and good work. They also back their work with a warrenty.

Someone hit my car while being parked and left. Then the hassle began Cyclop were on the last page of collision centers to choose from my insurance. I just wanna say a big fat Thank you! They worked fast even tho I came before thanksgiving it took them less then 3 weeks to fix my car. I appreciate a good or should say excellent customer service from Liz. After taking my vehicle in for an estimate on collision repair I knew immediately I trusted this shop. They were honest with me and helped me navigate an experience I have never been through. While my vehicle was there waiting on parts and being repaired, Liz kept regular contact with me, never got frustrated with my calls and questions and provided a level of customer service that is second to none. She worked tirelessly to find the parts needed during a national shortage. Now that I have my vehicle back (much sooner than expected) it looks and drives like brand new. On top of that, they took the time to completely detail my car inside and out before I picked it up. If you want a poorly done repair job, go here. We took my vehicle to get work done after being rear ended and they needed to replace the whole tailgate. When applying the tailgate trim they attached it with tape and it is loose all along the entire trip and doesn’t fully attach to one to the sides. The whole piece moves when touched. When we talked to them about it they admitted that it didn’t fit right and was an eyesore. They said it was loose but it wouldn’t fall off. Then proceeded to tell us that they “didn’t charge us to put the piece back on.” Even so, when repairing a vehicle, after taking everything apart you have to put it back together. That doesn’t mean it’s okay to do the job halfway and charge over $3,000 and neglect to mention the issue when my husband picked up the vehicle. They offered for us to buy a new trim and they would attach it for us. I will never go back, I do not trust them with my vehicle.

I had an accident 2 weeks ago my insurance send me here and i can say this place is awesome! I had so many doubts of how the outcome was going to look like due past work but wow!
