Very friendly and quick.. My alignment is on point now... *Updated Review" I had it at 5 stars because I thought my alignment was better and steering felt tighter but now pulls to the right. That wasn't the bad part. After my trip, I came home and noticed my alignment was off again. They did not torque my LCA bolts down to the correct torque specs and somehow it loosened up. Now that's disappointing 🤦♂️. I will not be returning.

Payed for a wheel alignment and a new air filter, my wheels were most definitely not aligned after the service and I had to bring my truck to another mechanic to fix the shitty job they did on my air filter. I’m upset with my experience here. Very nice people but damn it’s like I payed for nothing.

I thought Samurai Motors would be a great place to get a repair done because it's located a block away from where I reside. Unfortunately, I had an error message that appeared on the dashboard of my Jeep Wrangler, so I looked up the error code message and did some research to find out that it was the auxiliary battery that had gone bad, which is why the error message on my dashboard appeared. When I arrived at the shop, I made Mesa, one of the mechanics, aware of the error message and that it was due to my second battery (auxiliary battery). Mesa claimed that he checked and that my Jeep Wrangler only has one battery. Yoshi, who is the owner of the shop, used a diagnostic machine to assess why the error message was appearing, and he said there was no additional battery and that there was another sensor that needed to be replaced. Once the repair was made, I came back to the shop to pick up my vehicle, at which point Yoshi stated that there were potential additional repairs that might need to be made, including for my catalytic converter and a leak from my radiator hose. I was taken aback by this because I have never had any issues with either. Yoshi then also proceeded to tell me that the initial repair would actually take longer because the error message was still appearing. I was confused because I didn't think it would be that difficult to change an aux battery in a Jeep. I requested to have my car back regardless of the error message because I feared Yoshi was trying to take advantage of me as a customer. Then, Yoshi started to tell me how my vehicle was 7 years old, and if I didn't want to deal with repairs, I should purchase a new vehicle. I was taken aback by the disrespect and unprofessionalism. Yoshi tried to convince me to leave the car for a couple of days until they figured out exactly why the error message was still appearing. Fast forward, I paid for the repair a total of $180 when they never repaired what needed to be fixed. Yoshi stated that I could take my car to the dealership, but I would be taxed much more. I was confident that Yoshi didn't know what he was talking about as the store owner and head mechanic, considering his unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge regarding my vehicle. The following day, I contacted the dealership, providing them with the code that was appearing. The operator made me aware that I do, in fact, have two batteries, one of which needs to be replaced, which is why the error message was appearing. The initial reason I went to Samurai Motors was to get the second battery (aux battery) replaced, but the mechanics, including Yoshi, claimed there wasn't a second battery that they were aware of. I contacted Yoshi after getting my vehicle scheduled for service to get the repair fixed, to make Yoshi aware that there was a second battery and that it was, in fact, why the error message was showing. Yoshi attempted to argue with me regarding my concern about paying for a repair that wasn't the one that needed to be fixed. Yoshi then told me I wasn't welcome back to his business and told me that I would receive a refund but proceeded to hang up the phone on me due to his unprofessionalism and misinformation. I wanted to leave this review so that no one else out there deals with this disrespect, unprofessionalism, waste of time, waste of money, and lack of knowledge on servicing vehicles and diagnosing the actual issue. If they had initially known what they were talking about, the second battery would have been replaced, which is a repair that takes less than 1 hour. The fact that the dealership is charging me $180 for this repair, which is a dollar less than what Samurai Motors charges, contradicts Yoshi's claim that they would charge double, which isn't the case. If you need your vehicle fixed, do not go to Samurai Motors because they have no morals as a company, and Yoshi, as a business owner, is unprofessional. More importantly, they make up repairs to find ways to make more money, which is a horrible thing to do! Review the screenshot sent by Yoshi if you don't believe me.

In July of 2023 I took my old 88 Honda Accord LXI to Yoshi to get my engine headgaskets seals redone after about 18 months it failed and I had to start the process all over again. This Month I got my car back and my mechanics 2nd opinion on my car. Turns out the gasket was installed backwards, car had leaked oil and admittedly i should have taken it back in for that. Took over a month for the shop to take care of my car. New mechanic did it in a couple of weeks. I also noticed my spark plug wires had been changed (from black to blue.) The H emblem on the hood of my car also had been taken off while in their care. I'm sure this shop does fine work for most folks. I just wouldn't recommend taking your hooptie here. I don't believe the level of concern for my car was the same as those vehicles from this millennium. It's definitely not exciting like most of their projects I'm sure. Sorry for the delayed response as this has been a long process in the making.

To keep it simple $1400 and the car still is leaking. They also fixed the door now you have to slam it to get it shut. Two trips and still can't get the car leak fixed. The good reviews here have to be all family and friends. Big mistake going there. I really think if you go you've been warned. There very nice they take your money with a smile but that's about all you get for your money.

I recently had my car’s oil changed at Samurai Motors and was very impressed with the service . The lady in the front desk is very quick and works with you. The rest team was honest, efficient, and provided quality work at an affordable price. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values both professionalism and customer satisfaction. I will definitely return for future maintenance and highly recommend Samurai Motors to others.

Look no further! If you need your vehicle fixed, if you need a fine tuning on your custom chariot or you just picked up a new Nissan. Well as I said before look no further this is your spot! I was given information about my vehicle prior to going to Samurai motor. The repair shop I went to before, well from the information they gave me I should have just went and got a new car. However after meeting with a gentleman at Samurai Motors I'm back on the road again and I even had enough money to take my son to lunch on his birthday. Thank you for the comfort in knowing my vehicle is running strong. Samurai Motors you came through for me, I'm not only tell others about your services but I Rave about the comfort knowing you folks know what you're doing. It always feels good to find a top shelf repair shop. Five stars!

They were so kind, I brought in my Toyota Tacoma 2011 and they did a inspection on it and were very quick to find the problem, I brought my vehicle to three different mechanics and they did not know what to do at all. Thank you so much I will only be taking my beautiful Japanese cars here. I also own a 1995 Camry that is an absolute gem, and I’ve very particular who works on my cars.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid $280 for a 4-wheel alignment — that’s double the normal price anywhere else. Two days later, my car became dangerous to drive on the freeway, like a boat in the ocean. I went back to explain the issue, but the owner got mad and said he was too busy. Originally, I asked for an inspection because one of my rear wheels wasn’t centered. He told me to buy adjustable control arms (over $600 just in parts) and come back so he could fix it. I followed his suggestion and spent around $1,000 total, but now the car is worse than before — same issue plus new knocking noises in the suspension. When I tried to talk to him, he called me stupid and refused to take responsibility. He even took my car on three test drives without telling me, and floored it each time. This is the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache — go anywhere else.

Wow, this was the most seamless car repair experience I have ever had! Not only did they have my brakes, rotors, oil changed and parking light fixed in one hour, they also were extremely courteous and the pricing was much more reasonable than other mainstream companies. I will definitely come back here when my car needs maintenance!

I had them work on a Celica GT4 which is a right hand drive car and it has coilovers that have to be welded to one of the control arms on the front they completed this job in one day and I'm so happy to have my new coilovers. I will be taking other vehicles to them.

I love Yoshi's work. I have been bringing my cars to his shop for 12+ years now and he's always got my cars up and running. Brilliant mechanics working alongside Yoshi. He will always let you know what needs to be done without the unnecessary extra shit some other shops tend to try and work you over for. Samurai Motors is my cars always go
