Was looking all over town trying to find a Smog testing facility for my RV. Didn't know how hard it was to find a place that could do it until now. Got lucky and found My Auto with the help of a nice guy who works at the Jiffy Smog a mile away. The young lady told me they could Smog my RV with no problems. Went home, got the RV, brought it back and got the Smog done with minimum wait time. Also got all my tires aired up, to include my airbags. Great customer service and can-do attitude. Excellent service and equally great communication. I had issues with my breaks and they were able to provide prompt overview of the issues, answered my questions and provided a reasonable price to fix for both break pads and rotors. I was impressed by the professionalism of Daniel and his honesty . Jimmy was also very helpful. They communicated with me from start to finish and I am very pleased.

Went in to fix a check engine issue. Spent 700$ only for the light to return 3 days later. Brought the car back in they told me it was all good to go, light comes back on a few days later AGAIN. So, I take the car back once more and wouldn’t you guess it after 3 days the light returns again. After that I no longer trusted them with my car to bring it in a fourth time and decided to go elsewhere.

I won’t be returning. This is my third visit here and there’s usually not a problem before the lady at the front desk was very rude all because I asked if I could come back tomorrow to get my oil change . I had know knowledge that they were in the middle of it but after sitting for 45 mins and prior to requesting service I did ask for a time estimate. I have no problem with supporting this business but I will not put up with an attitude because of a misunderstanding. You don’t treat paying customers like that. The lady needs to get her emotions in check immediately

Had a control arm replaced here and just before the year mark needed to be replaced again. I took it in 3 additional times explaining I was pretty sure that was the problem again and was told that was not the issue. I took it to another place who confirmed and repaired the control arm. It’s a shame I had to go and pay to have the same issue fixed elsewhere when my warranty should have covered it here. Very disappointing experience.

I trusted this MyAuto location for years but I've had to come to terms with the fact that something changed post-covid. I have 4 receipts from 2 years ago that detail their short-lived patch-jobs, and even an instance where they never repaired what we paid them to. - A Rear Main Seal that we paid to had replaced. It was still the original when I finally did get it replaced at another garage. - Timing Cover and Valve Cover gaskets that I'm having to replace after just 2 years and less than 300 miles. And that was after we had to bring it back into them multiple times. - And I'm also replacing the Power steering pump, again, that was changed at the same time. All in all I probably spent at least $6000 having other shops (both the distributor and nearer shop) diagnose and replace work that I already paid MyAuto for. I know mechanics often get a lot of unfair anger and distrust heaped at them, and disingenuous customers berate them when repairs they won't pay for break like they were warned about, but I wasn't that customer. I trusted them, paid them to fix it, and was left in the lurch. Maybe I just got unlucky. Maybe it was a short-lived bad mechanic or someone going through something, but regardless be wary here until proven otherwise.

Not being from here and have traveled 6 hours to get this service done. I have never encountered such bad customer service as I have here. The lady at the front is horrible. Just plain rude, they need to replace her before they lose customers. Paying customers should never be treated like dirt. Never argue with customers as well. My vehicle had an appointment at 8 am and the part arrived at 9:45. My vehicle was not even in the shop by 1:30.

I called and asked about my ac getting checked and said they could check it as soon as I walked in. Fortunately they were not busy and serviced my car within an hour. I paid for the service and now my ac is working. Thankfully I didn’t have to pay over $1k to get it fixed like I was quoted at other places. The guys there were respectful and were efficient with time, granted that because they were not so busy.

Absolutely horrible experience at first they were great but then as the issue with my car went on and on and they couldn’t repair it they started making up possible issues. I took it to a dealer that later confirmed that my engine was compressed and there was no repairing it the whole time, but then my auto said they’d run the same test and replace the injectors and the manifold at least a few weeks before I even took it to prior said dealership. Now they’re intentionally dodging my calls either that or they blocked my phone. I’m going to spend my off days to see what I can do about getting the loan that I had to take out for the bs repairs they did to be reversed and to maybe see if there is some legalities that were split here because there were also two other visits where they sweared up and down that the problem was resolved and it never was.

I went to get my oil changed at My Auto they stripped my drain plug to where I need a new $1,400.00 oil pan and $500 deductible and they are not trying too take the blame.. Louis I guess the manager is asking me to bring it back to Vegas which I live in Phoenix Az and he would repair the problem I said are you going to get it towed to Vegas? What you guess the answer was? I complained to BBB and doing a small claim case.. my fingers are crossed that GOD 🙏🏿 in my favor I have all my ducks in the roll. I would like a response from all the customers that was wrongfully lied too… It’s up to you to keep trusting this company but don’t think it can’t happen to you 🙏🏿
