I was looking for an honest place to take my son's older truck. Somewhere they wouldn't rip us off. After doing research , I found Master Automotive. John, and all the staff were absolutely amazing. John answered all my questions, and took time to explain. The were very reasonable with prices, and made sure the truck was perfect. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Amazing people that really care. I was sick of going to the dealership and getting ripped off. I decided to try Master Automotive a few months ago because a friend referred me. John helped me the last two times I've been here. Everyone is very professional and willing to go the extra mile. They used good quality parts when repairs were made to my vehicles. The technicians are very polite and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you John for always helping. 🙏

Great shop and great crew! These guys installed an aftermarket exhaust on my bmw and did an awesome job. I've had folks compliment the clean welds. I definitely recommend and would do business with them again!

Trustworthy and affordable. I've had a lot of trouble with other mechanic shops in the past, so I'm always wary to bring my car in. After a great experience here, I don't think I'll be taking my car anywhere else. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue and by the next day, my car was ready to go! Not only was the check engine light gone, but it runs so much better! Thanks guys! Awesome work!

Johnathan on the phone was extremely rude. I called to see if I can get some pricing for service on my Jeep and this guy went off talking about "how do I know exactly what's wrong with the vehicle" and "I don't give pricing over the phone!" I was taken aback by his loss of temper in what was less than a 40 second call. He abruptly hung up on me as I was a loss for words. I would not support this kind of customer service! Taking my business somewhere else and I would recommend you do too

My experiences have always been excellent and I wish I would have found Master Automotive Centers (3344 N Rancho) a decade ago. John and Team have helped me get my old 93' Ford Bronco XLT running wonderfully! I have never been price gouged and have ALWAYS been treated superbly. Well Done, Guys!

The work was done quickly and done WELL. If you have a Third Gen Camaro their welder is the guy to talk to for exhaust. They wound up having to change my catalytic converter (they made sure to get my approval first, which is more than I can say for some other shops I’ve been to) and were happy to show me the old one, which was definitely done for. I’m very selective with who I take my vehicles to and I’ll definitely be coming back for more exhaust work! All the employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And most importantly it sounds like a muscle car again!
