Sahara/Nellis location was fantastic! (Unlike Maryland Pkwy/Katie location who REALLY messed me up!) Lucas the tech as well as receiving managers Earl & Brian were awesome and even offered me a slice of pizza! And had me outta there in an hour!! I can now take my road trip with some peace of mind! I went to get my warrantied tire looked at and patched knowing it had a small leak. I was advised that the location of the screw they found in the tire made the tire unsafe to patch stating “if it’s an inch from the sidewall it’s unsafe to patch”. After speaking to a friend that works for Firestone he told me that was not true and that it’s a quarter of an inch from the sidewall is the limit. Feel lied to and taken advantage of. Was sold a new tire and new warranty which cost me more than this service should have. Was also told I was going to be charged for the patch which I was under the impression was supposed to be free being that I have the warranty.

I appreciate that they haven't lied to me. Other locations have been dishonest. They were honest, even though they lost money because of it. They could have lied to me and I would never have known. I appreciate that. They lost a few dollars last Sunday, but they'll get plenty more because of it. The auto shop business is a long game. Play it right and you'll succeeed. People come back to good shops because there are so many crooked ones. I was an auto mechanic for 20 years. I trust this shop. For tires and alignment, at least. :)

Yesterday I took my Mazda C-X5 in to my nearby Firestone store and took advantage of their free air. My drivers side rear tire was low and that was corrected quickly. Today I returned as my tire was low again. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a nail in the tread. It was fixed by the technicians and my Mazda is now working perfectly again.

I haven't even had these tires for 3 years. They charged me 422.00 for a new tire. It was still under warranty and had road hazard warranty. The tires were almost 2 grand. I asked them to balance and check the other tires they said yeah we will take care if you. When I got back to pick up my truck they put the new tire on and only put 30 pounds in it. My tire light was on on my dash had to ask them to put air in it. I am not happy with the service or the warranty.

Had my Firestone tires rotated and balanced, and in removing the old weights and rebalancing the tires the technician damaged the wheels. When I confronted the manager about it, he basically said that it wasn't their fault. And when I asked him what he was going to do about it he told me he wasn't gonna do anything. And told me to leave. I spent $415.63 on a lifetime alignment. I am very disappointed in the management at this location. We are full-time rvs, with limited income.

This store is very unprofessional, His Name was Brian S. And he has being sarcastic and making fun or me, i made an appointment with 1 day ahead and when i got to the store with the appointment confirmed, and he tells me i had to leave the car for a simple alignment that should not take longer than 45 minutes to 1 hour (I've done it before) and nobody called me to let me know that i needed to leave the car, then he goes ahead and dismissed me very disrespectful! It's a shame because the first time i visited this location the guys were great and very fast! And they did an amazing job with my car and they told me everything that needed....

My car died on me while I was driving, I called to make a claim and the first 9ne that came up to take my car to for repairs was Firsestone. I called and spoke with Alex. He made me feel at ease. Then once I got my car towed to Firestone, Gerardo took my keys and had me informed every step of the way! Even called me to let me know my parts came in! Thank you so much Alex and Gerardo!
