As a single women who knows very little about cars I always feel like I’m going to get scammed.CJ helped me and made me feel so comfortable in what I was getting. Of course it was pricey but due to the holiday they Midas does have some specials that CJ offered me with my breaks. He was kind and very informative when explaining everything to me. all of the gentleman there were kind. I wish I got all of their names. I didn’t feel like any of the other parts of my car was going to be tampered with to come back to spend more money. I’m so thankful to CJ and the rest of the nice gentleman at Midas

Check engine light came on, $1000 and 2 days later. Back on. Took it back, no charge, 2 days later back on. Now needs tune up, got a rate and new manager $500, 3 days later back on. Took it back 7 times. Now it's the knock sensor, $900, but will do it for $480. Sensor $28 1 screw. $480. On Nellis in las vegas. The manager was nice, truck still not fixed. Thought i could trust Midas, but just like the rest.

Today I needed an oil change I found them on Groupon which was fabulous for the price when I arrived Steven helped me get checked in and that process was smooth after sitting a while he then went over my paperwork, everything was in the green thankfully. Overall I felt comfortable and informed while waiting for my car. Id highly recommend this shop Thank you! 😁

Came in for an oil change. They did in an inspection on my van and came back with work that needed to be done. CJ, the manager, was honest and upfront. He didn't pressure us into doing work right then and there. The estimate was also much less than another name brand shop and the service was top notch.

Update: Just spoke to CJ, same incompetent "manager" from last night who stated he will not be addressing the issue or servicing my car because he doesn't like my attitude about them destroying my car! Brought in a fully functioning car with less than 70K miles on it for it now not work at all and my attitude is the problem! Ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend it if you would like your car to keep running! Brought mine in in the beginning of December for a simple oil change as my regular place was booked up. Got me in right away and guy scheduling was really nice. However about a week after the oil change I noticed my car started to run a little strange and low oil pressure light would pop up if i took a sharper turn and then the car would shut off. Today the change oil light came back on so I took it back in to see if they can check out what went wrong. Waited a really long time for someone to come up front and when he finally did he said that he will have the guy who did the original oil change check it out and do the new oil change on them,but it would be a little bit of a wait. I said no problem, I have my dog with me I'll wait in my car. Hours go by as I sit patiently in my car distracting myself with social media but noone came out and I notice they are getting the shop ready to close. I go back in only to be told that yes they forgot about me but the mechanic did go out to my car at some point but i was asleep. Guy was very rude and said he doesn't care that I waited or what i thought, nothing can be done and noone is available to speak with so i have to just leave. I was not asleep for a second and as i have my dog with me all of the windows were completely down the whole time and would have been very easy to get my attention. I canceled all of my afternoon appointments to wait for this service as i don't feel my car is safe to drive around anymore and should be taken care of ASAP. I attempted to call the regional manager to try and resolve this issue and schedule a service but he was in the hospital with a broken ankle as he fell of a latter at work earlier that day. Never got the name of the guy up front but more his incompetence came through the ruder and more unprofessional he became. I'll get his name and update the review once I find out how and when will they fix what they broke on my car. In the meantime i would not risk taking my car there, at least not to this location.

Last year I replaced the front, rear brake pads and front rotors. Either they replaced the parts incompetently or the parts were cheap. The brake pads and the rotors worn away in a year and they said it needed to be replaced. The manager offered to replace the pads and rotors for free under warranty. But I declined . Didnt trust the place. I took it to another repair shop and the damage was even more extensive , the boots needed to be replaced also. Beware of this place!

Typically, I don't enjoy visiting places like this but CJ does honest work. He was warm, accommodating, thorough, and even stayed until after closing time to wait for me to pick up my car. Love this place! We were loyal customers at this Midas until we moved out of state. The staff remembers you- and your car, and they provide great, honest service. Prices are honest, and they have always beaten the competition in pricing- but even better, the work done is done with great care and with the expectation you will return when you need other work done. Nobody is hustling you. I just got off the phone with Centrus, "CJ," and he is a primary reason as to why I love this place so much. He treats me with respect and kindness. He is working to provide for me a tall request and he is doing it on the fly- as if he doesn't have a million more pressing issues to handle...But then, he is always this way. He is consistently kind, genuine, helpful and best of all- proactive. He is exemplary. Thank you CJ and thank you Midas Rainbow. I highly recommend you to anyone with a car!

Amazing service. Everybody did an exceptional job. Customer service is top notch, my oil change went perfect, and they gave me a full print out of the diagnostic they did in which they found I needed a new air filter and they changed it out effectively and quickly. CJ was an awesome store manager, very tactful, very patient, and provided all the information I needed to be sure my car was properly serviced. He even went out his way to go get the new air filter himself since they didn’t have any on site. Akeem did the labor on my Chevy Impala and he took the time to pull the old air filter and show me the dirt that was built up on it to assure me they were being fair and honest. I will be coming back here every time I need an oil change or any other services they provide.
