Courtesy Auto Repair is the best in Las Vegas! My car was not working and needed to be repaired immediately, a repair the dealership said they couldn’t do and wanted to charge me $9000 for a new engine instead. I took my car to Courtesy and Thomas and Avi were so helpful throughout the whole process. My car was fixed within a day (no new engine necessary) and the price was unbeatable. The customer service was excellent from bringing my car in, communicating about my car via phone, and picking my car up. They are the only ones I want to service my car now. Don’t get ripped off at the dealer and bring your car to Courtesy ASAP!

Very happy with the work I received here. Very honest. My AC was taking 10 minutes to cool, then it barely made life livable beyond that. They got my AC running on my 08 Volvo XC90 with some basic maintenance at a reasonable price, plus shared some valuable information about a bizarre check engine light I have. A Lifesaver for Our BMW! This review comes a month after our BMW was saved by Avi at Courtesy Auto Repair! We’re fairly new to Las Vegas, and when the transmission went out on our 2015 BMW with only 80k miles, we were devastated. Another “reputable” shop told us to sell it to them for $500 and just buy a new car. It was a total shock—especially since parts alone are worth more than that. On top of that, they even erased the transmission scan. Thankfully, we were referred to Avi, the owner of Courtesy Auto. He personally called us to discuss the diagnosis. Not only did he rebuild the transmission, but he also inspected the entire car and made additional repairs to ensure it was 100% safe. It now drives like a new vehicle—and the cost was more than reasonable. Special thanks to Will at the front desk—he was informative, patient, and upbeat every step of the way. Great experience - went there for installing a fender liner and under panel. Took my car in to replace a signal light damaged when the car scratched the garage door. When we picked up the car, my wife noticed a small piece of paint was chipped at the edge next to the light. The manager claims it was already chipped when the light was damaged, and showed us the removed (damaged) light. When we got home, we took a closer look and found a ply mark at the place where the paint is chipped. Since we touched up the scratches ourselves before replacing the light, and we inspected the surface to see if there were any other scratches or chips to repair, and didn't notice the chip, so we are quite sure the chip was caused during the installation. The shop seems to have problem owning up to their mistakes so be very careful to take your car their for service. Update: Since the management responded and claim the paint damage was from the impact of the light against the paint, I updated the photo showing the corner of the light where the paint was chipped. There is clearly a pry mark at the exact location where the paint is chipped. I will leave this to the readers to decide whether this is the result of a tool prying out the light, or the light squeezed against paint.
