I have never had a good experience getting my car repaired. Previous companies didn't return calls, they didn't update and when they told me to come pick up my car there was always something wrong. This was NOT the case here!! Roger was amazing! He called twice a week to give me updates no matter what. He was kind and helpful! He made sure things were done right and communicated quickly with the insurance. When it was time to pick up my car it was down right!! I was able to take it home! I will never go anywhere else for car repairs! Brandon the manager was a pleasure to work with and Roger was truly one of a kind professional. I appreciate them so much and how honest and quickly they got things done. You won't ever have to worry if you come here!

I took my vehicle in after a minor car accident and they handled the supplemental estimate fine. They replaced my two passenger doors and side rocker. The paint turned out good, minus one high spot that they somewhat fixed later. However, I noticed that the spacing between my doors were uneven. Upon further evaluation, I noticed that one door was higher than the other and both doors were not flush with the rocker as they were on the driver’s side. I took my vehicle back the next day and they had me make an appointment to bring it in the next week. At my appointment, they assured me it would only be 1-1.5 hrs max to fix the issues so I waited. After that time, I noticed that they had not fixed every issue so I then had to make a new car rental reservation. I got a call that it was ready so I went to look at it and they hadn’t fixed the paint issue because they couldn’t see it. So I pointed it out for them. I could tell that they sanded or so the spot in the paint as they could have done a better job polishing it or something. It took quite a bit of back and forth’s but they were able to get it done eventually. The doors are now aligned and spaced to manufacturer standards. I wish they would have done a better job inspecting the work before calling me to pick it up as it wasted a lot of time that could have been avoided but they worked to fix it.

Got rear ended by a drunk driver who hit multiple vehicles and tried to hit and run. Everyone from Autonation Collision gave excellent, professional service. Roger called three times a week to keep me updated on all inspections, repairs and testing. Roger's customer service is top notch. And they use all OEM parts. On top of that, they made my truck looking shiny and polished the tires for me - amazing!

I had a small car bumper accident after New Year's Day. So, my friends suggested that I go back to the Toyota dealership to ask if they have a collision center for repairing my car. My car agent gave their collision center phone number to call for an appointment to see when they can do some repairs on my car. When it is time to drop off my car, my sister and I meet Mr. Keith Hall. He gave us so many more details of what him and his team are going to do on my car. I just want to say thank you so much to Mr. Keith Hall and his team for repairing with very detailing information by letting me know what to expect or how they are going to repair my Toyota Highlander LE front bumper. Now, my car's bumper looks brand new, just like my first time when I purchased in the Toyota dealership. Started off great but the repair wasn’t made to pre accident collision. They used an aftermarket part that failed and fbe engine light went on. Took a bit of time to get this rectified. Was told it would take an hour to replace and needed up sitting there for 4 hours so I left, every time I asked they said 10 more minutes—I wish they had just told me to drop it off.

The amount of stress, worry, and frustration at the time of an accident is always unbearable. My experience from start to finish with the Autonation Collision Center was awesome. Shane was my point of contact person. He explained what to expect, the anticipated time frame, the scope of work, and kept me updated from beginning to end. Him and the team made sure my Highlander looked like it was before I was hit. I am greatful and pleased with the amount of care and work put in to fix all the damages. My car was side swiped on a grocery store parking lot and the person didn't leave a note. I brought the car to AutoNation because I had a positive experience with them several years ago. My service advisor, Adrian, was fabulous. He got me the estimate, handled everything with my insurance and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Having to put your car into the shop is never a good thing, but Adrian made it a positive experience. Thank you Adrian. Hopefully I won't need you again but if I do, you are where I will turn.

I was referred to this place by the auto insurance company as only certified body shop was authorized to work on my vehicle. I read the review and hoped I got Grant to assist me. To my surprise, Grant greeted me and advised me he would be taking care of the claim with me. Lets just say, 100% as advertised and reviewed! Let me start off, the front staff ladies helped me promptly and got me situated. Grant took over and was very thorough and explained everything. Including a small aftermarket sticker that would not be replaced. Grant recommended a car rental company, which was super easy to deal with and customer support (pick up and drop off). Grant then advised me communication will be done via Text if I wish. Yes! The vehicle repair took half the time to complete and I was able to pick up the very next day. Grant also suggested a trim plastic piece at my cost if I wanted, as he noticed I had missing trim. Everything worked out great and I would say this was a very very pleasant experience. A++

LISTEN UP (THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS) BMW Sahara will refer you to them. Do not go, do your own research. Trust no one, they damaged my car while it was being repaired. There are no more checks & balances, once upon a time insurance adjusters would come out and inspect the vehicle’s damage before the body shops started working on the cars, that doesn’t happen anymore and the body shops like auto nation collision take advantage of it. When I dropped my car off I really thought it was in good hands. When I picked it up, there was a check engine light on. Keith says follow up with bmw. Why? You had my car for one week. The damage they caused was over $3,000 and the best part is my car was never actually reappraised, it has the same scratches and the paint job they did was awful. I have an attorney, this is not over.

I had a great experience at AutoNation Collision Center Las Vegas 5720 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89146. The front staff the 3 females was friendly they made my day more better because they was honest, nice to talk too & funny. They checked me in fast an smooth, and helped me with the papers The work was done quickly and Shane Takabayashi is a great manager/repair person, always updating me on how my car is going with the fix. Shane took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car WITHOUT trying to upsell unnecessary repairs . My car has been running perfectly since. It’s clear they take pride in their work of front desk, to managers , repair teams , and the company. They care about their customers. I had someone back into my car in a parking lot, resulting in a dent right at the 90 degree bend in the quarter panel. I was sure it'd need a quarter panel replacement to get it looking like new again because of the location, but was proven wrong. After picking my car back up, I can't even tell it was in for repairs.
