Awesome auto repair shop! Highly recommended. Worth the wait to get an appointment. After he fixed my first car, I took in two others and received excellent service and price on all three. He fixed an AC problem that TWO other shops including a DEALERSHIP couldn't fix, and a fuel tank pressure sensor problem, ABS brake controller problem, plus he diagnosed a blown head gasket on my project car. He's GREAT! Get your car fixed right the first time, at a fair price. I heard this was an honest shop and I will vouch for that. There is a reason this shop is busy. Everyone in the waiting lobby had nothing but good things to say about the shop. You will not get this level of customer satisfaction and return business from the overpriced chain repair shops in Vegas. I highly recommend Qwest. Get a military discount too.

Fair, fast, and trustworthy! We were stranded in Las Vegas, on a holiday! What a horrible situation...yet Qwest helped us get on the road within hours, and at a very fair price. We feel blessed we connected with them since we were ripe for exploitation, and yet we feel like we were treated as fairly as we've ever been treated by any mechanic. I cannot recommend highly enough. 10 stars out of 5! 😉

I have been using this automotive shop for years because during the first few times his prices were lower or competitive for the same service and remain so. Up to now, he takes time to explain his findings, his recommendations, and what is going to be the cost even though it may just be an approximate. My cars are always taken care of with the best automotive care. The turnaround time is extremely quick. The pricing is always affordable. I totally trust him to fix any problem I have. He’s been my mechanic since 2019. When I moved out of state, I drove back to Qwest because he’s the only one that touches my cars (even when I lived in Pennsylvania-got my oil change, tire rotation, and tune-up during my road trip). I don’t even go to Walmart or Jiffy anymore. He’s way better and I know I’m getting what I pay for and if there’s a problem he checks with the manufacturer to see if the part is defective. I have never had a problem or concern with anything he has done.

Theo was great He knows his stuff. He did not try to over charge me as a matter of fact he was lower by a couple of hundred dollars. He explained what was wrong and how he had to fix it. To my surprise it was ready the next day. (Motor mounts) etc I will definitely be going back to him again
