I went to check a noise I heard in my front left wheel. I wanted to make sure all was good with the brakes that were recently installed. I was on my way to TX and it was my first time at this shop. The owner and two more mechanics checked the brake and tire, and all was good. My fears were unfounded. The owner did not want to charge me anything for the work. Very kind of him. I continued with my trip. Thanks to all!

My car went down and I had no idea who to go to so I went online. In and out was the highest rated and I can tell why. I went to another mechanic first and was told it was a large job and how much trouble i was in and received an estimate of over $1700!! I was very worried and went to In & Out for my second opinion. They had a clean waiting room and everyone was very friendly and respectful. Musa came over and took the keys and said he will look at it and call me back. About an hour later I got a phone call and he explained the issue and how he figured a simpler way to fix it and it would only cost $475. He said many other mechanics try to take advantage but my problem was not a big deal. He just saved me $1200!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave him the OK and he said he'll have it ready by the next day. Sure enough I got the phone call that the car was ready. I picked it up and the noise was gone and the car was driving better than before!!! He even topped off the fluids and checked the rest of the car for me. How awesome!!! Its been 2 months and cars been running smooth. THANKS UPDATE: 6 Months later the car still runs great and I got a flat tire and he was able to fix it for me on the spot. There was a nail in it and he remembered me from before and didn't even charge me! A TRUE GENTLEMAN. Best part was I was still able to get to work in time. THANKS AGAIN

Had a great experience there yesterday. Unfortunately, my car fell off a jack while the tire was being changed on a hill. I then needed to have it inspected to make sure there were no problems. I had not heard of In & Out Tire, but it was recommended to me by a collision company. I'm very happy that I was referred to In & Out. I had my car towed there and they were able to look at it quickly. They were able to determine that the only issue with the car was a bent brake heat shield, which they bent back into place free of charge. They were even able to repair the flat tire. The car ran great when I picked it up. Quality work, great value, and extremely friendly and honest service. I will definitely be going there in the future for auto needs. Thank you Sam and Musa.

I went there this morning. They told me it’ll be 15 minutes. It actually took 30. All I asked is for them to look at the tire and tell me the condition whether I needed a patch or a new tire after the 30 minutes I asked why does it take so long to just look at the tire? The manager became very rude and smart told me Why would we just look at the tire? I told him at most tire shop they would tell you what’s wrong with it and you let you make a decision, whether you want to patch it or replace it and tell you the price beforehand. Which they did neither of before doing a repair they had no idea I wanted or could afford

Worst service ever!!! Prices are been made up at spot because owner thinks she get more money from some “special” customers. Beware to go there with a “nice” car and ask for the best tires or you’ll get scam for your money. This business must be shutdown!!! Till owner will learn to respect customers!!!

I had a tire patched at Discount Tire but a week later it started to leak because of poor craftsmanship. On a whim, I came to In & Out Tire & Auto. They took me as a walk in, it cost $25, and it was done in about 30-45 minutes. They repatched it and did a water test with me, to confirm the tire was safe to drive. I haven’t had any issues since. Musa helped me at the front door and Earl did the patch. They are really kind and take pride in their work. Thank you to them both.
