This place is absolutely amazing. My Nissan was not turning on. For some reason the car was not reading the key fob. He was able to diagnose what was wrong, replace the missing part and reprogram the computer for an extremely reasonable price.. especially when comparing it to what it would have cost at the dealership. He had the car ready for me very quickly and gave us a detailed receipt. The car has been doing excellent and I couldn't be more happy with the service. I would 100% recommend bringing your car to this shop.

The Perfect oil-change experience! I have a high-mileage 250,000 mile Toyota Prius. I’ve been looking for a mechanic that will use the synthetic oil that I bring in and the oil filter that I want to provide… And the Good Guys were cool with that! They’re very friendly and fit me into their busy schedule. Now that I know about this shop, I will call and make an appointment for my next oil change in advance. I’m super grateful!

Came in today to get a wheel alignment and had never had such an amazing shop experience. At other repair shops they have tried to scam or overcharge me, but at The Good Guys, I felt very comfortable and knew what I was paying for. They took me in very quickly and I was in and out within 45 mins and had someone in front of me. You're in good hands if you have the pleasure working with John, but any of these guys will take good care of you. Very nice staff, comfy waiting area, and no shady prices. It is the corner unit at the end of plaza if you decide to use their service, and you should, you will not regret it!! They're amazing!!

Hands down the best mechanic in Vegas!! Caesar was extremely kind and unbelievably helpful. He took in our van even though they were busy because we told him we were on a road trip and needed to get it fixed quickly. He even came in on a Saturday to finish it when they were closed. I've recently taken my vehicle to The Good Guys Automotive Shop for emergency needed repairs caused by the Mitsubishi Dealer that was properly repaired & completed in a reasonable manner by The Good Guys Automotive shop's owner and Master Technician Erick Lopez. This shop is priced rated best in Las Vegas with better quality service than any of the prior shops I've experienced residing in Las Vegas, Nevada now for 15 years. I was impressed with how friendly, helpful, and cheerful the staff here is. They had me in and out within minutes and at a good price for my emissions test. I'd love to see more available parking by the front door. And I did find it odd that the front door is *entirely* blocked out with graphics (it would feel more welcoming if the front doors could be partly seen through, to the nice reception desk that they have). But those are just suggestions for what is overall a great place. Would recommend!

I had my car at the mechanic behind them and the mechanic says they specialize in fixing electrical and sensors so he sent me over to the good guys. The good guys charged me 475 to find out what was wrong. They told me I needed a hose and a sensor so I went and got it brought it back to them Kept my car for two weeks and then told me it wasn’t a sense or a short that it was the motor that they did a compression check and the motor was gonna go soon so I went back to see the mechanic behind them that sent me there and he told me I did a compression check and it’s not the motor that’s why I sent you to them so they charged me 895 And gave me the car back exactly how it was running when I gave it to them. They’re complete dirt bags and liars. Do not take your car there for anything electrical or sensors cause they’re gonna tell you that it’s your motor if they can’t fix it.

I was on my way to work and heard a noise coming from my car. I got out at a stoplight and saw that my exhaust had broken loose from its support brackets and was dragging the right side of my dual exhaust on the pavement. So, I pulled into the next driveway across the intersection (Decatur & Hacienda) and found myself in a row of autobody and auto repair shops, most of which were closed or in the process of closing due to the fact it was 5:25. All I needed was a bolt to reattach and secure the exhaust. I asked one business and the guy looked at it and said “Sorry, I’m outta here". So, I sat for a few minutes trying to figure out what I could do to fix my situation seeing I was pretty much stranded, it was after hours and didn’t want to cause any more damage to my car. Being relatively new to town, I didn’t have a lot of people to turn to. I called my VW dealership Service Advisor, and he was going to bring me the bolt when he got off work. Then, I looked down towards the end of the driveway and noticed one of the businesses had its roll up door still open. I went down to see if they had any ideas and see how late they were working and if they would mind installing the bolt once my VW guy got there. They very inviting said they’d be finishing up soon and would check with their boss who was on his way back to the shop. I think fate had me pull into that particular driveway because It was all uphill after that! Jonathan and his crew welcomed me in like an old friend and saw the situation for what it was. A person in distress who needed help getting back on the road so I could get to work and they were happy to provide it with smiles on their faces. Going in I was prepared to pay whatever cost it was for repairs and was concerned it was going to cost me a pretty penny to seeing it was after hours and all but, it turned out that wasn’t the case. It wasn’t until I was leaving that I found out the name of the business was “The Good Guys” Automotive and THAT they are! I felt compelled to write my story and let folks know my experience with this shop because finding fair and honest service like that these days is hard to find. So, a big, giant THANK YOU to Jonathan and his amazing team for getting me back on the road efficiently, you guys truly are amazing.
