The mechanics have terrible attitudes dont greet you when you walk in. I had my engine serviced and my battery for my 2018 Jeep Compass.They had my car for 3 days and when I got the car back it just started randomly cutting off. I went in today for an oil change and they said I would need to drop the car off it would be a couple of hour. I left and decided to go to Take 5 instead. I would never go to this location again!

Meineke at 10455 S. Rainbow has Absolutely top-notch service! They have earned my trust and loyalty. Mark the manager and his staff are professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed both my car's issue quickly, gave a more then fair estimate, and got the work done when the dealership and another auto shop couldn’t. My car runs great. It's hard to find a shop that combines great workmanship with genuine customer care, but this place nails it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, quality auto repair!

This place is a MAJOR hussle. The two times I've been there they try and upsell you on lots of repairs.. This last time stating they knew the history of my vehicle. I had done some of the recommended service at the dealer about 10,000 prior. Stir clear

We bring our car here multiple times for 2 reasons: 1. Convenience 2. First few times we were impressed with the customer service, as well as the service they did. However, A couple of months ago, we brought the car for windshield repair. We told them upfront of the repair needed. Unfortunately, we have to go there 2 or 3 times for the same thing because it was not fixed the first time. Yesterday 8/29/25, we brought the car for bulbs replacement=headlights/signal lights +$$$ labor cost. We drove the car last night and noted the headlight light was pointing to the right side. We assumed that lights are checked properly, but sad to say its not. We are really disappointment.

I originally went to Meineke because my brakes felt spongy — likely due to air in the brake lines — and my electronic parking brake wasn’t working after a previous brake job. I authorized a brake flush and parking brake service, which I was charged $400 for, including $212 just for the parking brake. After the service, not only was the parking brake still broken, but all my dash lights came on, which were not on before. The technician Mark said my rear brake caliper was “completely broken,” but it wasn’t leaking and had never been a problem until after they worked on the car — making me question if they damaged it themselves. Instead of fixing it, they tried to charge me $457 more to replace the caliper. When I declined, the tech was very pushy over the phone, trying to pressure me into more work. Then the next morning, in front of other customers, he told me to buy the part myself at AutoZone and he’d install it for $60 — a huge shift in tone that felt unprofessional and performative. I was never offered any discount, despite paying full price for work that didn’t resolve the issue. What really crossed the line was what they wrote on my invoice: “He stated he is going to have his friend that damaged the brakes install his caliper.” That’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and inappropriate to include in a customer document. They have no proof of that, and considering the caliper issue started only after their service, it’s just as likely that they caused the problem. I walked away with more issues than I came in with — dash lights on, unresolved parking brake, and no accountability from the shop. I do not trust this location at all, and I strongly recommend going to a shop that values quality work and treats customers with honesty and respect. Since posting this review, I had my car inspected by the dealership. They confirmed in writing that the damage was caused during the service at your location. I’ve already sent this report, along with photos, to Meineke corporate and am still waiting on a response. I’m sharing this here so others are aware, and I’ll update the review again based on how Meineke decides to handle the situation. I’m still open to a fair resolution.

I had a great experience with Meineke when my car wouldn’t start one morning. I called them and they had my car picked up and towed for free. They sent me a very detailed review of all the problems and they were super friendly and helpful! I had no pressure sales pitches or anything like that. I was informed of everything as it happened and I made the decision to fix or not fix the problems.. Once the repairs were completed, I picked up my car and was satisfied with the results and the service. I would recommend this center for its friendly customer support and very thorough service!!

Brought my car here for a diagnostic, didn’t follow through with repairs because it was quite costly and went to pick up my vehicle and now my battery is completely dead. UPDATE! They called me in to make it right, Mark and Ryan assisted me and got my battery problem handled along with fixing my brake switch and bulbs. Greatly appreciate them for that!

Absolutely horrible service. I had a 9:30am appointment today and arrived 15 minutes early. As soon as I walked in, the person at the front desk told me they were short-handed and busy, and that if I left my truck it wouldn’t be ready until later this afternoon. When I scheduled the appointment, I made it very clear that I would be waiting because I needed to get back to work, and I was told the service would take about an hour. To show up and suddenly be told it would take all day—with zero notice—was extremely frustrating. They could have easily called to let me know they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. Instead, I was basically told “too bad.” This is completely unacceptable. I will never return, and I strongly recommend that anyone reading this take their vehicle somewhere else.

Would have been 5 stars if it were not so expensive. But I guess with a going rate per hour of $200+ per hour, it doesn’t take much to rack up a bill. This was a competitive rate with other shops that are capable of fixing a German auto (BMW).

I scheduled an appointment with them (10:00AM), they said I could pick it up in about 2 hrs. When I came in for my appointment on the next day, the guy in the front desk said they could work on my car late in the afternoon. I asked, I thought I have a prior schedule? The guy said that he can't do nothing about it. I just left and look for other shop.

Customer service was good. The front desk guy, Lee, was helpful and friendly. I got an oil change and was told the technician would do a walk around and see if I needed anything else done to my vehicle. I received a detailed report with photos of all the things that needed attention. This is where things get weird. I’ve had my Jeep for 4 years and it has really low miles—26k to be exact. I was confused by all of the things they found wrong with my vehicle and my husband was unavailable, so I ran the report of findings through ChatGPT. Chat said everything was completely unnecessary, especially with how low my miles are, and the services were simply an upsell. In total, I almost spent $600 on services that were not needed. I get it, they are running a business. However, this seemed like I was being taken advantage of.

After this experience, I don’t think I could ever trust another Meineke. I was tricked by these good reviews so I think it’s necessary to voice what happened to me. I came here for a quick oil change and so much went wrong: 1. They gave me false info about my battery saying I needed a replacement when I JUST replaced it. I took it to autozone and they tested it at 85%. 2. The oil filter canister was leaking pretty badly. A rubber sealant was missing. I can’t imagine what would happen if I didn’t get my vehicle fully inspected by a close friend, mechanic. 3. They said the arm control busing needed replacement, upon 2nd opinion, they were fine. Even if they offer a great coupon or deal, it’s not worth it. Trust me.

Mark and his staff at the Meineke store on Raimbow and Cactus were amazing. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I made the right decision coming here. They gave me options for the brake materials we could choose from, and explained the plus and minus. The asked if I had served in the military, I did and they gave me a military service discount.
