I arrived around 12:30-1 pm and didn't get out until about 5 pm to change out the trans fluid, filter and seal on an automatic trans in a 2021 Chevy Colorado LT. Next, was a front-end alignment and I didn't get out of there until 5pm. The trans could've been done in 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and the front- end alignment shouldn't have taken over an hour. The adjustments were minor. So, 1.5 hours to 3 at most should have been the time span. The truck only has 34,000 miles on it and brand new Bilstein shocks and struts all-around with new tires. Differential and engine oil had already been changed, thank goodness. There's no water or anything in the waiting area. I had to walk across the street to get something to drink.

We live on the Las Vegas Strip and drive less than a 1000 miles a year, we had been taking our vehicle for service out in Henderson but we thought we would give Firestone Complete Auto Care on Maryland a try. We had scheduled a complete check of the vehicle including a oil change. The staff were courteous and helpful when I made the appointment and while they were clearly busy when we arrived for the service they assisted us quickly. They were upfront about the time to complete the service but immediately began the work on our vehicle. In short order our vehicle service was completed and professionally done. We will return when it's time for our next scheduled maintenance and an additional takeaway is we will always make an appointment when it's time for service.

Car darn neat broke down and when I got to Firestone I encounter Mark who turned out to be the manager and he made my SAD experience the best. Scam place. Do not come here to fix your car. They charged me $250 for an oil change, and then the engine light turned on. I went back to tell them what happened; they took the car and later said, “Sorry, this is not our fault.” This is a scam business

I was en route to Las Vegas when my check engine light came on in Barstow, California. Out of four auto care services I contacted, Firestone Auto Complete Care was the only one able to help me that same day—and I’m so grateful they did. Without their support, I would’ve been stranded in Las Vegas for at least two extra days waiting for Hyundai to begin diagnostics, with no guarantee of when they'd finish. The Firestone Auto Complete Care maintenance manager and team acted swiftly and professionally. I needed a spark plug and coil replacement, and Lorenzo took the time to walk me through every step—from diagnostics to repair completion—with clarity and patience. He even assisted me with a quick credit card application, filling it out online after I answered a few questions. To my surprise, I was approved, and he generously reduced my diagnostic fee by half. Thanks to that, I was able to cover the repair without paying out of pocket. This experience was not only efficient, but it was also memorable. The entire staff treated me with respect, courtesy, and genuine care. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, dignified solution. Invoice #118756 – Kia Optima Service Experience My Kia Optima lost power due to a knock sensor issue. I spent $1,431.95 on repairs, in addition to three nights in hotels, to have the problem fixed. However, upon driving home, the same issue occurred again. Unfortunately, the master technician was not available on weekends to address the recurring problem. I then took my vehicle to a Kia dealership, where the same repair was performed under the manufacturer’s warranty. At that point, I was informed that no refund was possible from the original service location. This experience significantly reduced my confidence in receiving major repairs at the store; it seems more suitable for basic services such as oil changes and tire-related work. After sharing my feedback on Google, I was contacted by the Social Media Support team and the store manager. They acknowledged the issue, and we were able to resolve the matter, including issuing a refund for the service. Because of their prompt assistance and willingness to make things right, I updated my review from one star to two stars. I would rate the company’s support team five stars for their swift and effective response. I want to express my sincere thank you to the support team for helping correct the situation.

Can’t be happy enough with my first couple experience at Firestone. First time for a suspension issue and this time for a possible coolant leak. Turned out I didn’t have a coolant leak but I did have an oil leak and several other issues. James was able to help me out a little bit with the prices and they got everything taken care of in a couple hours.
