First of all, I wasn't expecting a good person trying to sell me on Indian. This good person, was a sales person. Though very low key, easy to talk to, not pushy at all, Ryan Spencer brought me back 3 times before I made a purchase. Finally on the third visit, I pulled the trigger. That was 2 days ago, and just got home from my first short ride, 100 miles. What a pleasant bike to ride (Roadmaster).

Awesome customer service. I have been having them do all of my service work and all of my tire changes since I've lived in Vegas. No one else is going to touch my bike. They are the best! And so happy Drew is back, he's the best.

I flew in from California to pick up an Indian that no one had except for Sin City. Jason and his team made the process of purchasing and getting the bike ready for me to ride it back 550 miles to CA seamless and effortless. Thank you Sin City for a friendly, professional, and an awesome experience!

When we heard that Indian Motorcycle of Las Vegas was opening a new location closer to home we couldn't have been more thrilled! The new showroom is gorgeous and has literally every model under the sun in stock. Steve and Tom in sales are fantastic to work with and really make you feel like family even after you've bought a motorcycle. They go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of the customer to make sure you leave with a smile. Dan the parts and service manager knows exactly what you're looking for and what the best parts would be or how to make your motorcycle a true expression of your individuality. My husband and I love going to this store and look forward to many more purchases to add to our growing motorcycle collection. Be sure to check out their bike night the first Thursday of every month from 6 PM -9 PM which brings all sorts of vendors, food trucks and even an on site dyno for everyone to enjoy!

I had to edit this since Google won't let me do a second review. Took my Scout in for a service and got fantastic service from Harry and the team. While there, I spied a 2023 Challenger Limited. Fell in love with it and traded my Scout in a few days later. David who helped me with the bike provided great customer service and the rest of the sales team were phenomenal as well. Great deal and great bike!

Excellent staff! I checked out the inventory online and decided i would stop by just to look at them. I knew eventually i was going to buy one. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions even though i told them i was just looking. I met and talked to just about everyone at the dealership. I did hesitate between the super chief and the vintage chief both were great looking bikes. I said thanks for answering all my questions and drove away. The thing is i didn’t get very far before that vintage chief kept calling my name. It was the bike i wanted, It was in the price range i was looking for, it had all of the maintenance done and even had new tires. Surely someone was going to snatch that bike away and i would have ended up settling for something else. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when i went back. Now that vintage chief is parked in my driveway telling me to go for another ride. Thank you to everyone at the dealership!

I reached out about a used 2024 Honda CRF300L they had advertised for $4,801. I asked one simple question: What’s the out-the-door price? That’s it. Any normal dealership can answer that in 30 seconds. Instead, I got the full “Vegas dealership experience” — and not in a good way. Before they would even discuss their own pricing, the salesman kept pushing me to reveal competitor quotes. Not because he needed the information, but because that’s clearly how they set their numbers: not based on honesty or transparency, but based on how much they think they can squeeze out of you compared to everyone else. After dodging the question multiple times, they finally sent the OTD: $7,816 on a bike advertised at $4,801. That’s a $3,000+ jump on a used 300cc Honda. And the worst part? They acted like this was all totally normal. This wasn’t just a salesman being difficult — it felt like this is simply how the dealership operates. Bait with a cheap online price, delay giving the real number, fish for your other quotes, then hit you with a dramatically higher total and call it “standard.” When I pushed back, I got the corporate script: “Nothing is fabricated, these are standard dealer costs.” Sure — standard at places that rely on confusion instead of transparency. Here’s the thing: good dealerships don’t hide behind “standard costs,” don’t play keep-away with basic information, and don’t need your other quotes to decide what their price is. Good dealerships post real numbers and stand behind them. This place? Everything about the interaction told me the culture is built on the opposite: Show one price online Hide the real number Stall the customer Try to box them into revealing their leverage Drop the inflated total at the end If that’s “standard” here, then that says more about the dealership than it does about me. I didn’t buy the bike — not because of the money, but because the entire process felt like a game designed to wear the customer down. If this is how they treat someone before the sale, I can’t imagine how things go after. If you want straightforward, honest, no-nonsense pricing, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. @general manager, you dont get redos

This is a RideNow dealership. I didn't know this until it was too late. I came on a Saturday, the day after getting my M license looking to purchase my first bike, a 2025 Scout Sixty, priced on the Indian website at about $12,500. For months I researched what my first bike would be and for months I fell in love with the Indian bikes just on the amazing design, without having ever ridden one. So, I come in, notice they have a used '23 Scout that may be a better option. I ask for a test ride and then begins the most insulting vehicle buying experience of my life. I have purchased almost a dozen new cars from a variety of manufacturers and dealers (Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Toyota). I thought Toyota was the worst until I came to this Indian dealer. First, I was made to wait two hours for a test ride with the excuse "the guy is attending to another customer." In those two hours, they made me fill out a credit application. I had not even decided if I was going to buy. I didn't know the price the door. I had not even done the test ride. But okay, all vehicle buying experiences come with some humiliation rituals to break you, I get it. Finally, we go on the ride around the block and decide the bike has too loud and obnoxious exhaust for me. I come into the showroom and decide I'll buy the new Sixty instead. Then begins the old "let me talk to my manager" back and forth for another two hours. I entertain the farce, every time asking them remove all the idiotic add-ons: extended warranty, service plan, battery warranty, tire warranty, etc. And that's not even the worst part. I was on the phone getting a quote from my insurance when the guy approaches me to ask for my debit card. I was so distracted I pulled my wallet out and I was about to hand the card to him when I asked why are you charging me now I have not seen any pricing information? The guy mumbled something about a deposit but could not explain for what. I said no and he want back to "talk to his manager". They tried to lock me in before showing final pricing. Is this even legal? When I finally get actual pricing, the out the door is almost $19,000. They doubled the freight fee from the $750 advertised om the Indian website to $1,600. They had a $600 assembly fee for "getting the bike off the crate". They subsidize their employee's labor to you, even though this is a business expense they'll write off in their taxes. They double-dip here. Next, they put back the battery and tire warranty into the final price. Top it all off with a $1,800 paperwork fee post-tax. I was dizzy with disbelief at the shameless shady BS they put you through. Some BS "negotiation" happened, basically taking $500 off the price of the bike. I just walked out there with crushing disappointment. A couple hours later, went to BBV Powersports Las Vegas and got me a lightly used 2022 Harley-Davidson Sportster Iron 883. The best possible first bike I could have gotten and I am very happy with it. I will never buy nor even ride an Indian bike for the rest of my life. I feel disgusted even looking at them now.

I had to put up my first bike 9 years ago when my son was born and eventually sold it 3 years later when my daughter came around. I just grabbed a 2025 Scout Bobber Sixty from the folks over at Sin City and my weekend has been goddamn fantastic. Already have 125 miles on the bike. Everyone that assisted us throughout our purchase was absolutely awesome and beyond professional. I cannot thank you all enough for making me feel like a kid again

Top Notch Customer Service, I had to deal with them online as I live out of state and "Mel"derick was awesome to work with. They were willing to work with me and we achieved a deal that made it worth the drive. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Staff with a welcoming smile and great attitude. Service Tech Drew went over the Bike with me and was a great help, "Mel"anie was a sweetheart and helped me with all the documents. I was even greeted by the GM Jason who was warm and made me feel right at home. Overall, this Dealership experience was enjoyable and When I 'm in the area again I will be popping in to say hello. Looking forward to my first Indian Motorcycle now

Just classic sketchy dealership stuff, I called in about a used used Scout, the listed price was $8,600 and then when you call in they’ll give you there actual price ($11,716) over three grand more then the “online listed price” and no that didn’t included registration and sales tax since I was an out of state buyer. So right off the bat like a lot of the other reviews the real price is $3,000+ more than what they advertised it as. Also the sales man I talked to on the phone wouldn’t send me an actual breakdown of the deal just gave me the number on the phone. About $1,000 of it was the reconditioning fee which is ridiculous to not have in the advertised price online. I also asked if that $8600 sales price was negotiable and they told me it was. I figure it’s still worth taking a look at even at that price so I schedule an appointment and show up a few days later on a Tuesday. I brought a friend with me who was an experienced rider since I didn’t have my M endorsement yet. At first glance the bike didn’t look to bad but one of the pegs was scuffed pretty bad. For reference this was a used machine with a few thousand miles on it so I didn’t expect perfection but was expecting a little nicer condition considering they were charging a $1,000 reckon fee. At first the salesman told me I could ride it which was weird to me since I didn't have my m endorsement yet. He did say I would need to wait an hour for them to look over the bike which was weird because you’d expect all the bikes to already be looked over and ready for sale? The sales man actually seemed pretty cool, but then when he asked the older guy who was helping him out not sure if he was the gsm or GM. He said I couldn’t ride because I didn’t have my M endorser which was understandable but I really don’t undertrained why they wouldn’t let my buddy who was with me test ride the bike in the lot? The older guy said it was because he wasnt buying or looking to buy the bike? So if my buddy said he wanted to possibly buy any bike in the store they would have let him ride it? Honestly didn’t make any sense. To be honest this just breached any trust and they probably lost the deal over that. Why would I buy a used bike without testing it or having a Trusted friend check it over? Mind you he’s fully licensed. They’re story didn’t make much sense. I figured since I’m already there I’ll let them run credit and see what kind of deal they have on the machine. They do a credit check ask me how much I’d like to put down. And come back with rates. The rate I was given, didn’t really bother me, but when I said I’m going to go grab a lunch and think about it, they instantly started getting pushy with asking if I’d like to just sign right away or leave a deposit And stuff like that. Also, they then informed me that their sales price was non-negotiable. I worked at dealerships in sales, It became very clear that this is one of those dealerships that tries to use outdated sales tactics And pressure the customers into just signing stuff and trying to get them through the process of going through with the purchase, Between the no test drive The pushy GM Or GSM And just the overall negative buying experience I decided to not go through with my purchase. I went to a Indian dealership in Utah and they took much better care of me and were way more transparent with pricing and fees and let a buddy take a test ride on the bike. For anyone thinking of buying a bike I wouldn’t waste you’re time at Sin City Indian. There are plenty of better dealerships and I guarantee you they’ll be able to find you a bike and give you a much more pleasant buying experience.

I've been a Yamaha gal for 40 years.. but this '21 Scout Bobber spoke to me. Thank you Jason, John, Drew, Cheryl, and sorry I forgot the other mechanic's name ;) .. for a great experience! It only had 1300 miles on it, and is up 20% in 2 days ;)
