I was really desperate for a tire...all the shops on spring mountain road were overpriced for tires and most the guys act like they didn't want to service a female. Needed a 225/65R16 and this is the only shop out of the 10 I contacted that was nice enough to give me a decent price and to inform me of another size I could use since they didn't have my exact size. I highly recommend this location for tires/tire repair. Great service, informative workers, just a great experience. Thank you so much guys! I really appreciate you!

Had a nail in my tire After just a few minutes they let me know it was repairable so they patched it up and I was on my way a few minutes later. Happy with the service and even happier with the pricing. With friendly customer service, good pricing and quick service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

So I can’t here to get a replacement tire. After telling them what size I needed and them asking multiple people they communicated they didn’t have my tire. So I go down the street to another tire place and purchase a tire there bring it back to them. Now all of a sudden I’ve purchased a bad tired and they have a tire available for me now, 2 tires in fact!!! So not only did you waste my time by having me go pay for a tire elsewhere because you guys can keep up with your inventory. You guys also charged me for the tires from you guys so in less than 20 minutes I am out $130 . ITS GIVING SCAM.

These guys are awesome! They go beyond for their customers. My car part wasn't available that day and I didn't have a way to get home. Miguel was very attentive and worked like crazy to find a solution. Victor was very kind to drive me across town and take me home. They even offered to pick me up the next day. They won over a customer. I'll be back. Update 2 days later: My check engine light is on. It wasn't there before and I'm still having the same problems that I had before. They want to do a diagnostic on my car, says it'll cost $85. Shouldn't they have done that the first time?? I'm not going to give over $200 to get a repair and turn around and have to pay to get the problem corrected. I'm going elsewhere. I trusted them to fix my car, not pay for their guesses. I'll take it the Firestone across the street...at least they'll correct the work.

Very bad service. I took my car to change its oil but instead damaged another part and they did not want to take care of it. Repairing that single part cost me a thousand dollars. When I returned to confront them about this issue they responded with a bad attitude and ended up ignoring me. I recommend you don't go here unless you're willing to waste your time and money.

PLEASE READ *** NOT RECOMMENDED If I could put a negative start I would. My daughter damaged a tire in accident, we're in Texas, so she's looking to get help. This place was recommended to her and they were cheap like their service. I had to be on the phone to translate because the workers didn't speak English then after I got done asking them pricing as a all is were I'm very displeased I'M FUMING MAD THAT SHE WAS SPEAKING AND THEY WERE MIMICKING HER. IF YOU CAN'T RESPECT A YOUNG LADY THAT NEEDS YOUR HELP I PRAY YOU DON'T HAVE A DAUGHTER IN THAT SITUATION. I'm a mechanic and have helped many people stranded of every nationality and race imaginable. I was taught that that person is someone's kid that needs help. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND. Don't go here for a tire sensor. They want $200 for 1 after all said and done.Big brand tires on Craig and Allen replaced for $68 out the door.

Worst shop in north Vegas they made my 71 year old mother take out a loan for new Catalytic converter and gave her nothing they put together something like a catalytic converter but was not what she paid for and then lied to are face after we got it check out and they told us that they got over on my mother don’t shop with these people they will lie to your face scam artist 2000 dollars terrible

Had an unexpected flat when I got in my car to head to work & was stressing out because I’ve been strapped for cash, and it’s close to the holiday. I went to the closest discount tire and found out I had a nail in my back tire. Turns out it wasn’t patchable. The guy that helped me was extremely short & impatient. I had asked for a couple minutes to make a few calls to see what the best course of action was since I wasn’t in any position to buy a new tire. When I called in I spoke to Favian and he put me at ease right away. I don’t know much about tires or cars alone so he was nice enough to help me figure out my tire size to see if they had a used one in stock. He confirmed they had a used tire in my size in stock, and I headed straight there. When i arrived, they took my car in right away and Fabian told me they’d have my car back within ten minutes. When he gave me the keys back he also let me know they checked my back breaks which were still in good condition. Their pricing is very fair and affordable. The employees at Aldana are very friendly & welcoming, and they’re there to help and not try to upsell you. I will definitely be back for any future tire maintenance! Highly recommend!

Great service at great prices. I have gone here for tires once already and am planning on returning. I only brought my car in for a tire that I needed and they let me know of another issue my vehicle was experiencing that was making a noise I had known about but not fully identified just yet. They checked my suspension and let me know possible problems and quoted fixes without being pushy or trying to pressure me into buying anything additional or selling me any additional services on the spot. I will be going here again and would definitely reccomend them to others.
