Amazing!!!! My new car was a wreck after a long road trip in ice/snow- I’m a stickler for a clean car- literally didn’t want to drive it it was that filthy! After the interior/exterior were done it looked better than when I bought it !! Soooo thrilled with the work done and will definitely use J&S again!!! Thanks so much!!

Talked with this company and was given a 400 dollar price for what I was looking for. Because this company came recommended by some work friends, I was fine with the price. Company asked me if they could start at 6 a.m. on my off day. While I wasn't thrilled about it, I agreed to help them out getting the car all washed before the day started getting hot. Flash forward to the day of my appointment, I got up early on my day off to be ready for their arrival. 6 came and went and I didn't hear anything from the company. After 7 went by, I finally messaged the company saying that I was guessing they weren't coming, so never mind about my service. Almost a half hour later, I got a message with an excuse that they had to fill up their water tank and the shop didn't open until 7. My question is, if they knew they had an appointment before this shop opened, why didn't they fill up the night before, and even if, worst case, they just so happened to find out when they went to fill up before my 6 a.m. appointment that they couldn't get water, why not send me a message informing me they'd be late? Why was it an hour and a half later, after I messaged them, that I heard anything from them? TLDR; this business seems very unprofessional to me. I'll definitely be telling my work friends that I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.

George and I spoke in October regarding me and some colleagues wanting to do a group mobile car wash. We discussed our group being 3-9 people needing a basic car wash every month and that the smallest group we would have is 3 based on fluctuating schedules. He was eager to partner. I even confirmed over text to make sure we were on the same page (attached). George actually released a flyer a couple weeks later launching his new corporate group deal - the exact price and structure as what he and I had set up. I was excited to see his company grow and looked forward to working together. We had three cars for him on the first day due to holiday schedules. He showed up late, but things happen so no big deal. I assumed from his attitude when he arrived that he wasn't a fan of only having three cars. I completely understand that, but he had agreed to that possibility when we set this up - by phone and text. To confirm we were still good, I asked if he would still like to continue this every month and he said yes. I again confirmed by text (attached). Flash forward to this month (what would have been our second wash). He reached out the day before he was supposed to come out and I told him we had 4-7 people confirmed. On the day of, we had 6 cars waiting and I get a text saying his generator broke so he couldn't come out. I texted him twice over several days about rescheduling and he never responded. I ended up calling him and he said that he saw my texts but ignored them because he won't be coming out any longer unless there is a minimum of 10 cars. George said the decision came from his boss and that they only talk to customers through email. However, George's LinkedIn shows that he's the CEO (attached). Fortunately, we found a couple other vendors that offer the same terms. We just wish George had handled this better.

J & S has been detailing my vehicles once a week going on 2 months now. They were extremly detailed with my , BMW , Mercedez, and SUV. I think they did a little more than what was expected. Piece of mind ,Is very important that you know that they have the right equipment, and cleaning supplies to do the job they do without messing up your paint. I highly recommend them . George was fantastic. Cleaned our Audi from top to bottom. Got all interior stains out and did a great job waxing the outside of the vehicle with the water spots. Engine looks factory, the whole vehicle looks factory. Highly recommend, I will be using J&S every six months. Thanks George!

I needed a full interior and exterior detail plus disinfecting/sterilizing of my car and J&S did an amazing job. They were super responsive and great communication, really kind and friendly, and couldn’t have been easier to work with. Came to my apartment and it took about 90 minutes for a full detail - my car looks brand new again other than the expected wear & tear I’ve put on it. Will absolutely use them again!
