This is the first time I’ve been to Planet Nissan. My Service Advisor was Ken Vontalge and he was great. He kindly answered my many questions and was super friendly. I only had an oil change, but he was thorough on repairs to consider in the near future, without being “a hard core salesman” I’m appreciative that Ken was very approachable and explained everything in a “common sense” manner.

Everyone at Planet Nissan Centennial is amazing! I always go there for Ash he is best and has taken care of my family from my dad and mom to my sister and myself! We have all bought multiple cars now from him at this location and even drive across down to do. I also had Michael who took me on my test drives and gave me the run down on each vehicle I was inquiring about to really make the right choice for me, which was a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder. They are always honest and fair for each deal also whether you trade in a vehicle or not with full transparency and a few financing options so it’s not just a take it or leave it experience. I couldn’t recommend Planet Nissan Centennial more to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! Thank you!

BEWARE OF PLANET NISSAN SERVICE DEPARTMENTS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. First worst decision I made was buying a Nissan Altima SR from Planet Nissan, Second worst decision was buying the service package from Planet Nissan. First time I brought the car to Planet Nissan Service was after I complained to my salesman about the flaws in the paint after arguing with the salesman about the issues to the paint I was instructed to bring the car in to show the Planet Nissan Service Department the flaws and we will go from there. The Planet Nissan Service Department told me nothing they can do should have never taken the car home.. Wow your top of the line Altima with a 45-50k price tag and that’s how you’re going to treat a customer that has brought the paint to your attention not even 24 hours off the lot. After the paint issues it’s been nothing but issues from they said I have no oil changes to you do have oil changes available from your package to we don’t sell that package that you bought that’s why there is issues. This last time we argued about the Package was because I told them I bought a package that had oil changes and tire protection which I explained to my service writer multiple times actually everytime I come in, I have a nail hanging out the sidewall of my rear driver side tire I know you won’t fix it because the nail is in the Danger Zone so can we get the process moving to replace the tire. Service writer tells me I don’t have a warranty. I go through this everytime with you bud I have a warranty your sitting in front of a computer look it up. He wouldn’t and transferred me to the finance department. I got the desk of Sam Monaghan who looked up my profile and saw the service package I purchased then told me I do have a warranty and even sent me the copy just in case the Planet Nissan Service Department wants to try to get out of doing there job yet again. When I bring the car in showed them where the nail was ect they told me they would see if they could fix it or if it needs to be replaced, if it needs to be replaced they will let me know and put the spare on. Well hour later I get a text saying car is done, 15 minutes after I get a text saying I need to approve charges to finish the car over 500 dollars. So I immediately call to get the same run around I always get from the same person you don’t have a warranty, you need to send me warranty. At that point I’ve had enough with this guy you need to Talk to the Director of Finance Sam Monaghan I’m done trying to get you to do you job and I’m not doing your job for you. He says he will talk to Sam and call me back. Never got a return call but I got a text to pick up the car. When I show up to pick up car I’m annoyed so I don’t really talk. When I see the car no spare out on nail still hanging out the tire thanks for what looking at the nail we could have done that while I was standing in front of you. Planet Nissan Service Department decided to not only give me excuses for why they couldn’t find the Service Package your Rep said”We don’t sell this package that’s why I couldn’t find it” to “If you wouldn’t have bought the car from Carmax you might not have these issues”. I’m sorry but that’s straight up disrespectful I will tell you this I’ll never buy another Nissan let alone Anything from PLANET NISSAN as soon as I’m done with this loan car is getting sold I want nothing to do with Planet Nissan and there Service Department!!! After all this and figuring out I have a warranty it took them a month to get the tire and put it on my wife’s car. I wish I never bought this car and there package BIGGEST HEADACHE EVER. I was even told they wouldn’t rotate the tires because the wife has lights in the wheel wells, lights are floating not even attached to the wheels. Just more and more excuses from this place.

Returned for some work on my vehicle. Very detail explanation and not pushy. Took a few days to get the job done and they provided a loaner car, which was very helpful. Once the job was done we have had zero issues. Our car is older and no longer in production which is always a concern.

I spoke with the service rep. & mentioned 2x I would like my car washed after the service. After paying for my maintenance service of $1,100.00 they brought me my dirt car back. I told him I would like it washed, I went in and spoke to my service rep & they said “ it should have been washed, it will take a minute to have it done”. Yes, I got it washed, but after mentioning it twice AND spending $1,100.00 it should have been done to begin with. I shouldn’t have to wait for it! Wasting my time! Also the sticker they put in your window was way off. I had 27,000 miles on my car, the sticker read to bring it back at 22,000 miles- math is off. Disappointing service.

Great service from start to finish, from making an appointment to picking up my car. I went in for a recall service my advisor was Sonia she was great and my car was ready when she said it would be. I don’t go in with expectations though because stuff happens. I will say that the young lady who transferred me to the service department could work on her pleasantries when answering the phone to transfer to other departments. Tone is everything!

The service provided by the employees was nice and respectable, and I was kept informed from start to finish. What I didn't like is that my extended warranty is no longer a warranty, it's now insurance. I was charged a co-pay to use my warranty to have my vehicle repaired, I already payed my money for the warranty why am I being charged a co-pay for what is supposed to be covered under my warranty? Can't blame the workers for bad business practices put in place by Nissan, looks like I'm done with Nissan after 15 years of loyalty, and I'm getting ready to purchase another vehicle at the end of summer. Good job Nissan, get rid of customers before they make another purchase, great business model. 👍

I dropped my car off on September 11th for a repair. On September 17th, my advisor admitted he had forgotten about my car and they would “start working on it soon.” After multiple delays, my car wasn’t finished until October 4th. I paid my co-pay and was told everything was fixed. Later that same day, the noise from my wheels was still there. And was told by my advisor to bring it back in. When I brought the car back on October 6th, I was told the left axle hadn’t been repaired at all, and I also noticed that part of my door handle was broken while the car was in their care. It’s now November 17th, and I have gotta one update stating the part is still being ordered and now over a month later still no resolution. This work should have been done correctly the first time, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. It’s also very frustrating and concerning that I was allowed to drive off without being informed my car wasn’t fully repaired. I do not recommend this dealership based on my experience

I took my car to Planet Nissan for oil change. The service was excellent. Didn’t have to wait didn’t take long. My service guy was Alex. He was great. He made sure that everything was good. He made sure I was good and that I didn’t need anything and he also did a follow up call to make sure everything was working OK Planet Nissan is the best they have the most friendliest people there they make you feel warm and welcome. I recommend Planet Nissan to anyone I give them a 10.
