It's Easter Sunday and a had a slow leak in a tire - I went to 3 gas stations 2 of which watched me struggle with the air machines and finally when I asked for help they told me the machines are "broken" 🤬 I made my way down to O'Reillys on rainbow and the service was out of this world. Not only did they spray my tires with soapy water to find the leak but they actually took out the screw embedded in my tire and plugged it. I am beyond grateful to Tiffany, Marvin and Memphis for helping me out. I don't know what I would have done without their kindness. Please support this business and the people that work here. They are incredibly kind humans! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Because of the customer service at the branch on South Rainbow, I have become a loyal customer of O’Reilly. They seriously go above and beyond, helping me find the parts that I need. I have since moved from the Rainbow area, about 5 miles away, but I still drive the extra miles for the quality of service, even if there are probably ten other auto parts dealers in my area. Yesterday, although some new faces, once again, O’Reilly did not disappoint. And a young man by the name, Memphis (cool name by the way) who also went above and beyond, kept the bar high. As pathetic as I was not knowing enough about my car to ask for the correct headlamp replacement, Memphis made it easier on me and came out to my car to help me remove the old headlamp, so we can get the correct lamp. He even helped installing the new lamp, which isn’t very easy to do, because of the headlamp’s awkward housing placement. I’m very big about customer service, and it’s moments like this that I truly appreciate. Thanks again to Memphis and the Team at O’Reilly on South Rainbow. You’re the best!

I typically dread anything to do with auto places :-/ so when my car died and I swung by O’Reilly on Rainbow I wasn’t looking forward to it. Kevin immediately greeted me with a smile and great attitude and jumped in to what he could do to help. He tested my alternator and battery and decided yes it was my battery- he searched for the warranty and installed the new one ASAP. I was so impressed with his high quality customer service I went ahead and bought new lights and wipers for my car which he happily replaced as well. Thank you Kevin for fixing my car issue immediately (and with a smile!) I haven’t received that level of service at an auto parts store, probably ever. Thank you and you just got yourself a repeat customer!

I will never give this company my business ever again. Bought a battery, had the warranty replace it less than a year. Second battery died, called to validate the warranty and stock level. Was told they saw it in the system and referred me to the manager when I arrive. Get there and magically they have NO history of my purchase. I saw it when I swapped out the battery the first time, an employee on the phone saw it and repeated the dates to me prior to my third visit, but the moment I get there, nothing exists as if I'm trying to pull one over on the store. Beware as this company is garbage, will not honor their own warranty, and will most likely treat you like a thief.

I needed to buy 4 spark plugs for my son's 2022 Hyundai Tuscon limited vehicle. I had gone to another auto parts store, but they didn't carry the correct length plug. When I took the plug with me to this store, the counter person was able to correctly match the required pre-gapped plug that we needed. Thankfully, the autolife brand plug worked, and we were able to get his vehicle running properly again. Was very appreciative of the counter person's knowledge in getting me the correct spark plug. Plenty of parking available, and this store is located on the west side of Rainbow Blvd. Easier access to their driveway entrance going south on Rainbow Blvd. Well organized store and friendly staff.

My battery died in the parking lot next to this location. The manager and associates were AWESOME, jumped in to help lend me tools, test my battery, and jump my car even though they knew it was a battery under warranty with a competitor. I will come back here for any car needs from this point because the staff actually cares and wants to help in any way possible.

Do not resurface your rotors here. Uneducated Employee took my rotors 2 mm more than minimum Thickness acceptable. Instead of reading minimum thickness required from the rotor stamp He uses his computer to find the minimum thickness. He remove more than 3 mm off of my rotors surface. Now I can throw away the rotors. Stupid me I even pay for the service.

The person at register was very friendly. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I expected a little more since one of the staff was actually restocking the shelves right where I was looking. But the person at register made up for it. Better experience than at the auto zone down the street

I Came here to buy some washer fluid, synthetic oil and a funnel. We were able to buy and find what we needed easily enough. Customer service was adequate, but a little slow. Only one employee at the register, placing orders and ringing people up.

Single ladies dont worry!! Kale and Simon will help you :) Got a ride to this location when my battery died. The connecter was rusted and corroded. Simon clean it for me while Kale grabbed the battery out of my mom car. My mom got new wipers for her Bronco while we were there. They put them on for free:) Thank for turning my day around! I woke up to a dead battery. Luckily it barely started enough finally for me to get to work. I called when they opened and spoke to Andrew. I had already selected a battery. Andrew assured me that it was specified for my vehicle and they had it in stock. I then asked him if he would be able to install it. He explained that he was the only employee in the store but if I came in after 2pm he would. I came in at 2:30. Just to make sure it was a dead battery Andrew ran his test. It was definitely the battery. He then installed my new battery. Andrew was so professional, helpful and polite throughout my whole experience! I would definitely recommend this O’reilly store and more importantly Andrew! Thanks again Andrew! You are a life saver in my book! PS he also helped me get a rebate on my specific battery!
