Josh and his team at European House For Imports are unparalleled in Vegas. After purchasing a 2020 CLA35 from Carvana, I encountered numerous issues. Despite it being under the manufacturer’s warranty, the dealership provided subpar service. Another shop managed to resolve a few problems under the Silver Rock 100-day warranty, yet significant issues remained unaddressed. It was only when I brought my vehicle to Josh’s team that the most critical problem was identified with ease: faulty front wheel bearings. Both the dealer and the previous shop had dismissed my concerns about the excessive noise, but Josh and his team pinpointed the issue promptly, liaised with Silver Rock, and secured approval for the repair. The transformation was astounding—the cacophony reminiscent of a jet engine was replaced by a serene, quiet ride. My only regret is not consulting Josh sooner, as it would have saved me considerable time and hassle. For anyone purchasing a car from Carvana, I cannot stress enough the importance of having Josh’s team inspect it within the first seven days. I’ve never trusted a mechanic as I do Josh and his team. They’ve earned my lifelong patronage, and I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

First time at European House For Imports. Greeted by service writer Michelle. She is exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Because I was waiting for my vehicle, she insured that it went into the next available bay. The service was completed in a timely fashion @ 2/3 the cost of getting it done at a dealership. Top quality oil was used and an explanation of my next service requirement was given me by the owner, who happened to be in the reception area when I was picking up my vehicle. Highly recommend, great place to take your vehicle.

I love this place! I have a 2023 Range Rover 7-seater, and my son managed to wrap the third-row seatbelts around the second-row headrest. The Range Rover dealership quoted me $700+ because they said the seats needed to be removed. I wanted a second opinion, so I stopped by here. Josh took a look, removed a bolt from the seatbelt, and fixed it so quickly. He also made sure everything was working exactly as it should—and didn’t charge me anything for the service. From my experience, this place is truly genuine, efficient, and detail-oriented. They really care about doing things the right way.
