I have been coming here for the last 15 years because they have 5 STAR SERVICE. They always have the BEST products and services available. I have gotten my tires fixed, my windows tinted, my windows fixed and a new windshield. They have Guest service and treat you like family. Today I came in and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I want to give a Big shout out to Gabriel, Abel and Jayden. They are an asset to the company. Hard workers with good smiles. They really explain everything in detail and make sure you understand the services and products that you are paying for. I truly appreciate the help. Thank you for making my vehicles safe for me and my family.

(08/20/2025)Brining my 2004 Ford Expedition CC to California Auto Glass, Inc, this week due to a right front power window issue. Looking forward to it. UPDATE: (08/22/2025) Pulled in to the LV BLVD location, described the issue and they took it from there. Excellent communication and high-quality work. They do sincerely care about customer satisfaction and most definitely will back up their work. Thank you very much California Auto Glass, Inc for fixing my power window issue! We went to take our van to get the front passenger and driver side windows tinted. We were greeted with a warm smile and a good morning. The window tinters were very polite and professional. They described the process and the options to us as well as price. Once we came to an agreement we were directed to an area like a patio. The service itself took about maybe 30 minutes. And we were very comfortable waiting. Is his dad? We're very satisfied with how the work came out. I would make my way from anywhere in the city to this place. They doore than just tint windows. Repair replace etc.

Took my vehicle in for issues with my front passenger window not rolling up or down. Also wanted my rear passenger window changed out for a lighter factory tinted window. Now, even though they fixed both issues, they removed my tint off my front passenger window claiming that the tape was the reason the window wouldn't roll down. Which is false. I put the duct take on there to keep my window from falling through and breaking when it hit the bottom of my door. The window motor was removed from the door since it wouldn't roll my window up all the way, leaving a huge gap in my window. The plug on the door that you plug into the window motor was the issue for my window not rolling either way. There was no power going to it. But they decided to remove the tint themselves without letting me know they were going to do that. After a talk with the lady in charge, they finally decided to fix the issue by tinting my front passenger window for at a discounted price. Overall happy with the service. Communication could improve. Any other window issues I have, I'll will definitely bring it back here I'm happy they decided to make things right because I traveled 2 hours out here from Arizona to get this done. Prices are much better here than in Arizona

I came here to have my window repaired after it cracked while going through a car wash. I initially purchased a used replacement at a great price but later noticed it also had a crack. The gentleman who assisted me (possibly the owner) saw the issue right away and replaced it—ultimately providing me with a brand-new window instead of another used one. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The staff in the office were equally wonderful—especially the woman who helped me from the start. She was friendly, patient, and professional, and truly represents the company well. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of auto glass services. I’ll definitely be returning and referring others. Five stars simply aren’t enough!

1,000+ 5 ⭐ reviews can't be FAKE... Can it? Just wow... I'm still in awe on the price, speed and quality of the service! My i8 BMW window was smashed on Sat night (not a very common window btw), Sunday morning I called CA Auto Glass they texted me to confirm the car and which glass, in 3 hours they scheduled me for the next day. They showed up on time... at MY PLACE. It took them 1 hour to fix, cleaned everything perfectly, and tested. To my surprise it even comes with a warranty! Still in awe how painless the process was. Huge kudos!

My mom’s front passenger window was shattered due to someone breaking into her car. We shopped around but couldn’t find anyone that was affordable and available same day since it was Sunday. We were given the suggestion to go to another place down the road but they were not helpful and sent us here. We pulled in and were helped immediately. We were quoted a price and told it would take about 30 minutes to put in. Since the price was reasonable and they were able to install a new window immediately we went ahead and said yes. We walked to the store and back which took us maybe 10 minutes and by the time we returned they were already finished. We’ve never experienced such amazing customer service as well as quick and efficient service. We will definitely come back here if we any services.
