Yeah, no thanks. Stay away from this place. Terrible service and when they messed up something on your vehicle, they will refuse to pay for what they broke. My sister was there for an oil change, came to pick up the car when it was ready and only to find that they had broken her car key, they refused to pay for a new one, so they poorly glued the broken one like she wasn't going to notice. My advice, is do come to this place.

Mechanic has no problem breaking items then claims no responsibility. I would stay away from this shop if you cherish your vehicle at all or at least expect someone to take responsibility for damages they did. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

JUST POSTING TO WARN OTHERS!!!!! Random overcharges ,stolen parts !!!!! I got my fan belt changed by them was quoted $140 then they realized it was 2 belts so raised it to $190 paid without arguing. My ac went out was quoted $748 took off my compressor and said they didn’t realize the one they needed for my car was actually more expensive so raised the price by $108 so I had to pay something regardless it was already taken out so of course I complained about it and they didn’t have much to say just said they were “honest mechanics with good pricing” to ask around. Now I got my car back and it’s squealing from the fan belt they changed and they’re claiming it’s my alternator. (It wasn’t making that noise before even with a damaged fan belt). On another note I checked my oil levels and I noticed my oil dipstick guide is missing and that isn’t a part that just falls off it’s screwed on. Wouldn’t trust these guys if I were you they’re doing some sketchy stuff , they didn’t even let me know my car was done after the ac job since we argued. Only way I found out is because my wife took an Uber to them to pay the remaining balance for me and they told her there

I went to Car One Auto for a diagnostic after my car was leaking large amounts of coolant, my engine was overheating, and the oil pressure was causing it to shutoff. I called them and they immediately made time for me to come in for a diagnostic. Upon arrival, I was greeted and told the cost of service up front, within 10 mins I was to the problem was my water pump and it was a pretty big job, I was also given the total cost which was very fair considering the amount of labor and the fact that I needed the work done asap. Once my car was complete, I picked it up and the staff did a wonderful job and were very professional. After I left I noticed the sticker in the top left corner of my windshield was different. Not only did they complete the work I paid for, they also threw in a free oil change :-). This is how a business earns repeat customers and I highly recommend them for your auto needs. Roxanne

This company is horrible they stole parts out of my vehicle then said they don't know where the parts are which was there when I brought the car to them. They didn't communicate with me that the 1 thing I went in to get fixed was fixed over charged me then told me. Their business isn't doing too well right now so they have to charge this amount the car is now smoking when I brought the vehicle in it wasn't smoking and I'm missing parts I contacted the BBB on them. Stay far away from this company they don't take fault to anything they do. Just pull parts off and charge more money

First time going to Car One Auto Service on Craig Rd. last year 2023 to R & R the CV Boot. The manager Alex was very nice and was able to take my car the following day. I was very happy that my car was ready at the time Alex said it would be ready. Recently, I found out my car is leaking. Well, here I go to Car One Auto Service to visit my new friend Alex.
